  1. Sex problem is relationships problem
I think fapping is a threshold Guardian.
@Khron Your problem isn't sex, it's the inability to relate to people in an intimate and loving way where you don't use them as objects to satisfy your survival.
You see, no one has taught you how to consciously relate to people. You think of people like pawns to satisfy your needs. Fundamentally you fear true loving relationship. The ego-mind cannot truly love or relate because it is too needy and fearful of losing itself in the process.
    Focus on working on Self-Love.
A psychedelic can be very helpful here to gain clarity and heal yourself. Then you will be able to relate better to others.
Stop thinking of intimacy as some box you must check off Maslow's list in order to be happy. Rather see it as an expression of your ability to Love, which is the whole point of life: to learn how to Love more deeply and selflessly.
Love is not about getting love from others. Love is about raising your consciousness to the point where you are radiating love out to the world and the world reflects it back at you.
You can start to heal by loving the fact that you enjoy sex, porn, masturbation, and intimacy. There is nothing wrong with these things. Stop shaming and guilting yourself for being a highly sexual creature. Sex is an amazing aspect of God! It is a beautiful thing! You'd have to be a zombie not to like it.
The whole no-fap shaming movement is toxic and counter-productive. You can't shame and guilt yourself into abstainence. Give yourself the love you need, but do it consciously.
There are healthy ways to masturbate and you can still pursue sex and relationships. These are not mutually exclusive things. Don't blame your virginity on masturbation. The problem there is lack of responsibility and inaction in socializing/dating.

  2. The mind must be unmoored
Is this "enlightenment" or am i going crazy.
    Something like that.
Everything must collapse. All of the mind's explanations and models must collapse. The mind must surrender and acknowledge its own futility in the face of God. The mind must become unmoored. The bottom of reality must fall out.

  3. Relationships and spiral
The importance of values in relationships.
Values and Spiral alignment is hugely important.
But that doesn't mean your partner has to be doing a specific thing like some precise spiritual practice.
But if you are at stage Yellow and your partner is at stage Blue, that will never work.
You should probably be looking for a stage Green partner at least if you follow my work. You can work with Green.
Ideally you'd find someone at your level or one level above you.

  4. How to integrate Stage Orange
    Stuck in Orange
@tashawoodfall Exhaust stage Orange by diving deep into it by pursuing material success.
Work on improving your material lifestyle until you realize that it will not make you fulfilled. Then you'll be ready for Green.
In other words, Tony Robbins style success-oriented self-help is what you need. Not enlightenment or spirituality.

  5. TOTAL self love
    Do I have a problem with self-love?
@Hansu Let's put it like this: let's say you murdered your best friend 8 years ago.
Now you feel bad about it, feel guilty about it, want to apologize, etc.
Your problem is lack of self-love.
The issue here is not one of creating pain or suffering. The issue is simply that you are not accepting reality (yourself) as it is.
See, if you were fully conscious of what reality is, you would fully accept it and love it as yourself -- because reality cannot be other than whatever it is. The more conscious you become, the more you accept reality exactly as it is -- because you're too conscious to buy into delusions that reality could be anything else.
Less than TOTAL Self-Love is the only problem that anyone could ever have. It's a game-changer to realize that this is true. The game of life is simply you realizing more and more and more that anything less than TOTAL Self-Love is idiocy.

  6. Perception: be aware that the chair aware of itself
The Resting of Attention vs. Being Aware of Awareness
By being aware of awareness you are attempting to short-circuit the duality between subject and object to ultimately realize that the two are actually one.
Awareness is already aware of itself.
    Become awareness!
    Become ONE!
That's what "be aware of awareness" means.
When you look at a chair, you are not looking at a chair, the chair is looking at itself. The awareness is not coming from the human body, the awareness is baked into every object at all times.
You job here is to realize that the chair is seeing itself.
This is otherwise known as Being.
What you think of as seeing is actually Being. Being means that every thing is "seeing" itself.
Watch my video: What Is Perception?
Ego is usurping Being to create dualistic "seeing".
Stop assuming that you are seeing the chair. There is no fucking you! Just the chair. The whole room exists without you.

