@Danioover9000 I don't see it as being pro or anti free will, obviously I hope that free will is real, but the evidence seems to be pointing towards there is no free will, I not a solopsist, but I am open minded to all possibilities including that nothing exists outside of my mind, or even that I am a bolzman brain, but my search for truth has led me down many different paths giving me many different ideas, I was a complete atheist, but I do now believe in a creator of some kind (don't know what) and I now believe that its a possibility that consciousness can exist after death, I really believe that reality is some kind of technological creation

I love to play chess but I'm not very good at it, but that doesn't stop me from playing, I don't mind losing as long as I enjoy the game

@WonderSeeker thanks bud, that's a very kind and thoughtful response, we have to move on, but I'm still hoping for some reason to believe that free will is real, it's still a possibility I think, but yes it's not something that causes me any problems except for some existential reaction, but I like to see how people react to this question ??✌

@Moksha I know what the ego is, so when you became awake , did you stop behaving and thinking and choosing from the ego mind? With respect you dont know how much work and knowledge I have gained and how mindful I am about the ego mind and to what extent I have studied these matters, I know all the cliches , but the truth is you cannot escape the ego, and to claim that you are awake to the truth is an illusion,

@Moksha we are all trapped by conditioned minds, I don't know who I am except for what my ego is, Do you know who is choosing when you make a decision?

@PureRogueQ I have to tell you that the more you gain insight about reality, the more unsettling and lonely and sometimes depressed you can find yourself, but that is mirrored by the gratitude and love you can experience, truth is truth no matter what the cost, and I say truth lightly as I dont know the truth

@PureRogueQ yes it does seem dumb to think about the question of free will, but I can't think of anything more important, and many people are very interested in this question also, I could decide to forget about it, but I'm still hoping to find some evidence that free will exists, and my obsession with the nature of reality doesn't allow me to just forget about it

@Brenzo2 @Leo Gura if you think about it like this, in Leo's video he says that sometimes God decides to devide its self and get back in the game and enter a body on earth, so it's a choice that God makes to decide itself, but let's say that 10,000 years ago the population on earth was 1 million, and now it's say 4 billion, does that mean God has decided to divide into more parts? Because the population seems to be a derivative of social conditions, so maybe the bigger the population the more body's are available for God to divide itself, or like you say I'm complicating the issue (I do that a lot). and birth of humans is just part of the whole thing, but Leo says that he, me and you will be repeatedly reborn and u will be me and I Leo and Leo you and so on, so dosnt that mean duality and only a certain amount of divisions and not a growing devision capacity that a growing population demands also Leo says that maybe when we get to the God head nirvana, we might get bored and decided to get back in the game , it seems like he was saying (me() will get bored , (my) soul , duality, sorry if I am still missing the point and just ignore me if I am lol

In Leo's video the one before last on meaning of life, he talks about how we are reincarnated, and we (God) choose to divide itself again to be reborn, but how could it be true when we take into consideration the earths population, the population has been growing massively, so dosnt that show that it's not just the same souls being reborn over and over again but new "souls", if it was the same souls then the population wouldn't be caused by Eccononic and political conditions etc?

Maybe souls can only enter a body when one becomes available and when the situation allows for a bigger population then more souls can enter t was a fantastic video by the way and even if I'm not understanding it properly there are some very interesting and poitive says of thinking about life

The idea of complete nothingness is not an easy thing to imagine , use your imagination for a minute and imagine that you are in a bubble and that bubble and its contents is the ONLY thing that exists, so what would you see as you look out the bubble , what force would stop your hand from reaching outside the bubble, if there is nothing outside there is nothing to put your hand into but also there could be no force to stop you? It's just a thought exercise

@Serotoninluv just me as I am now without tryin to think about any philosophical questions about inside this bubble, just a simple man with a simple mind in a transparent container that holds the normal laws of physics , this exercise gave me a feeling of nothingness for a short moment and it was profound ,

@seeking_brilliance it's not a question, just an exercise , after trying to imagine complete nothingness for some time , I sort of "got it " for a few seconds, and it created a profound experience , it might be because I'm not articulate enough but people don't seem to understand what I'm saying ✌️???

@Inliytened1 it's just a mind bender, the bubble would not be floating , it wouldn't be falling , nothing to float upon and nothing to fall into , the bubble is transparent but there would be nothing to see "outside" so it wouldn't be dark or light and nothing for your eyes to see , really contemplate it and without any need for you to know, it's very difficult , remember it's not got anything to do with how things really are or are not

@Inliytened1 that's why it's only a thought exercise , just an exercise on what would happen If there was a place where everything ended , not saying there is , just a thought get it ?

@Shin yeah but there would be no black , no vacuum , no space empty or not , but it's very difficult to imagine complete nothingness , maybe there is no such thing?
