So like most of you probably I also got addicted to SD :)) most of the stages make sense to me and are clear, except Red and Green. Now with red it's maybe cuz I just haven't researched it enough and the examples of it are more in history and its somewhat rare today. Anyway stage Green seems very hard for me to count in society. According to SD 10% of the world is at stage Green. Now 10% of the world population is all of west Europe and North America combined and for sure all of that people being Green is not the case, in the rest of the world I think people are mostly in Blue and Orange. I personally think Stage Green is the least rigid stage (I can only think of real hippies, vegans, SJW's and ppl like that as rigid Green which is at best a few percent) and since its usually mixed alot with yellow and orange its harder to point it out. Or if not then Green is the stage where it has few extremes in it (the real hippies) and the rest mostly light green (young people who like to chill with weed after work/study and are actually in touch with other cultures). There's also the nice elderly people which are kind and honest (alot of them here in Europe) which seem to be counted as green perhaps. Anyway this seems abit confusing to me and maybe a discussion about it will make the picture clear. Do you think the percentages are a very rough estimate in SD or actually seem accurate?

It's very normal, in fact I say you should feel lost at some point, Im 22 myself and few years ago I was abit lost, but decided to study engineering cuz I knew what I really wanna do career wise will be anyway technical related. I chose mechanical engineering because its very wide and fundamental. However the picture got way more clear to me last year where we had to decide our very own project and when I presented my very specific project at a festival via uni it felt amazing, I knew this is sth in the path of my career and the cool thing is it was not very expected. so I think just try out different things and if you wanna study sth perhaps choose something more general and less specific. Honestly you're doing very good to others who are 20. most young people I've seen really don't see a big ambition with their study or work, now you are preventing that stage already because you are aware that you want a rigid purpose so you're half way done. just stay active try different stuff. When you take one step the purpose will take two steps to you. and btw your English is fine so no worries ; )

I also think they are purple, and it should be, they are struggling with things likes hunting and surviving each day, how would they know if a foreigner approaching them is friendly? better safe than sorry. I think this whole story of the tribe killing that missionary makes lots of people think of the essence of human nature which is interesting.

@B_Naz the translation is enough. We had to learn Arabic in school for 7 years (I was in Iran) and still I can't read the Quran since its an extremely difficult language, but nevertheless I could understand some of it originally by neglecting translations. Its an 1400 year old book and that means there was enough time to make great translations of it in Persian and I assume English and other languages as well. I don't think its a complex book, its repeating the same thing alot, it has an irregular structure and boring. I should say the last time I read the verses was 3 years ago with a very Orange logical and atheist approach so I possibly didn't see interesting spiritual things in it if it has.