  7. Life Purpose + Enlightenment
    Universal Life Purpose: Love
A concrete life purpose as discussed in the Life Purpose Course is a specific manifestation of Love through the prism of your personality structure. Love is universal but how it manifests through you in your life is a very personal and specific thing. So to develop a life around your life purpose will be the highest manifestation of Love for your avatar. But you must be concrete about it. Since everything is Love, the question then becomes, In what ways will you share your love with the world?

  8. Found my Life Purpose!! To become a Psychonaut
Found my Life Purpose!! To become a Psychonaut
Finished Life-Purpose course. It's so deep and exhaustive. This course was the best thing that ever happened to me. Also I became sure about being Psychonaut after watching Leo's video on "How Psychedelics work".Thankyou so much  @Leo Gura
    LIFE PURPOSE-
I will build Spiritual-Infrastructure in the world by using my ability to Go-Meta.
(by spiritual infrastructure I mean-retreat centres, schools, consecrated spaces, online videos and courses)
    ZOG- ability to Go-Meta
    DOMAIN OF MASTERY-
1.Psychedelics for therepeutic and NON-DUAL use
    2. Humanistic and transpersonal psychology
I know the domain is too vast;I am 22 and lack life experience, so I will narrow it down as I walk the path. I am currently doing BA-Psychology in India and planning to pursue Master's degree in Integrated Counseling Psychology from CIIS, San Francisco. This will give me entry to US where Psychedelic renaissance is boosting.
I can see myself as  a psychedelic-therapist but my ultimate aim is to open a Psychedelic retreat centre and become a Non-dual practitioner as Martin Ball mentioned in his book. Uptill then I will be doing Blogging related to spirituality.
    So my QUESTIONS are:
    1. Do you think Higher education is worth my time and money?
    2. Any other advice and views related to my Life purpose?
Thankyou for reading! Love for all!

  9. Value provider
    Methods for becoming a millionaire
The point of being rich is having it be a reflection of how much value and love you provide the world.
Being rich comes naturally once you turn yourself into a massive value provider. Then your riches are not about taking from others but giving to others.
Give so much of yourself that you never have to worry about money again. That is my attitude.

  10. Balance Openmindedness vs. Practicality
On Leo's Perspective On Conspiracy Theories
The problem is that you have to draw the line somewhere for pragmatic reasons. If you spend your time chasing down ever rumor found on the internets, you'll be doing that for 1,000 years and never awaken.
So you must balance between openmindedness but also practicality. You have limited time and energy and focus. You must be highly strategic. Distraction is a tactic of devilry. The devil would love nothing more than to have you chasing down every conspiracy theory.
Have you noticed that the most awake people do not talk about conspiracy theories? Why do you think that is?
Don't discuss low level bullshit in a Zen temple.
We are not going to wasting our time here talking about 9/11 inside job bullshit. And if 9/11 really was an inside job? Oh well, we got bigger fish to fry. My job here is to keep you guys on track rather than devolving into the Alex Jones show. If you really want to explore conspiracy theories, go ahead, just do it elsewhere. I feel no obligation to provide you a platform for that.

  11. Self-love and emotions
Ego invested in story of having it worse than others
    Self-love & forgiveness.
Allow yourself to love your anger, bitterness, hurt, jealousy, and resentment for not having an easier life. You are upset about this, you feel like is unfair, you wish it was different, so air out those true feelings rather than suppressing them and then LOVE and forgive yourself for your hatred . This way you will heal.
You can even say something like, "Fuck you God for making me this way! Fuck you for fucking me over." And then love yourself for saying that.

  12. What you will bring from the trip
LSD Breakthrough (3 Tabs) - 3 Hours of Full Non-Duality. Best Exp of Entire Life
You mostly take back insights, understanding, wisdom, memories, a new worldview, lessons, purification of the body/mind, etc.
Your baseline state of consciousness doesn't change much. Maybe a tiny bit.
It's sort of like being dropped into a warzone. What do you take back? You're not gonna in that fight-or-flight state when you get back home. But you will return home a different man, forever changed. People will feel something different about you. But it will be subtle.

  13. Daily/Weekly fights is a big red flag
    Dating someone with BPD
Sorry to break the bad news, but that does not sound sustainable.
If that's happening, that will be very difficult to correct.
You gotta find a partner who you can mostly get along with, without much effort. There needs to be personality/values match. Otherwise it's like ice skating uphill and ultimately it won't work.
When you find the right person the fights should be rare. Daily/weekly fights is a big red flag.

