False False False There are many degrees of consciousness being conscious of itself. 1. Why is the first statement false? 2. When is God not awake? 3. How can something be more total than total? 4. That assumes that there are more perspectives from which you can know conciousness. What would be relativism. -

There are stages in opening the mind to the Absolut. You could difine them by common beliefs one has to transcend for example. But the absolute itself has no stages or shades -

@Leo Gura See that there is no way of conciousness being more or less conscious of itself, when all there is is conciousness. It always knows only itself, either as a finite form or as its pure being of nothingness. God is always fully awake. It doesn't get created. If it would, there would have to be a thing like unconciousness. Unconciousness could by definition never become conscious. Conciousness is the absolut, non-dual There is no such thing like "more total levels". It's TOTAL! Yes! You cannot go deeper than the understanding that conciousness creates everything. There is nothing beyond the creation of everything, is there? -

@electroBeam You cannot inquire conciousness. It is to close to yourself to put your awareness onto it. Only conciousness can know conciousness. @tedens They come merely by the act of conceptualizing into existence. When you go beyond those all there is is empty space of awareness with the potential to bring any thing into existence -

@electroBeam That's true in the the realm of concepts. Beyond concepts there are no states. Counsciousness is not a state. It is that what is aware of the mind labeling some thing a state -

That's what I said. What follows is post-enlightenment. Integrating the absolute understanding into the finite mind. This is all that deepens. No, I see my mind aligning to my understanding day by day. There is no default state. The state is constantly changing. "not everyone is conscious in the same way" is bullshit! There is no Person to begin with. There is just conciousness being councious. The only difference between our beings is that conciousness is veiled through the activity of the mind. It is aware of things to different extends. But beyond those things it is the same. The degree of veiling is what makes it seem that there are degrees of awakeness. What do you mean by degrees of awakeness? What is the variable that deepens? -

It's not about how long you meditate nor how deep you meditate. You really cannot chose how long you meditate. Do what is possible for you. I suggest sit down with no time in mind, with no goal to achieve. Sit down and meditate for as long you can. Don't give up to early (don't let the mind overcome the stillness), but also don't force yourself so your meditation become unpleasant. But keep in mind that sometimes that is what you need to do, to overcome possible resistence in your mind -

You shouldn't be making tests in the internet but experience the actual state of your chakras. Do you feel your chakras? Do you feel some more intense than others? And if so, which? -

Hello! Dont blame tiredness. It's a signal. You are tired - You should rest. Can you figure out where this tiredness is coming from? Normally there's more to it than some thing like iron deficiency A simple habit: go more inside rather then outside. Be honest with yourself. and align your life to your most beloved content of life

Because there is no reason. God is infinite. And for God to be infinite there must at some point be a reality in which God is veiled in Form of a mind. Counsciousness is veiled by all minds. Yours and mine. Counsciousness doesn't require a person to be councious. In fact a person (mind) cannot be counscious. Conciousness exists prior to the person. Again there is no reason. For there to be a reason, there would have to be an entity outside of Counsciousness that would put a reason onto Counsciousness. -

1. Counsciousness is not a state 2. Conciousness is all there is. It veils itself by the "creation" of the mind in order to experience itself from the perspektive of a mind. Awareness (Counsciousness) is always full. The mind cannot see this because it can only see things. Conciousness is not a thing. So put away all things and tada there you are -

Sometime Moments are fine. The span will become longer. Choose your time for meditation, when the mind is relatively quiet. But when there is a lot of thinking going on you should be mindful as well. Let the mind do its stuff. Just observe it doing it. Allow thoughts to appear. There is a reason for their appearance. But don't hold on to them, let them go. And as you do you find your self in the space between thoughts. Come back to this space as often as possible -
Bluff replied to Raptorsin7's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
You do not control thinking. There is no thinker. There is awareness in which thoughts appear. Take your stand as this awareness. By doing this and by observing your thoughts, you get deeper into the thoughts and the roots of these. By this process you gain insights which change your long-time thinking habits. -
Try different times of the day. When you feel wake, go meditate. Don't think meditation is a waste of wakefulness. Investigate the "sleepy hypnogogic state". There must be a reason for its appearance when meditating. In order to raise your attention span.. attention is always there. There might be things that you might call distractions, but these often have a good reason for catching the attention.

I see that what I am is awareness. I am not identified with thoughts and feelings. I keep a distance to them and observe without judging them. (edit: Well I see I am judging them when I claim they are not true..) Now the "preblem" is: When it comes to acting and communicating, it is hard to speak the truth. If I would only speak when I feel sure about to speak the truth, I wouldn't speak at all. So it comes that the first partly-good-feeling thought that arises gets spoken out loud, leaving a feeling of dissatisfaction. I know the mind needs to realign to my understanding. Thought-patterns need to be reorganized. This happens in the unconscious mind, and this process takes place in a dimension where time is a thing. What does the mind need to understand in order to speed this process up? Is becoming conscious of the nature and the facets of consciousness, what will help speaking intuitively what is the truth? I know my path will at some point dissolve this "problem", but, what do you suggest how to act, while knowingly not being able to speak my truth?

In order to really understand how that society would look like and interact, you must see the nature of Counsciousness in direct experience. -

Only mind can label some thing as coincidence. How could something be coincidental when you created it? All plans are thoughts. Counsciousness is the one destiny
