  1. @SamC I can sympathise with you on this ADD problem. It can feel so frustrating at times where you wanna focus, but you just CAN'T. Kriya Yoga helped me a lot, it kinda felt like this focusing ability was the problem of my bad inner energy (chakra) alignment. Also trying to focus more and putting your attention back to the task helped a bunch. Try and ignore your thoughts for the day when they arise. Just try ant blow them away like the wind. After some time you will notice that you can focus more. This will take some time, months maybe years, but DO IT! You must grow your focusing muscle. Believe me I've been there and it's getting better with time, just keep doing the practice. Keep growing your will-power muscle. With time you will be a focusing GOD!
  2. @Magnanimous Healthy food, cardio workouts, sleeping enough, cold showers/cold exposure, and MEDITATION!
  3. @Bob Seeker I'am currently on my 3rd month of being alone and choosing to be alone. Sometimes I still meet my friends on the weekend and go home early about ~11pm. But not every weekend I meet them. You need to discover the happiness of solitude. Just be happy alone! In your room, with your own thoughts. It's hell'a good! But sometimes eventually you just need company. When times become hard you especially need some time to be in a room with a female (if you are a male). If you are doing some self development work you need some of the feminine energy to balance your Yang (doing/action energy), just talking can make a huge difference, 1 on 1 action.
  4. @Illusory Self You are not alone my brother. I'm happy that you are fixing your life. I can only say that it never gets easy, every day is still "hard". Just become stronger and you will see what an amazing life you can create for yourself.
  5. @Illusory Self https://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Fitness-Men-Performance-Flexibility/dp/1465473483 I highly recommend this book. Up to 30minutes daily with great programmes. Do it at home, you don't need to go to a gym. Unless you don't trust yourself and havent done anything sport-like in your life and need a baby-sitter to tell you what to do. I can confirm that physical yoga can indeed give you higher states of consciousness. I had some Samadhi experiences after doing physical yoga. It is very critical to have a strong flexible body for this work. By doing some poses you releave some of the stored emotions in your body. I often cried doing some poses, which is really good for our spiritual work.
  6. It's perversion/distortion of reality. When you understand how it works you become homophobic, not in a hateful way, but in a sort of "you have a problem" way. I talked to a spiritual woman and she said that she was a lesbian for like 5~ years, and she smoked weed a lot at that time. She said that when she started to meditate, after some time she no longer had a thing for GIRLS, she wanted MEN. Now she is married and women no longer atract her. Read stories about how women go off the pill and then they have a few weeks of changes in their psyche where they literally want lesbian sex, once the pill wares off and your energies align they go back to normal, straight. I often talk with gay men just for research and almost always they snort cocaine, smoke weed and drink alcohol alot. That shit can make you perverted/distorted. Ofcourse not everyone is as I described, but mainly I find that gay people indulge in some kind of harder drug use.
  7. @Illusory Self no symbols can communicate This.
  8. I can say that my body too gets cold from smoking weed. And thus shivers is an action which creates thoughts which create emotions = bad trip. I remember when I smoked a blunt in summer where it was +32C (+90F) and I was fucking cold shivering to the point where I thought I was gonna die LOL. I no longer consume it for other reasons as it misplaces your inner life-force energies.
  9. What kind of advice is this? Don't you understand the problems of having peak dopamine experiences?
  10. It is. But it has it's cons, as some psychedelics do. In my experience I started to have mystical experiences on weed first, then transitioned to classical psychedelics. I find that Kriya yoga gives you the same psychedelic experience as shrooms or LSD (haven't tried anything apart of that). Also you are sober and feel like on a small dose of psychedelics but way way more focused without any of the unwanted body loads.
  11. @Tyler Robinson I've had experiences where while having sex I completely became selfless and for some time it felt like the room was watching me making Love with a woman and then even "Me" melted away and there was no Me or my Partner, just Love happening without anyone even doing it. Sweet, Selfless, Clean Love. Now try and imagine that in your mind.
  12. @Tyler Robinson you are just mentally masturbating yourself here. Either have sex or stop this because you will create illusions about what this "beautiful" sex is.
  13. @Realms of Wonder You lack consciousness to actually grasp that you are distracting yourself. These days it just takes me a few moments to realize that what I'am doing right now is not worth the time and effort, even before doing the activity I already intuit that.
  14. @Basman You lack discipline. I had my own morning routine for up to like 3 months now and every fucking morning it's HARD. You force your body to behave as you want, but sometimes it does what it wants. And it doesn't get easy. Well sometimes it does, but just today it was hard to do so. Don't copy anyone's morning routine, you KNOW what you need to do for that morning routine. Just ask yourself WHAT DO I NEED? And you will know what your morning routine should be. If you lack health then some kind of physical activity, if you lack focus then morning meditation, if you are always stressed then wake up earlier and go to sleep earlier. You should actually know what you need. My routine is waking up and lighting all the lights that I got in my room, you need LIGHT to begin all your hormonal processes to get rolling. Then I open up my windows (it's winter now) so that I get fresh air in my room, then wash my face with cold water and hydrate. Then it's 15-20minute easy physical yoga to start up my body, because it was laying in one spot for 7-8 hours. After that I take a shower following 2minutes cold water at the end. Then I do Kriya yoga ~40~50minutes. After that I take breakfast and go to work.
  15. Also Reality is Love. Bravo. *clap clap clap* fucking is such an awful way of making Love. You need to MAKE LOVE! So glad that you got this. This is gold. Realizing that others create/form your opinion is crucial for quitting social media. We are all Brothers and Sisters ♥ Building your consciousness is way better than not growing it and doing psychedelic trips. I can totally agree that Life is just a psychedelic trip and being sober is way better, but you do have to grow your base level of consciousness! This resonates with me so much, I've been building myself hardcore for the past 3 months now and the growth really shows when you ACTUALLY work for it! Wonderful story! Great insights! I bow to you my brother. Keep going, hope to see some more of your stories! Sat Nam.
  16. @LSD-Rumi All the best growth for you!
  17. Haha. You are just a female. Yin-Yang is Order and Chaos. Male - Order, Female - Chaos. Females are like nature, sometimes the sun shines and rain comes from out of nowhere and 5minutes later sun comes up again shining bright and hot. Journal on hand or phone. Be careful falling for these kinds of people. You can "CLICK" with thousands of people, believe me I'm talking from my own direct experience. Have them close to you, but don't fall into them. They are in no way special, just be aware of that. A wonderful story of a normally developing ego. Keep doing what you are doing and keep growing even if it's hard. Start meditating or doing some kind of Yoga (Kriya is very powerful). You need to balance your inner energies which will help you in all aspects of life. If I understand your changes correctly you just started the journey and these are just the first baby steps towards your story. Oh and make sure to find happiness in solitude before you go into some relationship. You need to be happy on your own, then you can look for a partner if you have the need for one.
  18. @LSD-Rumi It's a list of what you lack. Not over-all points which a being must develop. Yeah you made some good points, but you presented it like it's just all about your own problems.
  19. @Rasheed Wasting time with all that "4hour" meditation. Do Kriya. Will save up you time and grow your consciousness way more.
  20. This And make your blog post videos on a different thread in your front page, I sometimes re-visit some of the older videos and spend a lot of time finding the exact video I want.
  21. www.youtube.com/@masterstephenco Daily meditations + some short teachings.
