@Delmo now that you’re aware of that awareness, spend a bunch of time in stillness/meditation/whateveryoucallit, it may come back quicker than you think. Many tiny moments of latching on to “it” (you) has the potential to you experiencing it 24/7, no?

When you feel those magnificent, blissful tears, try this.... Close your eyes and let that feeling of love well up in your chest until it feels like you’ll burst. Wait just a bit longer......now let it flow out, all in one big whoosh. But, don’t aim. I call em love bombs, and I have faith that they do hit.

Just received this tidbit from the collective, whatever “that” is. ”When you fully accept that “you” are 100% spiritual and zero physical, you will see the absurdity in having any faith, even belief, that ANY physical exists, at all” This “came to me”, (without words, of course.....I did my best) during a nice moment of stillness, today. Awareness IS the one truth, so who knows WTF the physical is.....or if the physical is physical. Also, who the hell is it on the other end of that connecting link? Thanks for everything.

Consciousness/awareness? You ARE it.

I’ve a most excellent friend who practiced emergency medicine for just a few years after graduation from doctor school, then left the medical field all together to follow his true passion. He’s doing well these days, as a concert pianist in Germany and Switzerland! Follow that passion.

In the “hot” tub at 80F. Blissfully.
