@ZenMonkey (or anyone) A part from the negative effects on the planet, do you know if eggs does have negative effects on Health?

@Ida Thanks for the advices ! I´m at my third day and even If I eat more than what I used to, I feel more hungry than usal and I can feel that I loose weight. Usually when I´m hungry, I start to eat bread with cheese, now that I go vegan, I take for ex. dried prunes or apples as snacks, which is certainly one of the reasons I loose weight. However, my family is quite open when it comes to veganism/ vegetarinism. And if it bother them, I´ll do like you said by bringing my own food. It´s a good way to spread veganism ^^ @ZenMonkey Thanks, It is challenging and fun for me to try vegan ! Many people don´t want to go vegan (or vegetarian) because they are afraid to not get enough protein. If it wasn´t for the taste of meat and their addiction to it, there won´t be any excuses. I live in sweden and the sun isn´t coming by very often so I´ll probably buy Those supplements. How do you know about all these? have you read books or are you some kind of nutritionist..?

Thanks everyone for giving me all those intresting feedbacks! I´ve been going through all your answers and took in concideration every advices. That´s why it took time for me to reply for everyone. I came to the conclusion that veganism was the best solution for both the planet and the Health in many different aspects. What maked me choose veganism and not vegetarian is because of the effects of dairy Products on the body and for the ethical and ecological effects. Many people Thinks that veganism is only for rabbits and for emotional persons, which isn´t true! You´ll have on the other side to seriously study/practice this Lifestyle Close enough to adapt this way to eat in your quotidian. I mean, you have to know for exemple where to find enough calcium and protein from non-dairy produts. Still, I Think personally that this is one of the most intresting parts because you´re rediscovering what you´re putting inside of your body. The cons like @Matej mentioned would then be the Health conditioning of a person and that it can be dangerous for some if you don´t eat enough of certain nutriments.. there is certainly more cons but for the moment I have more pros. I´m Learning more about the nutriments and the benifits from each of them for the body. I haven´t practiced that much on vegan recipes though . For Those reasons I have since yesterday started a 30 Days challenge where I will test new vegan recipes and study more about this Lifestyle philosophy. My goal is to avoid milk, cheese, White bread, eggs, and meat. The most challenging for me I Think will be to avoid meat and dairy Products when I´m invited by family members... Does anyone have advices for this kind of situation? @Neill Bolton Your commentar was convincing. I find it important to Think both from an ethical and ecological Point of view and you did it very well! I was even more convinced after looking at Cowspiracy, I was choked to see how much metan from cows production compared to CO2 were actually leading to global warming. As for how Little this issue was controversied... Thanks again for giving me a higher level of consciousness about biodiversity. @Ida Thanks Ida for making veganism more clear when it comes to the nutriments. I´ve read more about it now and I´ll probably buy some supplements like you said, and probably some vegan book, but for the moment I find enough recipes and ideas on internet. To stop eating meat isn´t hard for me since there is only vegetarian food in my high school and also because I was vegetarian when I was Little. The most difficult will be dairy Products because they are the basic for so many recipes. That´s why I´m trying the 30 Days challenge. (I´ll probably look at fork of knives) Have you Always been vegan by the way? @ZenMonkey Thanks for the hystorical perspective , very intresting! It makes more sence to eat vegan. @Dhana Choko Your personal story and view on veganism really motivates me! I can find msyelf in your personal development Before you started eating vegan. I have for exemples acne problems and I have Heard that dairy Products, chocolate and sugar increase not only the weight and other Health issue problems but I was never really enough aware about the effects of them. Also, since eating was for a long time (still a Little) a way for me to feel less stress, dairy Products and chocolate became my addictions. The more I wanted to loose weight, the more I regretted the moment I did eat snack , the more I felt stressed, the more I did eat those bad Foods... A Vicious circle really. But now that I´m becoming more conscient, this Vicious circle slowly dísapears. If I Think more about each ingredients and how they impact my body, it´s like meditation of what I eat and I feel more in Control of myself... Of course, I´m just a beginner and I´m still struggling with my addictions. Still, I can already feel the difference in my mind.

@Psychonaut Sorry I didn´t get enough attention on your question about a diary you carry out with you, and not a real diary at home. Well, I also have a samsung (4G). Therefore, I write my to do list on the application "colornote". When I got one thing done, I just delete the sentence or Word about this thing. So the more I get done, the smaller my list become and it´s a great feeling. When it comes to ideas, I write them on my phone as well with the same application but in another color, and sometimes when I have time I develop my ideas on a small bloc note I carry on with me. Still. since it´s just raindom thoughts, I don´t really care on the Outlook as I do with my homediary.

The cool things with a diary is that you can write in it whatever you want. There is no rules a part from beeing the writer of your own thoughts. I´ve been Writing diaries ever since Writing was possible for me (around 8 years old). It started just by writing funny details of the Day that catched my attention as a Child or things I didn´t dare to say to anyone, yeah basically a secret diary. It was only about having fun with my own ideas and memories. I did even draw in it. Then, as my interest for the outside World began to grow, I wrote less about memories and began to expand more my thought. I did write especially on feelings I struggled to express with people around me. Things I could not put Words on just by speaking with someone, things that required focus and freedom to let your ideas flows on the paper... Of course while you let your thoughts flows, there is no limit. And that´s, personally my problem, because once I start, I have difficulties to stop and I don´t have the time for that every day ^^ However, I did and still do write goals and ideas, just less than Before... Eventually I will try to write more often as I will start with meditation. (a good way to break bad habits and use time wisely!) Let it flow !

For the moment I still eat meat, but less than Before. I´m searching for good reasons to switch into the right diet. With the global warming problem issues, proof that eating too much meat is bad for the Health etc... I´m more and more convinced that I should stop eating meat. Especially meat coming from other countries than my own. For the moment, I just know two possibilities, veganism or vegetarianism. Does anyone have experiences about one of those diets or perhaps Another diet even better for the Health and the planet? (ps: I´m sorry if I spell wrong or do grammatics errors. I´m not a native English, still I´m working on it)
