@supremeyingyang[couldn't delete the tag] How do I feel now: Much more focused, have much better memory. I meditate much deeper, I am much more centered in the present moment. I think vitamin D3, magnesium, iron, vit B-complex contributed to these results I still fill pressure in my temples and sinuses though. I also don't want sugary food anymore! That's huge. No craving at all! I think triphala water contributed to it. I've started with 1/4 of teaspoon of triphala in 200ml of tepid water and slowly increased to the 1teaspoon per 200ml of water over the course of 2 weeks. I drink it 40mins before bedtime. Maybe it was something different, I take a lot of things, but I don't see what other thing could possibly helped this. Triphala cleanses your intestine tract. I also take 600mg N-AcetylCysteine (NAC) twice per day. It is a powerful hepatoprotector which restores liver deposits od Glutatione - powerful antioxidant. I'l see how it affects me. I think the abovementioned results are partially caused by it.

This was also a dilemma for me. I try to lie as little as possible, but I would lie in these cases. I couldn't tell my grandma that I used psychedelics, it would be impossible to convince her that these substances are good. Sometimes she inadequately reacts to ordinary things like taking supplements. The most important thing is to not lie to yourself and have a clear perception of reality, without any distortions, or biases. For example, in my case, I was excusing myself about irresponsible usage of psychedelics - admitting yourself that would be much better than admitting to parents that you use psychedelics. I think this is actually lying to yourself. In my opinion, you are better off straightforward lying to parents than doing that kind of mental gymnastics

Sounds impressive. When I read your post, I remembered the feeling of the real me (not in spiritual sense)

Cool feature. Unfortunately, I no more do notes in google docs - I found Notion more comfortable. I wonder if there is some tool which is outside of google docs or Notion that will allow you to dictate in any software. Sometimes I read a book and I need to quickly translate some word without putting the book aside. Google assistant on my phone is terrible

Yeah, that's my favourite movie -
Before you would be stuffed with harmful drugs, go to the endocrinologist first: maybe you just have low vitamin D level. I personally had critically low 9ng/ml and was barely able to work for 2 hrs per day.

I think in this question you rely on the assumption that "you can't teach an old dog new tricks". I think it is not a matter of age but a matter of neuroplasticity - how flexible your mind is. You could be very rigid when you are 20, and still very open-minded and a quick learner when you are 60 I notice when I consume a lot of extra bullshit content: news, or some random videos on YT, I become slow with delayed reaction and feel dumb.

I have an idea for one: it would be both strategy and RPG. It would be based on the concept of recursion. It means that whenever your hero is agitated/scared/feels bad the outside world would change appropriately: the monster would become more volatile and aggressive, the weather would become stormy, and of course, it could further spoil the mental state of a hero and create the negative self-reinforcing feedback loop. To escape the loop hero would need somehow calm himself: whether it be escaping the monster, or improving emotional mastery. One way to do that would be, for example, exploring the world and finding enlightened masters who would teach him a technique. Creation would be an important facet of the game. Something like factorio but more magical. For example, in order to synthesize some insight or elixir on some magical factory, you'd need to cool this factory with holy water. This water should be pumped through copper/glass/silver pipes without sharp bends (Sadhguru said that when water goes through the pipes gets negative energy because pipes have sharp bends). Then the water should stay in the reservoir filled with shungit (special coal) which would clear water from heavy metals, and in this reservoir, there would be a frequency generator that would make water structured. You can also put a copper pyramid roof to increase the potency of structured water There also would be the plot that the whole world would be infected by some illness. And the character should build a wall that would stop the infection from spreading. And then step by step detoxifying the infected biomes: by, for example, shooting explosive vaccines that would cure territory of some radius. Then you'd need quickly build a new wall to protect the recently cured area. After being cured, the area would be depleted and desertlike - you then need to take care of that and bring prosperity there: renew the soil, and bring some nutrition to animals. You can also make sorties on the infected area, catch infected creatures, bring them in cages to your home, cure them, and have them serve you (in a non-exploitative manner of course). You see, in such a manner, you can plant a seed of self-care in players, deeply infiltrate by the creative energy.

What do you guys mean by processed and unprocessed meat? Unprocessed means raw? Or does it mean it wasn't processed in high temperatures like in McDonalds but boiled/baked?

Hey, I've recently bought Holsfadter's book "Godel, Escher, Bach" on the recursive nature of reality. The topic fascinates me very much. However, the vocabulary is quite complicated he uses a lot of nuanced words such as "denizen", "wallowing", and technical vocabulary. I also was reading Wikipedia articles about cognitive biases, and logic, and the language is quite complicated here. English is not my native language. I want to explore such topics quicker, but what slows me down the most is the need to put off the book, take the phone type in the word, see the translation, and see other translation options. It is quite a long process. I've tried using google assistant but it sometimes confuses the words, and I need to say "ok, google" each time to summon the translating demon. I also plan to buy a similar book stand to free my hands so that I don't need to put off and grab on the book each time https://www.amazon.com/Stands-Height-Adjustable-wishacc-Reading/dp/B09LS3JB4Q The second part of the question is: how do I improve my understanding of academic books? Right now most of what I read I just don't get. Mostly because I don't understand some nuanced words and even if I translate them I still need to simultaneously hold newly acquired meaning and try to understand the complex topic. So first - improve my vocabulary and the efficiency of translation. By the way, I'm interested in logic, mathematical logic, logical fallacies, and cognitive biases.

