I am wondering what the difference is and relation between perspective and paradigm. I can't fully wrap my mind around it. Maybe is it the same or about the same. I am supposing it is something like: perspective: lens (set of idea's) through which I experience reality paradigm: a framework of perspectives So I see a perspective as a less extended belief than an paradigm. It might be just word games, bud it are 2 words, so I suppose they stand for something different. What are you guys thinking?

Some information about myself forehand. The last 3 months, I am really into self-development. Before that, I read allot about the stoics. I am finding myself more and more, get to know myself. I have the feeling I found the path I want to stay on (thank's for that @Leo Gura). For now, I feeld the urge to ground myself more then I am grounder right now and get better in this. Get more confident. I must say for the outside it looks I am not really shy, bud I have the feeling that my grounding is not as I want it to be. I not really have a starting point to get better in grounding myself. I thought, before I google it and dive into this, maybe someone over here has some advice of how to archieve this?

Maybe live is meant to be fragmented. We are fragmenting pieces of reality everywhere. To name some fragmentations: science, countries, ethic groups, classes, spices etc. We also fragment ourselves in the mind (with our ego). Maybe for life to be possible, it needs to be fragmented. Like most multi celled organisms contains of fragmented systems who work together to create a whole. I think when we are one and have no more fragmentation, we would dissolve or something. It might not be possible to be alive when you are fragmented. How do you think about this?

Get to know one self better. Notice your skills, pros, cons, your reacting to the world. Grow and cultivate more consciousness.
