Then there is no freedom. No holistic insight into what is not freedom then slavery continues. With slavery means self calls the shots. Means self feeds itself and hides it form itself. -

Freedom as in seeing holistically doesn’t see in parts like that. Fear and identification are the same movement of psychological becoming. There is only freedom when assumed seperate parts are seen as they actually are as a one single movement. Thought-ego sees things as separate. If we see the movement of self as seperate parts we can’t be attentive to its complex movement -

Contemplation is a waste without attention to self. Not contemplating content of self. But watching holistic movement of self. -

Those guys are the opposite of a trap. Actually everything we go through I see actually in myself. They are the first to show these traps. -

Yeah I see seeking as it arises and don’t feed it. It’s the same thing as feeding fear -

First off thank you. I have been puting all my energy into attention to movement of fear. I am not feeding it. There may be a moment here and there where I do. But there is attention to it and it fades. In a month i would say more that 95 percent of fear isn’t fed in my daily life. -

Fosho dude? -

So identification with anything in general and desire seeking pleasure means fear is feeding itself. That is all born of feeding fear. So if we do all that we are not free, enlightened, actualizdd, realized, liberated? We then only understand conceptually or intellectual knowledge about being actualized and such. Means the most important thing was skipped. self reflection. -

Fosho. And the less this feeding the less fear arises naturally. -

It makes sense what I’m saying right? so to feed fear prevents actualization of intelligence? -

I’m just saying attention to self means not feeding fear. If there is feeding fear illusion in still in control. Does that seem right to you? -

Sorry It was a game to me. I kept going in circles. I started that first 8 years ago. I’m sorry to say it like I did. Came off rude. -

Feeding fear means continued illusion and self deception. Meaning not realized. Freedom means no fear feeding itself. -

Little self or thought is complex. Always moving towards illusion. -

I just mean the content of our mind is the self -

Yeah I played the Romana game a little in the beginning. Didnt go deep enough into the the complex self. -

Not content. The i is the content. Talking about watching the movement itself. This is not gone through ever by people. Seems to be the biggest problem in actual change. Psychologist lol nice. Psychologist work goes into content. That doesn’t work. -

I wouldn’t use ego here. We can just use fear. If we feed fear it continues right? -
Jack River replied to Misagh's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
If fear keeps feeding itself how can there be freedom? -
Jack River replied to Faceless's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It can be more simple than that you will realize. Even road rage and stuff. Crying baby in a movie theater. -
Jack River replied to Faceless's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
This is a movement of fear right? The only reason it is asked is because the self compares itself with others. That comparison comes from past experiences that have gave you certain beliefs about yourself. A movement of fear because thought is measuring itself with what it should be. This is psychological time. Thought seeking security in its own bias. Faceless and me have gone into this stuff hella man. -
Jack River replied to Misagh's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
So fear stops feeding itself right? No fear, no desire looking for security in pleasure and such. Thought then free of subject bias and such. So that is expressed in all aspects of life.
