  1. Suffer doesn't seem like the right word. It just sounds like you need to prioritize what you want out of life and work towards the things that matter. What are your life ambitions and goals?
  2. "There's no growing in the comfort zone, and there's no comfort in the growing zone" One of my favorite quotes and hopefully applicable to you and your situation. Finding your life's purpose and motivation for what you are doing are key to doing things. There are a lot of things in life that we don't want to do, but we need to do in order to find happiness over time.
  3. Echoing what some of the other people have said, you can't designate a certain part of your body to lose weight. Just keep up with working out and dieting correctly and you will eventually lose it. Diet is the biggest factor when it comes to weight loss, so make sure that you are monitoring that. I'd recommend counting your calories until you have a firm grasp on how much you can and cannot eat. Make sure you are getting enough vitamins and protein though, especially if you want to keep on working out.
