With a few exceptions (yes I'm one of them because I'm actually Awake) no one has anything to say or ask that gives ANY indication that they understand ANYTHING Leo is saying with respect to his longer esoteric spiritual vids. @Vincent S In addition when I drift off to the other realm...the colors are crisp and vibrant and things are somewhat more sane and relaxed than in a typical dream at night. I can usually travel after 45 minutes of meditation and then after I do a certain deep breathing exercise...then I sit quietly and away I go.

It's strange in the sense that I dont realize that I've drifted off "somewhere" until I snap back into this reality that I am most of the time. For example most people I know are enthralled by sports and talk about it all the time and worry about their teams as if it were a life or death crisis.
