Thank you for replying. I now discovered Elliot as spiritually developed guy and he is eloquent and his chain of thought is ordered when he delivering specific Idea. They do have valid points and wisdoms to be contemplated as much as ALT-righters and terrorists and fundamentalists do, make no mistake of thinking because I mentioned these tribal groups I necessarily linked them. Hey, guys i am wondering since we Humans have endless desires and needs and if you think about it, we achieved greatest miracles, we are blessed to be born out in this world in 21st centurt where wars are few and localized. Human rights, safety and needs are fulfill easier at this time than before. We can go to the hospital for almost all ailment, we have cars. We are so priviledged. We can travel almost everywhere now. We have planes. We have plastic surgeries if you are physically not aesthetic. The absolute infinity gave us everything, my question is what price do we have to pay for the extreme generosity of the nothingness or absolute infinity or god has bestowed upon us? How do we appreciate god or reality?

I know relative who took his wife to honey moon in Turkey, who knew nothing about language and currency value purchase in turkey ,and his taxi driver who can speak english started suggesting he become their guide in turkey and recommending a budget hostel for him with good location, and took him & his wife 2 hours outside Istanbul and my relative had no Idea what area was it and taxi stopped at gas station and called on my relative to come with him inside gas station, only for another guy who is friend of this taxi driver took off the car with my relative's wife inside it ,and the taxi driver pulled gun and forced my relative on the ground and stole his wallet and other criminals came beating my relative to unconsciousness. On his honey moon, he lost all of his money, his passport, his virgin wife was taken and raped and forced into prostitution for 5 months before the police along with interpol found her. He lost his mind and now going on and off from psychiatric hospital. Lesson to be learned: DON'T BE A FOOL. You always have to take people with you if you go to a third world country or research that country. You can go to Developed countries alone and be fine.

What can I say, I am middle eastern and part of me grow up in blue stage my whole life and still after jumping but the spiral to an orange and now accepting green, I am still drawn to JP. I always travel alone. You need a phone with internet access and google maps and actual small gps is beneficial in case you have no internet access. I have been in the same place as you. I am lonely till this day but the great thing about it, I don't feel like I need to belong anymore. You are right. Loving yourself is gold. You don't become narcissist when you love yourself. You become narcissist as result of reaction to other people self-fishness and criticism. When I repeat mantras of self love. I suddenly walk with confidence even my posture is correct without any consciousness or effort and my walks are smooth and also enjoy doing the tasks and become happy until I get slammed by something hard but again, just take step back and relax and meditate then continue with affirmations and that works sooooo much wonders!

I saw Dan O connor's book. Some of his tactics are very powerful but a great book I recommend to go with this is the Art of saying No by Damian Zachariades. Some tactics do not work with people who super-narcissistic or psychopathic or with mental illnesses you might run into.
