  1. @Dino D he must of missed some awakenings and filled up the cracks with what he logically understood and could fit in his model. Its funny how he rants about that he tried psyches, but he probably never reached the peaks
  2. @Bazooka Jesus yeah lol if you never done Kriya you will notice that you cannot breathe in so slow. But in practice you get better, im kinda lucky I went to a swimming school for 6 years, got big lungs maybe. But you can do just three exercises and you will gain benefits after like two weeks your consciousness will grow. So do it like this: 1. Nadi Sodhana 10-12 2. Ujjayi Pranayama 8-12 3. Concentration 5mins or more. The concentration is just you sitting and putting all your awareness on the 3rd eye, the point between the eyebrows. Just imagine that a side of a needle is being gently pushed in your forehead and focus on it for the duration. Gradually after some time of excercise up the time for cencentration.
  3. @CVKBT wow this is an interesting thing. I've heard/read that later you transcend Ujjayi. So yeah you can continue to do so, but be aware if any negative side effect comes at your working state, maybe you will no longer be in flow with life thus means discontinue that particular breathing. But yet that might not be a case. Maybe this breathing works on some chakras more than others thus disbalancing them. Keep an eye out and enjoy it, observe it, learn what that is.
  4. @OmniYoga this says a lot. I only benefited when I started to think in terms of vibration. Fast food - bad vibration. Doing sport - good vibration. Vibrations attract more of the vibration. You can get get the idea where to use it. Just give it a day and try to force yourself to think in term if vibration. You will see if it changes any of your behaviours.
  5. @Bazooka Jesus I might be over-doing it. But damn sometimes this exercise just takes me in a very weird state where the body just feels so numb, so super heavy, yet I can move it as usual. The body locks in the lotus position with a super straight erect back leaving me no effort in sitting. The body just sits by itself. Then it feels like I become just full awareness, it feels like the I'am sensation is deep inside the skull. Like 20cm deep in the center. When you close your eyes it feels like the outside is just 1 inch away, but at that state it feels like you are inside the center of your skull. Then more interesting things happen, you feel the body, heart beats, lungs breathe, but those are just sensations, ultimately not you. Later you feel thoughts, even talking with yourself, and again you cannot say thats the you. You are just aware of thoughts. Then you can just sit in that state and be total pure awareness which is aware of itself. You find awareness, but you are it! That one, you can say that is the ultimate you. Only awareness. At first experience I thought wtf, but later I found out that it's not so hard to go there. Sometimes you dont, sometimes you dont even wanted it and you got it. Interesting state.
  6. @astrokeen work on your consciousness more! Meditate! It will come. The ones who deeply ask gets the answers.
  7. @Bazooka Jesus yeah pretty much. The thing with Ujjayi is learning how to restrict air flow from your throat and breathe in without strugling. I can breathe in for a count of 20 seconds and exhale for about 25 seconds. Going this slow just imediatly shuts down my mind. Also this breathing with a restricted throat grows into later exercises like "Spinal Breathing" or "Kriya pranayama".
  8. @LaucherJunge Thanks for the in-depth! Will try it asap.
  9. @LaucherJunge Yo, nice share! Could you like do a 1. 2. 3. step description of your particular Ujjayi Pranayama technique? Especially when is the particular time you expand the belly? I wanna know how long do you breathe in and out, do you breathe through the nose or mouth. What exercise do you do previous to Ujjayi? Is it Nadhi Sodhana? Also what do you precede further after Ujjayi?
  10. @fi1ghtclub Become aware of your feet - you brought your awareness to your feet. With practice you can also do it outside the body.
  11. @Neph Eventually you will go so many times through hard times that this feeling of bad will actually become a sign for growth! "I feel like shit.... Oooh wait that's growth! I will grow in the end! Just gotta go through it" But it wont last forever. You will go full circle. This purging of bullshit process is tough emotionally. Hang in there buddy, it will be worth it! Here a great quote for you: "There are people who are looking for food... But this food you don't put in your mouth that goes into your stomach.. This food is words that you take into through your ears... And they can nurture your soul and renew your spirit."
