I'm interested whether the inflammation is the only aspect we can be concerned about in context of eating seed oils?

When I eat high-protein food before carbs (porridge, potatoes) I feel ok. When I eat them together, or proteins after carbs I'm out for a few hrs after a meal. Don't drink after the meal (1,5hrs after the meal otherwise you'll dillute the stomach juice and it would take longer to digest especially meat or sth). And don't eat fruits/sweet vegs/berries together with anything else

Blood test.

Yeah, for sure I'll try. I'll move to a large city in the next week and would be able to go shopping around and I'll buy more clothes so I can at least experiment with wearing different clothes and noticing the difference. I'll check doshas

I've learned Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya - a very powerful practice by Sadhguru. And one part of a practice includes saying AUM mantra sound 21 time. You need to do this exactly 21 time, or at least not least. Usually I'm able to keep count maximum 3 times before I get distracted - it is extremely shameful. I tried recording the meditation and counted the amount of mantras I've pronounced - I usually do it for 50times (because I try be biased towards the smaller count after my attention returns after distraction). Every stage of the practice takes me twice as long than it was intended. Instead of 30 min practice, I have a 1hr practice - I can't afford so much time with my tight working schedule. I burnout very easily. My collegues don't believe that I feel burned out after 2 weeks of working without a weekend. But I am. Probably I'll lose my job. Andrew Carnegie was able to hold concentration for 5mins on a thing and because of that he was the richest man on the beginning of the 20th century. I am able to hold concentration only for a few seconds and hence I am really struggling at work. I've had a period when I was eating 3 pizzas per day, playing videogames the whole day which lasted for 1 year, and the 2-year period (during which I was sliding between healthy and unhealthy lifestyles) of working on low-grade jobs like mcdonalds, construction site. I've once had a crazy (literally) collegue because of who I was boiling from anger 24/7 for 2 weeks and totally exhausted my nervous system. Generally my health is very weak, I was able to improve it a bit for a 6months of doing yoga and most of the time healthy diet. I've recently bought gingko biloba, bacopa and omega 3 (I plan to take a lot of them) are on their way to me What do you think can help in my case?

3d graphic design. Sometimes I deal with images

If you are serious about it, go learn Unity or Unreal engine. Don't expect to make it in a 3 months. If you are really into it then be ready to make a carrier as a 3d artist/Environment artist/game developer etc. Ask yourself "Will I stick to it if it will take me x3 longer than I've expected?" i guarantee it will take much longer than you expect.

Hey guys, today I want to hear your opinion on Anthony Williams who is promoting celery juice cleanse. He has a lot of claims which I want to adress separately: Artificial plug-in air fresheners, scented candles, perfumes, cologne, fabric softeners are bad for you. They are acumulating in your lungs. Metal knifes leave heavy metals in your food (sounds logical because the metal particles that wear off the knife must be going somewhere), juicers with 2 metal gears also are the source of heavy metals. I want to expand this further: Cheerios have metallic form of iron added instead of ionic one. You can check this by applying magnet to soaked Cheerios - you will get metal dust attracted to the magnet. Is this metal dust dangerous for you? He has monoeating diet where you eat only bananas/only potatoes and drink celery juice. He claims there would be no mineral defficiency because od this He says that you shouldn't eat "radical fats". This means you shouldn't eat very fatty foods, including nuts because liver needs to produce bile in order to digest this food. And because we all have overburdened liver we shouldn't strain it even more. So when liver is digesting fats it is unable to cleanse the organism from toxins. Therefore he reccomends to fully exclude fatty food from diet, or at least to eat it after 14:00 he says certain strains of viruses could make heavy-metal based neurotoxins he claims that in 1930 there were experiments on viruses and these viruses were fed by the eggs and then these viruses got escaped from laboratories and now infecting people and are the major cause of chronic ilnesses. Bwy, I feel after eating eggs my muscle get more hard, and I have fascia inflammation because of which I sometimes couldn't sleep at night and I need to massage them on the foam roller to get rid of them. petroleum, natural gas fumes are toxic for you. Petroleum I think is true, but what about gas stove gas? is itharmful to breathe in? fluoride in toothpaste has traces of aluminium because fluoride is the byproduct of aluminium "manufacturing" furniture, clothes, electronics, carboard boxes, are secretly laced with fungicides vinegar dehydrates the organs fermented foods don't introduce productive bacteria to your gut fat plus sugar is the true cause of diabetes - insulin sticks to fat and prevent sugar binding to insulin he doesn't recommend water/juice fasts longer than 3-4 days because after this period you start running on adrenaline (instead of glucose) and therefore you exhaus your adrenals. auto-immune diseases is a myth - body attacking itself is a nonsense - what happens instead that there are low-grade viruses and unproductive bacteria and metabolic by-products causing the "auto-immune" diseases Some stuff he says sounds logical. He also doesn't make any citations of studies - he claims the Spirit of compassion told him this information. He has affiliate links on supplements on his website. I would say these supplements are really high-quality: they don't contain sillicon dioxide, magnesium stearate. What do you guys think of this all?

