Yeah I like what you say here lol. I deffo see the problems that can come from a lack of therapeutic vibes. I personally don't subscribe to only cut throat style or only therapy as I can see difficulties and problems arising from a subscription to one but not the other. I think I'll try walk the middle path cuz I think I can be cutthroat and therapeutic.

Another insight I'm having is that that this kind of questioning doesn't necessarily relate to how I actually respond to other people's lack of consciousness... Like I'm still going to be very verbally corrective of people who are racist to my friends. If it happens again I'll probably tell them to go fuck themselves. I think what it's actually about is a deeper, subtler energy which is like an energy of reactivity or emotional volatility... Which of course points to something deeper within myself. So it's not necessarily that I need to stop being vocal about standing against social stupidity at large...I can continue doing that, but what I should be doing is being careful and mindful when analysing my heart to determine whether this vocal resistance is stemming out of emotional reactivity, or calibrated indignation. In other words I think I need to pay closer attention to the foundation and source of my vocality against stupidity in people. Whether it's coming from my own pain or from a detached awareness of the necessity to call it out for the actual benefit of people as opposed to just satiating and satisfying my desire to vent the pain I've experienced from previous situations (that were also brought about largely by the stupidity of people, myself included).

Yeah like parents indoctrinating me with Christian ideology from the age of 2, people being racist to my buddy last night. Christianity is a big pit of outrageous stupidity like. It's also a dangerous pit of damaged people pretending to be healed resulting in loads of problems and dangers...it's essentially a collection pot dangerous idiots. My Christian teachers didn't know how to help me at all nor did my society know how to help me with my mental health problems as a young person. They just unconsciously punish you for acting out. People who just do group think are stupid (most people in government). I also feel that lots of therapists don't know how to deal with real trauma. Kind of like Christianity, it works when the problems aren't too difficult/deep. Such problems require real solutions. I think a lot of mainstream therapy actually reinforces trauma sometimes. The education system is kinda shit, teaching young people what to think instead of how to think...and forcing all young people into one modality of intelligence. Just constantly over and over again idiots not protecting young people (like even simple things about educating them about the basic dangers that exist in the world). These are a few. But as I've outlined in the updated message I think my entire question illuminates a deeper question, as to my relationship with my own suffering.

It's difficult for me to talk about about this topic sometimes nevertheless it's very true. Having come through many layers of my own stupidity I am very acquainted and qualified in this area. Trust me I have the work experience and diploma in stupidity, but at least I was able to recognise it and make efforts to transcend. This is of course an ongoing process as I would imagine it is for everybody. But it is a genuine difficulty that I'm noticing in myself dealing with people who are completely moronic. Racists, religious ideologues, people who have no idea what they're doing in positions of leadership and power causing immense damage and suffering for others and themselves. What gets me most is the people who make active efforts to teach their stupidity to young people. It may point to a lack of maturity in myself but I have to be honest about where I'm at in my own development... The stupidity of other people really really irritates me. Guys is there any actual solid hardcore spiritual methods to deal with the lack of consciousness in other people? I find it particularly hard to deal with people who are actively in my life leading people into chaos and causing young people in particular extreme amounts of damage. I'm getting an intuitive sense that the most effective method to deal with this kind of problem is to just have a few awakenings but assuming that I can't do that yet how the fuck can I deal with these people Update: Ok so just did a bit of contemplating and I had an insight. I think I'm projecting my pain onto other people. Not to say that they aren't stupid, but my over sensitivity to their stupidity is indicative of deeper truths of feelings of having been failed by leaders in society. So the real question is not how do I deal with the stupidity of others, the real question is how do I deal with the pain and suffering I have experienced. For this, a strategy I think should be effective is the realignment of my understanding of what suffering is, as It is ultimately the sterilisation of ego. So my current conclusion is that I need to lean into my own pain

@Kid A essentially it goes back a few hundred years. The British invaded Ireland a long time ago like they did with a lot of countries. But they were particularly hard on the Irish (prohibiting them from owning land in their own country, shipping out all their food during a famine for profit, lots of stuff). It got to the point where the Irish started to rebel. As you know how this kind of thing goes, rebellion was met with even harsher treatment, which was met with even stronger rebellion, which was met with even harsher treatment etc etc. Eventually the Irish just said "right well, your going to supplant British people in the north of our country as a method to forever rob us of our land? Keep it. We'll fuck it up nice and good for you x." They proceeded to bomb the fuck out of Belfast for a few decades. Irish and British young people were killed, the violence was horrific. There was a crew called the shankill butchers and...let's just say they weren't butchering animals. Everyone was affected, lots of people were assassinated by the IRA. Ultimately, it was the Brits fault and a united Ireland is coming slowly but surely.

I'm just gathering some data about different life coaching courses that exist. Ive looked into ipec and even pagans future coach program. As far as I can see eben pagan as a solid program with the only downside being that he tends to upsell and be slightly scummy with his slightly manipulative upselling. I know ipec is expensive like £10K and I know Ebens courses "future coach" and "virtual coach" both cost about £3k combined. According to my research ebens courses have a heavy focus on finding your niche, branding and marketing effectively with what sounds to be a solid business end. And the price point is good for beginner aspiring coaches. Does anyone else have any information about courses that are around the 3000 £ mark that would be equal or better than ebens? (Also if anybody has any general experience with ebens courses + material I'd definitely liked to hear your opinion, including how much he tries to upsell during the courses and how vital and necessary the upsold extra packages are, like are you basically at a massive loss if you don't buy the extra stuff?). Aw man. I've got this thing that keeps happening to me (I keep re-contextualising myself in outrageous and monumental ways) where I *always* get misinterpreted the first time I enter a new social space. Maybe peeps think I'm arrogant or proud. Then after I continue just being normal (usually being very very actual and inquisitive about spirituality in the meditation sessions for example and sometimes quite intense lol) and over time they realise that I'm just extremely extremely genuine lol. It's been a blessing and a curse, a weakness and a tool. I mean it's been a major asset. Somehow this repetitive re-contextualising thing is used massively to my advantage. Word. Although I think it would be slightly more accurate to say that Leo is the best *articulator. Sometimes I find his communications could be slightly better angled. See he's teaching from such a high level, he can't comprehend how low level some of us are at lol. But I mean he's pretty solid. Defo the best teacher/business combo I've ever seen.
