  1. I try to make sure I get at least seven and a half hours of sleep. I wake up around 6:30 am and drink 500 milliliters of water as soon after getting up as I can. I quickly check company emails for any emergencies, and then most days I do thirty minutes of cardio (swimming or running) and then ten minutes in the sauna. I then have a simple breakfast before starting work.

  12. Poker is a game for fun and entertainment which can increase your logical, mathematical skill and brain power. I like to play it only for enjoyment, not for money.
  13. I think In today's fast-paced society, six or seven hours of sleep is sufficient to be healthy.
