Today I saw how I become anxious and uncomfortable when someone calls my friend good looking and me not!!!! Today innoticed how feelings flowed and I was a little depressed... It happens with me always and I want someone to comment the same... How to deal with it... I know it is all related to how My ego views the worldside and me... but I want to deal with it !!! Any Suggestions would be helpful.

Today my university shifted us to the Hotel,,,,and we have two persons in each room,,,,one my friend and me,,,,and I feel a bit difficult doing meditation in the Room, so can I practise doing meditation in the Toilet while sitting on the Pot,,,, What do you say?

Hi all, I heard many times most of the people saying that SIMPLY end the delusion of the time but IM NOT sure its seems almost seems impossible to drop the TIME my body don't allow to do it,,,,,,, Any tips on how one can get out of the delusion of the Time,,,,,,, TIME IS the key to problems to all the problems,,,, as soon as I say my body to end the time, there is no time, nothing, simply the mind will create more of the stuffs making me into believing that This all is not true..... ?‍♂️
