I concluded that overthinking and don't stopping the mental mind money chatter are the principal cause to an inefficient session of meditation. I sugere just sitting down with a timer and focusing on some high level entity/mind like Jesus or Buddha for example to be guided and absorb some of the qualities of these spiritual references. (This is one technique that I use to avoid overthinking or even meditating in negative thoughts)

What are the tangible solutions to an third world educator, or even normal citizens start some kind of mindset transformations in their countries ? I'm trying to do some initial changes through Facebook high consciousness posts, and sharing educational (In music in and economics my case) Content in videos on Facebook and Youtube also. I feel I'm helping alot, but I need help with new sugestions about what really can be done in this limited content where I'm only a teacher/educator