Not the red flags. But maybe you can confirm certain theses or have an argument against them. I can't find any info in the internet about certain things he say

That is the question I also interested in

Hey. For the past 1,5 years, I was investing time and energy into building a 3D artist portfolio. I've finally found a job. The schedule is quite challenging: 10:00-19:00 5 days a week, and there are deadlines as this is the advertising industry, so work on the weekends is also possible (but they say if you worked on the weekends you can take 2 days off after finishing the deadline). After one week of work I feel a bit down, but better than expected. The good thing about this schedule is I have a lot of time in the morning so I'm able to do my yoga for 2hrs, but unfortunately, there is no room for jogging in the evening (the acute physical exercises are so crucial when having a sitting job). They have ergonomic workspaces i.e. regulated table height, and screen height so that's a plus My question is: how do I work so that I don't burn out, don't ruin my health, and also be able to devote Saturday to learning new 3d modeling techniques? Before starting my new career I've already had a bit of weak health: depleted nervous system, pain in my arm due to overuse of a mouse (I have an ergonomic one, but still), I feel underexercised - my body begs for movement My insights: do more intense yoga asanas and more repetitions of Surya Namskar. Yoga had already improved my health over the past half year. nootropics: genius mushrooms, a lot of omega-3 do Epsom salt baths once a week to restore magnesium deposits go to the sauna once per week (I'm too tense) buy a bike and use it to get to work in the morning must have one session of jogging once per week What are your insights guys?

It is probably magnesium defficiency, and general nervous system function defficiency. But for what I described here is called cervical radiculopathy, or pinched nerve. It is caused by deformation of intervertebral disc which affects the nerve going out of spinal cord

Sorry for " 'lightbolt' shocks in the neck " I just don't know how to describe this problem:) Basically, it feels like... You just sit casually in a chair (maybe even relaxed), and suddenly your shoulder kicks up, and you feel as though some light bolt had stricken your neck muscle closer to this shoulder. You don't necessarily feel pain, just 'shock' and maybe some numbness in the area. The lightbolt sometimes strikes the elbow as well. I haven't experienced this for a long time, but it could be related to the next described issue. When I sleep my hands become numb (like there are needles that stab you at every square millimeter of your skin). It happens when I sleep on my side, or in 'pharaon pose' My bed is narrow, so it is not comfortable to sleep in shavasana as I like. It is also worth mentioning that I've had tics in my eyelashes, different muscles throughout my body. you may visit other topics on other health issues - you may find a connection between symptoms described in them and symptoms in this topic What do you think this caused by?

I also have left lower rib sticking out since my childhood. Unfortunately, my parents weren't paying enough attention to my health. I'd improve my finances and take care of my health

I currently having cervical radiculopathy. I wonder whether this hammock could be helpful

For the last year I experience insomnia. Usually I while I'm laying down in my bed I think about my work - 3D graphic design which I'm passionate about so much. The problem is that after such a night when I wasn't able to fall asleep for 2 hrs, my inspiration for doing actual work on 3D is quite low. This insomnia depletes me. I also experience pressure in my temples, tinnitus. I don't know whether it is my thought pattern that causes pressure, or temple pressure which causes the thought diarrhea. I should mention that sometimes my thinking sometimes very intense, and I think it wastes a lot of energy. Do you guys know ways to momentarily calm yourself and fall asleep? How to unwire this tendency, and stabilize the sleep cycle so that I fall asleep early and wake up early? Thanks

Recently I've received a post package from my mum and there were supplements. The package was cheap so I suspected these were low quality supplements. They contained magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. I remember Leo listing in his nootropic video magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide among substances to avoid. I haven't found much concerning info about these 2 on the internet though Here is the source about magnesium stearate https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5655391/#!po=52.6786 Here's some quote: Upon ingestion, magnesium stearate dissolves into its component ions, magnesium and stearic and palmitic acids. Therefore, the safety assessment should be based on its constituent cations and anions. Fatty acids are normal constituents of coconut oil, butter and other edible oils and have not been considered to pose a toxicological risk [4], [31]. As such, it was concluded that stearic and palmitic acids used as flavouring agents do not present a safety concern [32]. This position has been supported by results of recent studies demonstrating a lack of genotoxicity and toxicity of some fatty acids containing stearic and palmitic acids And there is silicon dioxide study. Definitely cautious https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29668341/ What do you guys know about these 2 substances?

I've started this topic earlier, and now I know that the reason of the symptoms described in the topic were other than I thought: I thought that I experience a temple, nose bridge pressure, and tinnitus because of a sinus infection. I've done a sinus X-ray and the doctor said there is nothing there. The neurologist said that I might be experiencing these symptoms (temple, nose bridge pressure, tinnitus) due to low blood pressure. I'd do an ultrasound of neck vessels on the 12th of August and will give an update on what it discovered. Meantime, maybe you have some insights on what may cause low blood pressure? I have some Ideas this could be because I sit a lot (I'm a 3d graphic designer and sit a lot), under exercise, overthink, being nervous (I'm currently living with my grandma and we have totally different values, she is a soviet child and I'm SD stage yellow. I also often think about other relatives that have different attitudes towards life). In the past, I've had very nervous periods, where I was angry 8 hrs per day with some stupid coworker. Also, I couldn't fall asleep because of some idea on 3d project I was constantly thinking about (I was working on not 3d graphic job and had no time to spend time on 3d modeling and therefore was craving for 3d very much). Also, it is worth mentioning that I've had a period in life when I was eating a lot of fast food (like crazy 3 pizzas per day), was playing video games for 16hrs per day, and also had an office all-day-sitting job. This period lasted for 2 years and ended 1 year ago (but sometimes I was returning few times to this lifestyle for a week or so) Right now I'm doing yoga every day, and I would start jogging 3 times per week So, what are your ideas? Do you think it is just stress?

When I do Bhudjangasana (cobra pose) I lay down on my belly and I feel pain in my left knee. It seems that the hard floor pressures the kneecap and changes its position (moves it down the leg). It prevents me from fully relaxing my legs and lower back when performing the cobra pose. Wtf is happening with my left knee - the right knee lies on the floor with perfect comfort
