Comprehending the whole of thought will ultimately end thought as psychological momentum. Then there will be no more confusion/conflict/suffering. All of that can end immediately if we see how time is actually prolonging/procrastinating freedom now. Life changing. -

Yep. Talking about he other self is thought going beyond its limit again. Thought can see it’s own content. It is content. That is self asking thought to bring about clarity, which is the reason for unclarity. All you can do now is understand your limits. What is false. You will see that intelligence will act and thought will recognize this and put order in thought itself. You may see that Truth/intelligence will act to put order in thought. Thought will recognize this truth and thought will change its usual pattern of time. This intelligence basically put thought in its place. So thought will act to do practical stuff. But thought will no longer move psychologically. So the majority of the day will be spent in pure silence or emptiness, maybe nothingness. -

Understanding thought which is where the self is born is all you need dude. And that’s all in you now to learn about. I recently started by watching fear and all its subtle disguised movement. All day nonstop. You will see that fear is always in motion when the self thinks it is separate from its contents/thought. And fear will be the motivater of desire, pleasure, attachment, identification, psychological time. Fear is all of that. Fear is resistance to what is. And that is what calls thought into action. Fear and thought are the same when self isn’t seen as only a function of thought and not seperate from thought. Most excellent. Keep watching k if you are confused. -

@SoonHei I can’t guide you. When you look to be guided that is psychological time. Any thing we do to become psychologically secure destroys psychological security because it strengthens the illusion of self. So asking others for help to become enlightened fuels the illusion. Asking for help psychologically fuels the illusion. self improvement techniques as well. Looking to knowledge, practices, routines to get somewhere, as in psychological time, sustains the illusion. It’s fear resisting what is. All of this is the self thinking it is actual outside of thought and that self will apply thought to become better or whole. But any such movement keeps fear/psychological time alive. Psychological time feeds self. -

@SoonHei Here is a little taste of what is meant by psychological time. -

When we do that it’s implicit that the self has concluded that it is actually independent of thought itself. Hents self sustained illusion. Pretty gnarly. Thought has then gone way beyond its limit. -

No. We mean psychological time as in thought entering to solve psychological problems. -

I feel ya dude. The suffering because understanding it only conceptually seems to be an expression of thinking the “me” is different from the understanding. Division or psychological momentum thinking it is seperate from “it” as if “it” and “me” were distinct. To me it has to do with trying to end confusion/suffering with the mechanism that causes confusion/suffering. Yep, I get ya. The self seems to sustain its own illusion by moving within the field of time/desire. When this insight acts all that momentum of time stops itself. This is intelligence that acts. The action is instant and complete. Where usually we try and act influenced by the field of time. @PsiloPutty you’re onto it dude? -

Looks like you got some stuff to go into brah. One thing important is to understand what limits thinking. Just by watching your reactions is a good way to start. -
Jack River replied to danton's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yep. That why there isn’t an action that ends time itself. To understand verbal/intellectualualy/conceptually is not to SEE. This SEEING IS WHOLE. It’s an insight that is total and instantaneous action. Most excellent. -

An example of self loosing track that it is only a function and not independent of thought itself. Thought has gone way beyond its limit and doesn’t see that. -

I see up until recently that he knew a very small perceptange of people would actually SEE. Most cannot end time because they operate in that limited field. -

Freedom from the reaction of wishing dudes. No need to wish for that though. Just do it. Simple simple -
Jack River replied to WindInTheLeaf's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It’s so subtle dude. -
Jack River replied to WindInTheLeaf's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
You realize that you have already presupposed that answer by asking others that right? -
Jack River replied to Ampresus's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Ampresus people usually look for answers and don’t want to understand the problem, themselves. Understand the root of resistance and you will see how you are actually sustaining your own conflict. This for some reason isn’t communicated a lot. Good luck? -
It’s so crazy how nonchoosing awareness has lead to unawareness. Most gnarly thing about the creative is it’s actually unawareness. The closest I can expain it is unawareness in the sense uninformed or unaware: ignorance, innocence, nescience, obliviousness, unconsciousness, unfamiliar. Seems like the awareness that observes invention or thought/self seems to dissolve psychological momentum. And what starts out as persistent awareness of the totality of inattentiveness seems to move to the creative or as I said before unawareness. Who would have thought huh. Most excellent nevertheless dudes??

Lol reading is a skill. I would rather understand the whole of thought. I know a professor at the college here in town. He’s my uncle lol. He doesn’t understand thought holistically though. He is consumed with psychological problems. -
Jack River replied to Jack River's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
concentration=effort and its normal when trying to understand words and stuff. It only causes problems psychologically. I can see this now very much. Pretty crazy when you see a pattern being so harmful and realize you been doing it your whole life. -

Yep total attention is effortless and seems to be because I am am not self conscious. Good point out dude? -
Jack River replied to Jack River's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Fear and thought tend to be one. At least before this awareness corrects it. -

Motive to read/understand can be influenced fear fosho man. -
Jack River replied to Jack River's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
yep. Conditioned chit chat Well yeah I have trouble because I don’t have much of a vocabulary. There is an effort to look up words. But once I look up a word I understand what’s said. The more unknown terms makes it more challenging. Also context plays a big part. But since This holistic understanding of thought I can pretty much capture what said and catch contradictions too. But effort as in psychologically no not at all. That is seen as it arises and thought or time doesn’t operate psychologically.I have really got in touch with movement of thinking/time/self as opposed to content as far as intellectual/verbal meanings. I often look up a word and right away can apply that to my understanding of thought as a whole. But no effort psychologically. Effort psychologically means thought went beyond its limits. Do you see what I mean? Desire, pleasure seeking, looking for happiness through memory/thought means we think doing that will make us whole/complete/in a state of bliss. But thought can never offer that, and when it tries to that just sustained false self. -

@DrewNows you notice how awareness and nonchoosing/nonreaction to psychological momentum has allows for this self unawareness? -
Jack River replied to Ampresus's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I’ve noticed any planned activity is concentrated/technique.
