@lmfao he actually noted that if you wanna go somewhere in this work you must avoid some things. Like ice-cold water and other things that you mentioned. Sometime ago I deleted all gluten products from my diet and wow how sharp I was.

inFlow replied to White Monk's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@White Monk I could agree with you that people do need physical yoga. You gain so much speed in your over-all consciousness development when you combo your techniques, the growth becomes so great that you even get an ego-backlash. Happens to me always... -

inFlow replied to Matt23's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Matt23 My path was: #1. Listening to all of the videos Leo has uploaded. Than re-listening to some of the really important ones at least 5 times. (You need theory) #2. Developing mindfulness. Meditation, body-scan-awareness, and the most growth had came from Kriya Yoga ( I always stress how important yoga is) #3. Self-reflecting, being mindful how I'am a liar, a manipulator, how I avoid the hard stuff, etc. #4. TAKING ACTION this one is huge. The best growth. #5. Only trusting direct experience. Everything else are just concepts/mental-masturbation/brainstorms. Also reading books is quite important, you have to develop your ego in the RIGHT way, this will be rewarding after some awakenings. -
inFlow replied to Nirvanalight's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Nirvanalight Maybe you were the actual Jesus in your previous lives and now you had a vision about being a Jesus 2.0, but the better one. Who knows. Probably you just felt like God, but you aren't yet conscious of that. Also the body probably opened some chakras in the experience that's why you are so happy at the moment. Be mindful if you fall back, become aware of what is happening internally in your head, thoughts, body sensations. Be aware of what is changing. -
God tricked himself to believe he is a individual human. He created a duality within the mind. It has to be like that in order to play this game. There is nothing other than you, the ultimate self-deception. But the God within can awaken from his own illusion to observe what beauty he created. To take a peek at his own children. One consciousness within them all.

@Nahm So what is it actually? It feels like it had to create an illusion in order to play -

God is selfless, God is loving. -
inFlow replied to Heaven's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
The main plan is to play and create. God gave beings the possibility to play with everything that they wanted. To play a leader, to play with fire, to play with chemicals. Everything is just play, but from an ego's perspective - a serious game. -

@aklacor727 Good luck! Also don't feel bad if you don't make it the 1st try, repetition is key. -
inFlow replied to aklacor727's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Javfly33 I suffered from this and believe me what a relief it is to say everything that you want and not feeling bad about it. It takes time ofcourse, and also being conscious that you arent speaking falsehood is key. Always speak from a standpoint of Love and Understanding. -
inFlow replied to aklacor727's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@aklacor727 Chakras can't be fully closed. They might close up a bit, but they are always open, some more than others. I could agree with Leo that you must only look at your direct experience. You can very easily see when the throat chakra is closed. Either the person couchs, makes "Ahem" noises when talking, uses a lot of "ummm" is a bit anxious when, can't fluently put words into sentences. IMO throat chakra is the most problematic point in men. They wanna say what they REALLY want to say, but they don't cause they don't wanna hurt someone, they don't wanna get rejected for their ideas etc. My tip would be just say what you need to say, but do it consciously though, don't talk falsehood ego based bullshit, be true, be loving, be CONSCIOUS. And if the person gets angry or insulted it's their problem, not actually yours. Say, speak, be authentic about your opinion! Open your mouth and speak with LOVE and POWER! -
inFlow replied to ROOBIO's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@ROOBIO The state of now knowing anything. What a fucking bliss that is. Not recognizing anything, but just observing, just being. The full beauty of life unravels in those states.. I remember the time I was there, I looked at my feet ant I didn't even know what Socks were LOL. Another being awakens to it's highest form. -

inFlow replied to Flowerfaeiry's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Flowerfaeiry It will come. Sometimes you have mystical experiences about body awareness. Sometimes God. Sometimes Love. Sometimes something else. But the one thing with these experiences is that the more you get them the more clear they are to you. More total and clear than the previous one. -

inFlow replied to Karas's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@dimitri yeah this graph needs to be made more complicated. One day I might do such in depth so the material thinker can somewhat grasp what is being said and why can't he understand these things. -
inFlow replied to Karas's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
You aren't yet conscious of it. This graph some-what explains why you can't understand God YET. -

@The Don Whats the purpose of this post? -
inFlow replied to Flowerfaeiry's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Flowerfaeiry When you are saying "We" you are saying the ego. Which is not you. You are not a human person. The Real You is consciousness/awareness being aware of a person. The person in your understanding the "You" (ego) dies, ends his life. But the real actual you, the highest self is not mortal. That thing has never been born it was always present from the beginning. Don't even try to figure this stuff out on your limited brain thinking. You need a mystical experience into who you really are, then you will understand how the real you is immortal. Go back to consciousness work. You have not reached high levels enough to understand what is being said. Yoga/meditation helps a lot. -
I was following this guy for some time (3~ years) but later I understood that he was just pissing his trips randomly thinking that he knows something and doing videos about tripping on substances which IMO were very unclear, foggy and just stupid. But wow what a transformation he has gone through, I can definetely say he jumped from Green to Yellow in Spiral Dynamics model. Cool how it clearly shows a transition in ones consciousness. A huge leap. Enjoy.

inFlow replied to Psychonaut's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Psychonaut I dont know about acid+mdma, that sounds like a hard core combo which can either end as the most epic experience or the worst. Acid and mdma by themselves have a body-load thing. Taking both could mind fuck the body and you don't know how you will feel. I've havent read any reports on this candy flip combo, but there are surely some. My go to is mdma+weed. When mdma starts to kick I check the clock and trip on it for two hours then I smoke on top to enhance it and somewhat pro-long the high. When mdma peak wears off it can feel really sad, not to the point of depresion, but just quite sad, but IMO this sadness is dangerious cause it can spiral down to negative thoughts after, the best cure for this is weed, the drop feels really smooth and is easily managable. The 1st time I did mdma and the peak went down I felt really sad, but then I smoked and damn it felt like the best decision ever. -
@Bazooka Jesus only awoke people can understand these words, in the beginning I too felt alienated by these words, but it needs some tough work to make ends meet. Eventually after several awakenings, which you will hopefully have, you will understand even what and why Jesus/Buddha etc. was speaking of. Dont beat yourself up and DON'T try to parrot other awake people, let the understanding and wisdom come from your own experience. It will come.

@jj40 #1. Good job learning that you are not in control of your thoughts. #2. Develop awareness over thoughts. Try to become aware of all your thoughts when you can. Make it a little habit for now. #3. You can actually take action by either doing what jumps in your direct awareness or not. A great example would be lets say you are just sitting at home and you start to feel that you want ice-cream, now become fully aware of that. Now you can either go eat ice-cream or you can think why you want it and not have it. Now you kinda have more control over your life. Awareness is key in this work. In the future, if you keep being aware, eventually you will realize that you are no longer an "auto-respond human robot" to all of the external things. You will no longer crave junk food, drugs, sex, etc. Good job though you have taken a huge step which are the hardest.
