  1. if She introduced me to her mom n cousins And sister n stuff and watch movies together kiss n etc and get a gym membership with me would that qualify me as not just being a rebound? she is an emotional wreck and a player type of girl so now after she left for other guys for the second time I’m doubting my own time with her and if it was ever even real or was I just the rebound guy
  2. @liamnewsom202 Get ready for hindsight bias, regret, grief, anger, shame, all of the emotions basically. It fucking blows. Just take each day bit by bit and try to stay sober and keep working on yourself. Eventually, time will re-contextualize everything and you will be grateful for having her in your life as an experience. Also who knows maybe you guys will reconnect at a more appropriate time again, but that's up to "God." Good luck brother.
  3. @Elton we each are born with our own strengths, own it son. Nothing else you can do. Mine is courageousness, so i can use that for action-taking in other avenues of my life. So for you it's honesty..try being a salesman. Honest salesmen tend to do very well in the field because most salespeople come off like they are trying to make money off of them, but if your'e honest then they will sense you are a genuine salesmen trying to help the both of you. Honesty takes you very far. Honesty is also a form of Integrity so that scales as well.

  9. @Nivsch I just started medication three days ago and I have meditated before properly so I know how it all works just lost habit with it. I’ll get back into it starting today.

  11. for me it meant that i let go of a positionality. Previously I would hold resentments against them, but then once i let go of the resentments, anger, bitterness, pettiness (which calibrates low on consciousness), the field of love emerged which calibrates at 500..and you genuinely wish for their well being. <3

  13. pure willpower. that seems to be the only thing that helps. i've noticed that any form of "getting rid of" doesn't work. whether its talking about it through therapy, friends, meditating, exercising, eating healthy, (david r hawkins calibration kinesiology testing sometimes help but sometimes that can easily get manifested by ocd). My theory is that there is no cure. i am fucked. the only thing that seems to actually "work" is pure willpower like imagine someone is cutting you from the brain inside out and it's truly excruciating and all you can do is "get through it" and each time you do get through it it gets easier and easier, but it's never gone. fuck. imagine zoro from one piece going through pain and never giving up. thats basically ocd. for eternity. think of ocd as chronic migraines.
  14. hello everyone. thankyou for all of your responses. i have re kindled my interest in becoming a private investigator and after doing lots of research and contacting PI's I have finally figured out a way to build my 6k hours without becoming a cop. I have also started looking into getting my EMT license. I have also picked up the violin again, which i have not played since elementary school.
  15. So bored. So much free time. So much regret. So much shit in my head. Relationships. Life. Ah. Life. I’ve been working out a lot doing the Murph challenge 100 pull ups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, 2 mile runs everyday but even that only takes a couple hours of my day. Been trying to read in my remaining time but I don’t want to read all day. What would you guys do to replace All this time?
  16. right now i've been having an ocd. its lasted about 2 hours now. trying not to clarify some random trivial detail to two people that doesn't matter. it feels like i have to. going to stay strong. ocd sucks.

  21. @AlphaAbundance like 2 hours a day of relaxation cause it usually takes me all day to finish my workout then I just watch some anime and go to sleep afterwards. In terms of sex life i went through a rsd stage and gamed with Owen/lived with someone who worked with Owen, did boot camps with other dating companies and banged around 20 something girls so I’m kinda over that. In terms of financials, no I am definitely not free. I am trying to become an EMT but I got my drivers license suspended when I was 17 so trying to figure out if I can still do that. Social life is non existent. I guess I could work on finances and social life.

Guys..how do you let go of anger when people think they are better than you and because we operate in the human realm still..Things like looks still matter so people unconsciously treat others according to their looks/status/social status etc. the world isn’t equal. Doesn’t this anger you? That this world is so ignorant and fake?
  24. Look up David r hawkins on surrendering. Basically you let go of the POSITIONALITY and the PAYOFF you get from being negative. So you don’t have to let go of hating your stepmom, you let go of the payoff you get from hating your stepmom