I think the path is not to give up videogames but to evolve them. The same is with modern education. It is not perfect. But does it mean children should stop going to school? No. Instead, we must make schools more interesting and useful. I'm a 3d artist and I'm making 3d models for videogames. I often concern about whether my life purpose is not devilry. I often argument to myself that my goal is to become Hayao Miyazaki of videogames. I don't wanna participate in some zombie apocalypse or primitive shooter shit. Wanna make games with soul. But there is a lot of possibility to go off the path. In my case it is important to make some works for portfolio that would attract projects that I'm resonating with.

I think you shouldn't make excuses and seek shortcuts. Figure out how to improve your math skills.

Ok, but what about translation? Do you know some voice assistants that you don't need to say 'ok google' each time, just say 'translate ...' and he translates and pronounces it to you?

@tezk I've also done a vitamin b12 test and I also don't have big deficiency, just lower than it should be. I'm taking b-complex right now

I also love math. On the LSD trips, I've started to see math everywhere. Trips helped me to discover my life purpose - I can't say what exactly it is but it is definitely somewhere in math circles. Now I'm into procedural modeling in Foundry Modo/Houdini. -
@supremeyingyang i will do it in 3 months. Beware. Please understand that you can't measure something without influencing the parameter you are trying to measure - by doing blood test every week you'll lower you iron levels.

He is very creative: he tried making music on some computer program, making a yt channel, making videogames, doing 3d modeling. But unfortunately all his enterprises failed because he has weak laptop and x32 bit system. I thought to gift him my old laptop, but maybe I'll still need it. But also he plays a lot of videogames, watches youtube videos and is very lasy. His concentration is very bad, I've tried doing homework with him, but his attention is very bad - each few seconds he gets distracted. I remember myself as a teenager being inspired about everything, but I was living in village with no internet and after 10mins of not knowing where to channel the inspiration the inspiration vanished I can buy him toy-riddle, paper modeling set (to make a model of car, or plane from paper) What are your ideas?

Update: I've also done other hormone and mineral blood tests. Hormones, including thyroid hormones and cortisol, are OK. Ferritin (iron) is very low: 40 ng/ml whereas it should be 75 ng/ml (the exact amount as my bodyweight is). About vitamin D. After realizing that I have very low vitamin D levels (8 ng/ml, whereas the optimal level, is 50-70 ng/ml) I've asked my 'family doctor' (it is a general physician in Ukraine, usually not very competent) who sends you to other specialists if unable to diagnose himself) how much do I need to take daily to restore deficiency. She said I should take 4000 IU. Then in an endocrinologist lecture on youtube, I heard that everybody should take 5000 IU (he didn't tell if we should take it during summer also because we all have little sun exposure. Today, an endocrinologist told to me that I should take 20 000 IU daily for a month and then once in 2 days (10 000 IU daily) for another month! Make sure your doctor is competent enough - I could have been taking these pity 4000 IU and wondering why I don't have results. On the youtube lecture of endocrinologist, I've also heard that we all need to constantly take magnesium, iodine, vitamin D, and B vitamins because we all are under stress and we constantly lose a lot of these minerals/vitamins. By the way, some of them, for example, iodine, vitamins B are water soluble so they don't accumulate in the body well - the excess taken by mouth is removed through the urine. I also watched a webinar of a Ukrainian functional medicine doctor and she said the following order for restoring health: Restoring mucous membranes of the stomach, esophagus, intestines Working on gallstones, achieving the state of fluid bile. If bile is produced properly then it is 'sanitizing' the intestines and naturally weakens the parasites (including unproductive bacteria, candida, and low-grade viruses). for this milk thistle oil and other methods help digestion: eat bitter foods: arugula etc. liver cleanses (can't do it before bile is fluid enough) Anti-parasite protocols (including candida, unproductive bacteria, and viruses) lymph-drainage exercises Don't just believe what I've said - do your own research - I didn't go into nuances here.

@Aiwass of course masturbation was a major reason of my depression. Usually when I masturbate in the morning I then have 0 willpower few days after and then slowly start recovering. However after taking vitamin D3, B-complex for a few weeks+ wearing sadhguru consecrated ring, bracelet, rudraksha mala (sacred seeds bead) I stopped masturbating. It is 3 weeks that I don't masturbate - my record for the past year. We'll se how it goes. Also I suspect that I have adrenal fatigue. I watched endocrinologist lecture and he said that if you have low energy levels in the morning and in the evening you are hyperactive, can't fall asleep - these are signs of adrenal glands underperformance. I also probably have iron deficiency I went to endocrinologist she confirmed these theories. I'll go pass a lot of blood tests tomorrow and do ultrasonic imagery at 03 Feb and we'll see what's going on

Almost always when I experience a dream, things in it happens against my will. For example when I was a kid I clearly remember a dream when I was Lightning McQeen racing on the track and I just wanted to ride, but there were these nasty earthquake that were appearing "intentionally" to disallow me racing normally. Now I often experience dreams when I meet some girls, wanting to have sex with them, but they often escape and I fail to have sex with them. Sometimes I do, but more often girls vanish or some circumstances disallow me to have sex with a girl. I wonder whether if I change how my dreams are my reality will also change? Maybe I'm just need to hold in consciousness this limiting belief that "universe is against me" and thus make it disappear Cause basically the dreams are just a reflection of my reality.

I'm saving 30% of my salary: 10% for financial 'airbag'/financial freedom, 20% for major purchases like a new PC or so. The rest I spend almost without constriction, I rarely watch on price of foods while buying 'em. Earning 800$ in Ukraine. I personally like investing in 3D graphic courses (I'm a 3D modeler) - it's as much fun as WoW and will increase my future earnings

Yeah, I also considering buying one

@Javfly33 I know there is city in India where there is 1000 factories and the water is highly contaminated with heavy metals. I think that's the source
