@Veera Thanks so much for sharing. Something very similar happened to me. I'm working on a musical play - in essence a story told through music - and at the height of the story once reality kind of broke - I was on 150 µg of 1V-LSD btw - and I had a very deep insight into the divine. But I also knew that it's not over yet, because my deepest wish is to sing this with many people together - possibly all over the planet - and then... who knows. I also became aware of the absolute perfection and indescribable beauty of it all and how it all unfolds in such a perfect way that it's really incomprehensible. Everything that seems wrong is just absolute perfection we're not aware of yet. When reality broke I had to find a way to be here again by forgetting some aspects of my true self. I also felt how I was all other people as well and felt how I had a car accident as example a few hundred miles away and so on. I had to switch realities, going through some of the most terrifying horror versions of this world respectively my experience of it, until I found one that was suitable to return to. It was really fascinating but also pretty disturbing. It took some weeks to process. I also felt for a very brief moment how it feels where I truly come from, kind of God's realm so to speak. It was soo unbelivably beautiful and warm, welcoming, full of humour and so on.. But I also knew the time has not come yet to return. I'm not done here yet.

Are you usually an anxious person? It sounds like you obsessed about your physical health, potentiated by the effects of the LSD. I also assume you are not that experienced, right? (not judging, just getting to the ground of it) You learn to not take such sensations so seriously while under the influence, which can mess with your perception sometimes. Unusual feelings are nothing unusual (haha) on psychedelics. You get used to that after a while. To me it doesn't sound too terrible, just a state of anxiety that was triggered by the LSD. You could practice letting go / meditating while sober when anxiety arises, so that you have some tools at your disposal if it happens again. Sending you positive vibes <3

God (aka Reality) communicates all the time with you. That's what this is, essentially. God talking to you and you misunderstanding it. Is it possible to have a conversation with words, like with another human being? Of course, why not. But it's a very crude form of communication and thus one God doesn't usually use. Expand your idea of "communicating". The main purpose of words is to precisely hinder real communication, else this whole dream of this world would immediately collapse.

Everything is real. You thinking that it is all merely a dream is also a dream. There's no difference between dream and Reality. Reality is a dream and that dream is Reality. It's as real as it gets. Forget all that bullshit about it being nothing but a dream – because you deeply misunderstood something there. It's not merely a dream. It's real to a degree you can't even comprehend. It's all a dream, of course. But that dream is REAL.
