  1. @An young being Simple. You have to see Truth and react to it in a Truthful way. That's it. The long answer is that you have to become so conscious that you understand and experience your True self all your waking time. This will change how you act in reality thus the saying "Become the Light" is from.
  2. @Princess Arabia I think the greatest achievement is to become a carrier of Light.
  3. @Leo Gura It's already my time due, but I would like to say a personal Thank You. Without all of your content I would be probably nowhere. Of course navigating reality while implementing these things weren't easy and I was lost so many times (this spirituality aint no joke) that I though that I made a mistake by following you, but now, AFTER 6 YEARS , I'm very grounded and HAPPY. Happy just by itself, just being here in this miracle that is reality. The most biggest things I have realized with your help: I'am God. Reality is Love. All of the self-biases, devilry, why evil exists, self deception (to the end degree). Infinite intelligence (which imagines all of reality at this very moment) Karma is real. Kriya yoga, and yoga in general. (For this - a SPECIAL Thank You.) Psychedelics. And many many more minor realizations. These things will give so much dividends to the years to come, I'am 32 now, and I can already see what I will become 10 years from now. Thank you, thank you and THANK YOU! ♥♥♥
  4. @Someone here Low quality post full of ego. You can do better.
  5. @SQAAD The only thing people cant accept is this - the suffering is cause by your past lives karma. You need to experience this insight (its very hard to get this) and you will understand why your life is the way it is. Take ownership of your karma. It's there for a reason. Karmic rules are a real thing. God was smart about it when "programing" the universe. If you can't accept these words then I have nothing else to say here.
  6. @StarStruck It's a personal book that you get when a guru initiates you to Kriya yoga practice. This Kriya Yoga is exclusive to my Guru - Mai Ram.
  7. God created everything, but humans created everything else out of it. God is perfect, but humans are not, thus humans create suffering out of ignorance. God gave humans freedom, but they are stupid and they unfortunately create suffering out of survival, greed, envy etc. If you can't understand that God wasn't the one creating suffering, but humans are, you can't be free from this question.
  8. @CARDOZZO its the same. Prana - life force (breath) Yyama - control (work) People just think pranayama is a technique on by itself. But it's only a word for breath-control. Generally if you breathe consciously, deep and slow, you are doing a pranayama. But the type of pranayama, the time inhaling/holding/exhaling, the pose you are sitting, standing, laying, the bandhas you are holding, while you are breathing, will give you a different effect. And different methods require different names for Pranayama. Kriya Pranayama. Nadi Sodhana Pranayama etc. Yogis have created tons of them.
  9. Exactly what @Kuba Powiertowski said. You need hatha yoga in order to move your energies through your body, if you don't do it it might get stuck in some chakras which will end up creating problems. Prana needs to flow!
  10. Pranayama literally means - breath control. I would like to share a photo of my Kriya Techniques. And as you mentioned the technique is literaly a infinite loop of breath in your body.
  11. @Parallax Mind question what Love is and go down the rabbit hole. You need to start easy and then go deeper and deeper. Start with hugs and kisses, the easy stuff, then go to material things, think of presents that you buy for others, are they Love? Flowers for your loved ones. Thats literally your Love to them! Then look at your chair and contemplate how the chair is love. It was meant for you to sit comfortably, so you could relax etc! That's Love! Then look at your windows, thats Love bacause it protects you from cold/wind, it helps you to stay warm, THATS LOVE. The roof over your head also is Love. The rain is Love for nature, for trees because it will help them grow. But its very relative! Some times rain is cold and it doesn't seem like love, but think of rain on a hot summer day, that's Love! Understand the relativity of Love. The sun is Love because it makes you warm. Do this to everything and you should break through and see that everything is actually Love, to the point where whatever you point your finger to is LOVE. Even to the point where you understand that your dead body WILL BE Love. It's that's radical! Even your death will cost money which other people will aquire and they will feed their family off of, that's Love. 😉 a peace of shit is also Love, not for you but for flies and plants. Look at it holistically. Good luck contemplating. ❤️ Question what Love is and you will understand what reality is.