  14. Jurking routine ?
How Masturbation Can Fuck You In The Ass
Once per day at most. Commonly every other day or a few days break.
For me more than once per day is obsessive territory. Once per day is fine. Every other day is better, more special. Sometimes I can just lose interest for 3 or 4 days while busy with other stuff. Those are the best since it really builds up. It also very much depends on if there's anything juicy around
    Sure, porn. No problem.
    Jeez. That's aweful
I guess you gotta be that horny to do as much pickup as he did.
People have different sex drives. Lower consciousness people will be hornier.

  15. On implementation of orange ?
    Derek Moneybird
If you're at Orange, a no-nonsense teacher like Derek can be very useful. And even at Green it's useful. He's teaching you how to get shit done. How to be pragmatic and grounded.
Many of you lack that. It's a good thing to spend a few years training up.
Too much YT spiritual talk makes you soft and weak.

  16. Emotional release
Is emotional release necessary on this path?
Very necessary if you want to be fully whole and not dysfunctional.
Don't forget that many of those Buddhist monks are dysfunctional people regardless of how enlightened they are.
Awakening requires a lot of processing of your internal emotional baggage. The more baggage you have, the more you'll have to process to reach ultimate peace.
Working out your emotional baggage is one of the most useful things you can do in life.
It is a mistake to suppress emotional and psychological stuff by deciding to just bull your way through to enlightenment. You can bull your way through to enlightenment (maybe), but you will have a lot of inner work to do afterwards. The macho Zen approach is not that effective for most people. Most people need a softer, more emotional, more holistic approach.

  17. Trump and Putin
    Trump is American Putin
Trump is a moron, Putin is a grandmaster strategist.
Also, Putin is not as bad as Trump because Russia is in a very different stage of development. Russia is so corrupt that it requires an authoritarian to keep things steady. Putin is problematic from America's POV but honestly Putin is doing what Russia needs to regain its power on the world stage and defend Russians from exploitation by Americans and their allies.
Putin is a strongman because that's what is required to rule Russia at this point.
Be careful judging Putin when you have no idea how hard it is to rule in Russia. Russia ain't the US or Northern Europe.

  18. Free Will vs Not
    Inevitable Fatality vs.Illusory Free Will
Reality is nondual, so you cannot put it into simplistic human cateogries like free will vs no free will.
There really is no difference between the two.
Since you are God, you are in the very nexus of creation, where Will and Being merge into a seamless Unity. You are in the driver's seat, driving creation.
Reality/God is a tautology, which means it cannot be any other way than the way it is. But it is always in the process of creation, so it will become whatever you create. Your destiny is whatever you end up creating in the now. What is meant to be is whatever you create.
Whatever you regret, the ultimate lesson is to forgive yourself and love yourself. There are probably other lessons there as well, but the highest lesson is to accept reality as it is, which in this case includes whatever bad act you committed. You can learn to do it better next time, but the fact is whatever mistakes you made in the past are whatever they are, and could not be otherwise. So accept it. But the future is open and unknown, so you are not doomed to repeat the same mistakes. You get to decide how things will unfold.
It's okay to be confused about the lesson. It might take months or years before you learn what the lesson was. The lesson may still be unfolding so maybe you don't have enough data yet to draw a solid conclusion.

  19. Love and living
the illusion of utopia equality or end of hierarchy
What I have seen is this:
When your consciousness goes fully infinite, even the notion of eating cake or experiencing life becomes extraneous. If you were infinitely conscious you would be so complete and full, so not lacking in anything, that life itself would become obsolete and come to an end. You would simply exist as pure Infinite Love forever.
If you are still here eating cake, you're not complete. Your love is indirect.
Just to experience life is already an act of seperation and bias. And with it must come lack, because your highest form is pure formless Love. Until you are an absolute Unity, you are lacking something. When you are an absolute Unity, there is need for celebration or enjoyment of even life. You are too united for such games. They are all indirect. Life itself is indirect.
Life is for kids who are too scared of Infinite Love forever.

