That's bullshit. There's no one to judge but yourself. You're the judge and the convict at the same time. You're all murderers and their victims. You're your own mentor and teacher and you're the disciple of yourself. It's all you, you alone is what is. -

That's one and the same. -

It is INFINITE INTELLIGENCE. And no, you can't understand it as a human, because it is way way above the level of consciousness, that is required to be human. You can't even fathom how intricate, beautiful and perfect it is constructed. -

@Theplay That's only halfway there. True enlightenment doesn't discriminate between ego and non-ego – that discrimination is already ego. -
Me too, of course

It doesn't hurt to be said But also... following any teacher will ultimately lead to delusion. And on the other hand everyone and everything can be your teacher.
-
You have to drop any teacher at some point.
-
You're all hopelessly deluded. Deal with it.

Reality is Perfection. That's a feature of Infinity. As well as Love, Truth, Consciousness & Beauty. That doesn't mean you should just accept everything that's going on, on the contrary. I'm talking about the Absolute, not the relative. Suffering, ugliness, war, rape, murder, etc. those all exist as an experience, but that doesn't contradict Perfection. But seeing that requires wisdom. If you say it's otherwise you're essentially saying that Reality would be better if those didn't exist, and that's not the case. Can you see that? -

There's nothing that has to end. Everything is in an ongoing, ever-shifting state of absolute and impeccable perfection. -

This is a very human concern and will immediately vanish as soon as you experience death... The pleasure after death far exceeds anything possible in this realm. But we're not here mainly for pleasure. We've got bigger fish to fry. -
It can be completely reasonable to prolong a psychedelic experience in my experience. But you have to know what you're doing, both related to the substance as well as the reactions of your own body.
-
Mixing substances can be very interesting and produce special experiences. But every substance added heightens the risk of just ending up in a state of confusion, effects clashing with each other, or the effects unexpectedly amplifying each other way too much. In the worst case it could even lead to serious mental or physical harm. A good rule of thumb would be: Never mix substances that you're not experienced with solo – that includes mixes (so: if you wanted to mix, say, Ketamine, MDMA and Psilocybin, you first would have to know the effects of all of them taken on their own, as well as the combined effects of Ketamine+MDMA, MDMA+Psilocybin and Psilocybin+Ketamine). And generally take less when combining stuff.

@woohoo123 Welcome home

Setting an intention is really useful and powerful. Having fun, just letting the trip take you where it wants to, remaining as open and conscious as possible in a state of no-though, etc. are also all valid intentions.

Beautiful. Btw I was born in a dragon year, too.

Well... can't argue with that. Else we wouldn't see the end of it. -

Could you elaborate? -
vibv replied to MellowEd's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
What has a beginning has an end. Only what never begun will never end. So you can not be more eternally doomed than you already are. If you're OK with the way it currently is, then there's no problem... -

Infinity is also almighty. So all suffering is voluntary. Why would an almighty being choose suffering you may ask? Because it isn't affected at all by it, only the imaginary person / separated being is. In fact, without hell Reality would be imperfect, because it would be limited. Only unlimitedness is totally free, and thus only unlimitedness can be total Goodness & Love. Unlimitedness has NOTHING to fear, and nothing to gain. It's just Play unto eternity. -

Of course there's hell. All imaginable and unimaginable kinds, too. But experiencing them is voluntarily (even if it appears to be completely the opposite). -
@Schizophonia I'm pretty sensitive to changes to my body. There's no psychoactive substance I don't feel the day after. I'm not talking about a classical hang-over, but subtle decrease in energy-level and motivation. Which makes sense cause all substances must be processed by the body and that takes actually a lot of energy.
-
How long does that last for you? If I only take LSD I'm pretty much back back to baseline after 2-3 days (including my energy levels). What about shrooms?
-
Well, you just described what I'm about to do. Very interesting, thanks for sharing.
