@Serotoninluv my kundalini has risen, my crown chakra blew open during an sds sit about 5 months ago been dealing with kundalini & 3rd eye pulsating all day long ever since, I didn't want kundalini, didn't even know about it, just wanted Enlightenment?‍♂️? what do you know about kundalini energy, most people don't seem to know anything, especially how it's linked to enlightenment...???

I've heard through sds sits you could get physcosis, but I've done about 50 sds sits (longest I've ever sat was 2 hours & 10 minutes. Nothing bad has ever happened to me only good, I had a kundalini awakening on the sds sit that was 2 hours & 10 minutes, my crown chakra opened unexpectedly & it felt like energy was pouring out of my head! Been dealing with kundalini energy ever since (but still not enlightened) ?‍♂️ After the energy shot out of my head I though I was enlightened so I got up, lol I remember adyashanti saying he had the same experience during his enlightenment so I just got up as well except my damn ego was still there lol, I didn't even know what kundalini was going into it, no one ever talks about it, I just wanted full blown enlightenment not Kundalini energy but apparently they are intertwined somehow...but you don't need kundalini to become enlightened you can bypass it...they say

@non_nothing on not eating any animals for 3 months is this something your heard you need to do to become enlightened?

@FoxFoxFox im not sure either, it just seems there are People like this French women (don't know her name) who got enlightened in her living room within minutes & didn't know anything about spiritualism, then there are people like me who are now seekers & dealing with kundalini & shit, I didn't want kundalini energy, I just wanted enlightenment, but then again whos the "I" who wanted enlightenment lol ? Idk man this whole damn thing is crazy...

@Hellspeed is that why when Enlightenment happend to sadguru he didn't move for like 3 weeks he said.. please break down these different Enlightenments for all us deeper so we can understand ?

This has been happening to me since I've had my 1st kundalini awakening (my crown chakra opened up energy shot out of it) I'm assuming this is just kundalini energy working its magic? Anyone have any info on the topic, I can't find much about it online or even here for that matter....p.s. It can go on for 15 minutes, I just try to let it do whatever it wants to do, but it is a little scary, but I'm getting more used to the idea of just letting it be.

Whos the seeker? try pin pointing this "I" think of the ego as a rock in a stream, the inquiry is the water, now over time the water will dissolve the rock ? Just might take months or years, good luck, there is also sds sits, they say it's a fast track way towards enlightenment, but they suck dick, I've done about 50 of them, but my kundalini energy is now opened up from them.

Enlightend through SDS sits??? All they have done for me so far is wake up my kundalini, but I guess that's a start.

Self inquiry, sds sits, regular mantra mediation or a collection of them all? I've seen the documentary for the marathon monks of mt. Heya, what happens if they become enlightened before there 11 year stint on the mountain is over? They just keep doing the same practices?

@PsiloPutty I'm getting back into sds sits, they seem to bring forth the most breakthrough/ kundalini/mystical moments for me.

@PsiloPutty mind boggling to me that it takes some people decades to become enlightend, hope it doesn't take "me" that long. ?‍♂️ This whole owning a business & family thing keeps getting in "my" way.

For about 3 weeks straight, even if I sat to do a regular mantra mediation I would start spinning/ shaking/ eye twitching it was nuts, this whole week the only thing I've felt is my 3rd eye pulsate just a little. Also one more question, my 1st kundalini experience was through a sds sit, about 3/4 months ago, energy poured out of my crown chakra, I've only done 1 sds sit since, the whole thing kinda scared me. I've heard that you can send yourself into pycososis with sds sits (don't know how true that is) anyone have good info on both topics? I'm still new to kundalini energy so please no comments that it's "just energy" as much as I try to just let it happen (cause the energy is smarter then me) that energy is still scary as shit.??? p.s. What does kundalini energy & Enlightenment have in common, it seems it is a precurser towards enlightenment that people seem not to talk about that much like a red headed step child???

@Elysian I thought kundalini energy was full of shit till one day during a 2 hr sds sit the shit came blasting out of my crown chakra unexpectedly, been dealing with kundalini symptoms now the past 5 months or so ? I just wanted to get enlightened ? Lol not this shit!

People on here seem to break you're balls more than appreciate what you have done for many of us. About 15 months ago an unexpected extreme case of OCD anxiety crept into my life (crazy insane thoughts would re-appear all day long, I was convinced I lost my mind) , Ive always had battles with anxiety but this was on some other shit. I tried meds all they did was give me nightmares, I stumbled upon his how to mediate video & then saw some shit on enlightenment? (Whatever that is lol) well fast forward 15 months later & I'm not gonna claim "I" am 100% fixed but " I " don't wanna leap of a bridge anymore & it's mainly thanks to you. Also within this 15 months I was able to have a kundalini awakening where energy shot out of my crown chakra! again Thank you for saving my life. Also you are the closest thing that many of us & "I" have to a Guru keep it up! Sincerely-Tony

@NoSelfSelf let the energy do what it wants, Kundalini is smarter then the Ego, the people who freak out about it are the ones who get hurt by it.