  20. Chimps, sex and monks
the illusion of utopia equality or end of hierarchy
Have you not seen animals fighting each other to the death for mating rights?
Some male animals will even kill all the female's babies in order to get her ovulating again so they can impregnate her.
Male chimps have strict dominance hierarchies and it is not unusual for an alpha chimp to rip off a beta chimp's balls so he can't impregnate the females in the troupe.
Chimps are very socially savvy and will team up to out-dominate other chimps for power and sex. Male chimps are frequently beaten to death by gangs of other males.
Reproduction in the animal kingdom is no joke.
    https://www.discovermagazine.com/the-sciences/1-in-200-men-direct-descendants-of-genghis-khan
The Mongols had a long tradition of how to acquire a wife:
You see a woman you like. You kidnap her. You rape and impregnate her. And she becomes your wife. Then you repeat.
    Don't try that today.
Survival and reproduction are so deeply linked that you shouldn't even think of them as two different things. Which is why you can't stop thinking about sex even after enlightenment. The deepest Zen master is still a horn dog at heart.

  21. Being meaning
    Questions about "being"
    By "being" we mean "is-ing".
Look around your room. The lamp is "being". Everything is being some way, which is what that thing is.
Being is the substance of reality, so to speak. Being is not a specific state you are in. It cuts across all states.

  22. Advice for awakening
Leo,whats the best, most effective and fastest way to awaken?
@actualizing25 There is no clear answer. It depends a lot on you. It's a good idea to be open to exploring various methods to find those which resonate with you. Allow this to be a process of discovery and experimentation, that way you can stumble upon new stuff, new methods, new teachers, etc.
Psychedelics will give you some solid glimpses but they will not be enough by themselves to embody awakening. You will need some manual practices. Developing your concentration ability is crucial. It think this holds people back the most. They can't focus the mind long enough to awaken.

  23. Psychedelics vs other practices
Exercises for discovering Nothingness, God, The Void
@r0ckyreed In practice you ain't gonna awaken without psychedelics and/or crazy concentration ability.
The point of meditation, contemplation, yoga, self-inquiry is to develop very strong concentration ability which is necessary to break through.
Concentration is the key. It changes your state of consciousness when done rigorously and for long periods of time. Psychedelics make concentration much easier. Otherwise you gonna have to train your ass off manually.
Questioning beliefs is good, but it won't be enough by itself. Your state of consciousness has to change.

  24. When nothing is remembered after trip
I done 8g of psilocybin and now I can’t remember the trip, is that normal?
@Jahmaine When you take too much, you won't be able to retain anything because it will feel like a dream.

  25. Shadow Work Recommendations
An Experience of Infinite Universal Love. April 5th 2020
    @Ar_Senses
Thank you for reading it! As far as the shadow work techniques I've done so far there have been very many but I will list the ones which have been most beneficial to me. Positive and negative visualization, Journaling, taking psychedelics with the intention working through shadows and dreaming to an extent have been the most beneficial tools for shadow work I have used.
I use positive and negative visualizations in my meditations in order to reach the deepest and darkest depths of my psyche and delve deeply into neuroses and bring up things that are quite painful to the surface. This can be quite difficult because it can lead to emotional fatigue as the exact emotions of whatever arises are brought up and depending on the experience it can be quite unpleasant but very powerful because it basically puts it in your face and you can’t run away from it or logic yourself out of it.
I have kept several journals over the past 3 years and I use them to write down all of the thoughts that come up in my mind and to document my journey to see how far I have come thus far in my awakening. For me it has helped immensely to write what I might be working through and to better process any and all inner demons that I intentionally bring up to the surface.
Taking psychedelics is another powerful way to get to the root belief that most shadows are founded upon and uproot them swiftly. I am very sensitive to them and so a little bit of a substance goes a long way for me. I have seen demons, black voids, and many things that most people would label as a bad trip but all of my trip experiences have been overwhelmingly positive because I always completely let go and let the substance show me exactly what it is I need to see for my highest growth and development.
Lastly keeping a dream journal has helped me to see the patterns which recur in the various dreams I have every night. Once one can see these patterns they can quickly find the root of shadows and work through them in a way that harmonious. In my opinion combining this with lucid dreaming this has been the most tranquil way of working through shadows, however it’s not the most reliable for me because I am not the most experienced lucid dreamer.
