  1. @saffron i was too until i found out about RSD.
  2. How about Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)? This is biological. If my caudate nucleus was already fucked up how is it my doing? ALL suffering is a ridiculous claim. Please convince me otherwise
  3. I just did the subconscious programming last night and I woke up feeling different in a good way..more independent and belief in my own ability for the future. This has HUGE potential for fundamental life changes. I woke up earlier than normal, worked out and took a cold shower. Has anyone done this consistently for months? I'd like to hear your results If we can change the program, we change our life.
  4. I'm thinking about switching my nightly meditation session of 25 minutes at night to Contemplation of 25 minutes instead. So 25 minutes of meditation in the morning then 25 minutes of contemplation at night or meditate at night and contemplate in the morning, depending on how i'm feeling. I've contemplated in the past, but stopped because I just got too busy/forgot The question is: I am looking for some data of things you guys have noticed in your thought processes/etc from contemplating consistently. Edit: I figured out now that I will keep my daily meditation of 25 minutes in the morning and 25 at night then contemplate after one of those two sessions starting at 10 minutes then build up more time if needed.
  5. @Sahil Pandit Ok sick. I am gonna do that right now.
  6. @Mu_ Interesting. I will try this. I figured out now that I will keep my daily meditation of 25 minutes in the morning and 25 at night then contemplate after one of those two sessions starting at 10 minutes then build up more time if needed.
  7. @kieranperez Thanks man. I did drop the weed. I am going to therapy again and am gonna try to fix my life up completely now.
  8. I take everything for granted, I make the same mistakes more than once, I am selfish and lack self control. My biggest demons are lack of self-control, OCD and extreme depression. Learning these things came with such a brutal fucking price. I ruined a great relationship (where we both deeply loved each other) because of these damn things..
  9. @Mu_ Yes I've had this same realization. I am working on it.
  10. @i am I AM I cheated on this girl I met online twice. It's a long story, but we were supposed to meet up and something happened to her the day before, she had to get surgery so I got suspicious and started thinking she was a catfish. She also didn't have a phone, cam or mic, but after all of this I believe she was real. It was due to her job as a flight attendant and other stuff, but I don't care we had good conversations and I loved her and she loved me. It sounds pathetic I know, but still..having someone to talk to almost everyday for a year or so and now it's completely done just sucks.. and the fact that OCD played a big role in how this whole thing got fucked up makes me angry at myself.
  11. I just cried all day, it's only getting worse. I fucked up.
  12. @i am I AM I do 25 minutes of meditation twice a day I have been smoking weed to help the depression and some other vitamins in combination..it does help, but by no means does it make my life enjoyable. Even if I lose this emotional attachment, I will still look at the situation the same. I view things pretty objectively and this is actually a big part of the problem of why it went the way it did.
  13. intrusive irrational perfectionism thoughts, how do you not let these bother you so much? Or just random obsessive thoughts?
  14. it comes from anything, it's irrational.
  15. @Nahm I know it's irrational yes, but I don't keep doing it consciously..my mind keeps doing it unconsciously. It's like when you try to stop thinking about something, you think about it even more.
  16. @Colin that's really interesting..
  17. @B_Naz try the free programs first http://www.subliminal-shop.com/
  18. How often do you all exercise a week and how determined are your workouts each time?
  19. @Igor82 Nice! keep it up..yeah the headphone thing is screwing me over too a bit. Try getting used to sleeping centered.
  20. @Nahm 20 minutes a day for a month 25 minutes a day for another month 25 minutes 2x a day for two months My mind ruminates all day everyday.
  21. @Recursoinominado ok thanks for the tips How long do you have it playing in your sleep?
