  1. Bad hygiene, being cheap, insecure, clingy, and having no interests/hobbies besides video games.
  2. Yoga (almost) everyday and weight training 3 days/week. Day1: triceps & chest, day2: biceps & back, day3: legs. I start each workout with 15 mins of cardio to warm up.
  3. I recently thought about this after listening to a podcast with Dr. Gabor Mate. He said that trauma is not the event itself but rather our interpretation of the event, which makes so much sense imo.
  4. I think you need to find the root cause of the problem to solve it. Is it jealousy? Insecurity? A need to be in control? Certain beliefs about what a woman should or should not be/do? All of them could come from your upbringing and culture, but you need to be more specific about what part triggers you and why. Also, I would actively question and deconstruct all the beliefs, traditions, and values of the culture in which I was brought up.