  12. @Bruins8000 Death is synonymous to change. People just take this word too seriously and misunderstand it. If you play with clay and create something and then twist it and remold it to something else the last form or what ever that was "died". Ok lets say you hold a rock in your hand, there are atoms electrons etc in them, the moment it warms up in your hand it changes to the micro level, that means the old one died, as soon as you let go it will cool down and once again it will die from the last form. Your body is forever "dieing" (changing). But it's so minuscule that you don't notice, but its the case. Material things cannot be permanent. It's just how it is. This question of "If the universe is infinite then it's possible" is just logical mind masturbation of the ego. And that's why you are stuck 😉 some questions just can "paralyze" you. You need to KNOW when to let go of these questions.
  13. Love is the only reason material reality exists. Without Love there would be no reality. This is a very hard inquiry, but once you grasp it you understand what reality is, it's nothing but Love.
  14. In the end all you want is Clarity. To see reality clearly, to see Truth without any of your ego's lables good/bad/like/dislike on things and situations. God falls asleep to itself because God wants to feel like there is Others. Because you are all alone. This illusion is so perfect. Wait a little, dont deep down right away into this journey because it's not easy, believe me. There will come a time where you might feel like you are going crazy, insane, like you are loosing everything that you "had". I've been on this road for 6 years now, and only NOW I got my shit together grounded in Truth. But I still have so much to do/let go. Be very cafeful with using psychedelics, they can put you in places/experience3s where you will need a couple of months to get back on your feet and in that time you will fall back big time. Im not saying this will happen, but take caution, psychedelics aren't toys. Sometimes Truth just breaks you to peaces. I would recommend you learn some kind of spiritual practice that you are comfortable with and could do daily. Nothing beats hard work, it's gradual and sustainable. Good luck, I know where you are now, hope you will find the light.
  15. @freddyteisen I do, but it's in my native language. From the most basic 1 hour sessions to advanced 2 hours. Maybe with time, in the comming year, I will release my own how-to videos exclusively to this forum for hard-core people. But I still have to do some work for myself in order to teach it to others, especially video formats because it need a lot of info because doing improper yoga can actually do harm for the psyche.
  16. @Javfly33 2 hours hatha yoga + 35-60minutes Kriya. I know this problem, people are too busy with "stuff" in order to go deep in this work. It's only done if you really want it. I don't force people in doing this, but if you wanna be serious about it then dedicate time to it.
  17. I remember this one time I've read Leos blog on God. I don't remember the actual post, but as I was reading a sentence came up with something like - "There is nothing outside of God to limit God of what he can be" that was a new realization for me of how reality is the way it is and God can make it the way it wants. And at that moment my room started to get brighter right in front of my eyes. And it felt mystical. So yes, when consciousness expands, you actually see things brighter, clarity comes.
  18. @freddyteisen I dont wanna force you, but I would highly recommend you to practice yoga daily. Physical+Kriya. There is no way mental masturbation will stick with you in day-to-day things. But you will have to sacrifice something in order to do your sadhana, it takes a lot of time. up to 3~hours daily. But once you break through it's effortless non-duality. People always want a fast way to being awake, but I have to tell you there is nothing but hard work to this. Of course with time you will spend less and less time in yoga+kriya, but initially you will have to spend A LOT of time and effort. The thing with yoga is that you need to align your inner energies and break blocks in your body. All of the karma and traumas are locked in your physical body and it's in the way for God to live through "you".
  19. @HMD The one who is breathing is your body, hence YOUR, but not YOU. What is yours by default cannot be YOU. You are the Soul/Consciousness/Spirit which has not yet awaken to the fact that it is not the body, it has mistaken the identity. If now you would look at your own hand you probably see "You". Now do this, when going out of meditation look at your hand, do this over and over again, with enough focus and attention you should no longer see that you are the "hand" which is connected to your body. And if you get a little glimpse that you are not the body then recontextualization would occur.
  20. @Javfly33 Yeeeeep. Going out of meditation is amazing, first it's pure beauty, peace and then after a couple of minutes you can actually "see/feel" your mind putting labels on material things ruining this bliss moment and so Maya continues.
  21. @Gabith The Soul does not choose where it will go, it will go where it fits. I didn't have a father and my mom did not love me enough that I would be a healthy individual, but I know that I cant't blame them for that. The things is that I earned this suffering because I did something wrong in my past life/lives. And you have to take full responsibility for this. It's easy to point fingers and run around in circles doing philosophy about this theme, but I see people just not being able to wrap their head around this theme of birth/death and karma. Why? Because it's really hard have a mystical experience to the nature of KARMA and its mechanics of how it works. Until you dive deep enough with psychedelics or meditation and not grasp of how karma works you will never understand it by hear-say.