  12. @Neph If you feel like shit be ready for growth! This on going process of feeling great and feeling awful is the road to heaven. You get used to this pretty fast.
  13. @purerogue He can't do anything cause of the constant stream of distracting monkey mind. He just gets distracted from one work and can't finish it even if he wants to. Also he can't concentrate which is why I'am recommending him Kriya in the first place. I've been there, I know what is needed. Kriya works like magic.
  14. @purerogue What are you trying to prove here.....?
  15. @purerogue Empty mind = awareness. The more empty mind you can get the more aware you can be of the coming thoughts and actions that you take.
  16. Kriya Yoga. Stops the monkey mind very quickly. The mind works with the breath. If you breathe very slow, lets say 2 times per minute your mind is shut down by force. After a while your mind will be able to be silent for longer duration of time. Meditation can do it, but you are using your will power to not think, Kriya works with your body, you are silencing your own mind by using your own body. Kriya works like magic for me. It also brings more benefits than just a silent mind.
  17. Kriya Yoga is meditative style Yoga. One of the original Yoga. Actually Yoga means Union. Union with God, with your self, with the cosmos. There are a number of other types of yogic practices, but Kriya Yoga is relatively safe and the growth it offers is amazing. It would be stupid not to do it if you are in this consciousness work toward Enlightenment. By doing Kriya you are practicing numerous exercises which include breathing and pulling your energy towards your head. It's based on the Chakra system. Over time you practice so much that your body awareness becomes so sharp that you can sense energy inside your body. Then you have to pull your energy up your spine to your head or the Crown Chakra. Then it leads to some interesting stuff. I cannot elaborate on this, because it's very abstract. Also a lot of benefits can come if one practices Kriya Yoga. You could develop "Siddhis" it's psychic abilities. You could learn to Astral Project, view the future, become a healer and so on. But that's just the bonus on top of all the Enlightenment. One of the initial benefits is just it silences the mind so hard. If you suffer from monkey mind Kriya would be the best cure for it. Insights come on their own. You actually connect so many dots and get much more insights through the day. Also it helps to stop all addictions, smoking, phone, tv, etc. By the way it makes you feel so great inside, you are internally so happy, you just give off energy and people around you can feel it, you will notice it. Also it opens up chakras which I wont elaborate on here. Also after some years of Yoga your sleep need drops down, you may be so healed/purified by the process that you only need 4-5 hours of sleep time. I do it for over-all better quality of life. It just spills into all aspects of life. Also some times when I open my eyes when I'm done with Yoga it feels like God is looking through my eyes, not my limited ego-self. If anyone asks me if I could offer some life advice I always speak out about Kriya yoga, it's just that powerful. Recommended books would be "J.C. Stevens Kriya Secrets Revieled" it's a starter to master book. You can learn Kriya at home and not waste a lot of money attending Yoga classes.
  18. @Buba Yesterday I thought about your situation, and I realized that you are going through a spiritual purification process. You are cutting through bullshit ego constructed concepts (illusions) of the mind, the thing with you is that it probably came too fast and unexpected. It the end it comes for everyone. Leo talked a bit about these things in the video "The dark side of meditation". Too bad he hasn't talked about this gay/lesbian thing in depth. But that would be a very hard pill to swallow for the majority of viewers.
  19. Kriya Yoga is not your typical physical yoga. Yoga means union, the process of doing yoga is to delete the ego and awaken, in others words Unite once again with what is True. Union with God. It's Meditative Yoga. The most powerful meditation technique I've yet encountered. The speed which it grows your consciousness is just ridiculous.
  20. Consciousness is relative. One day you can be very conscious, the other not so much. Maybe this pic will make you understand how this works. Kriya Yoga works very well if you want to have permanent non-dual awareness, it will take a bit of time though to increase ones consciousness. This consciousness expansion process is normal. You evolve so does your consciousness. Kriya Yoga helps to boost the evolution of ones Consciousness.
  21. @Buba Yeah you might be Russian, they are really anti-gay there. Also you probably have a really huge ego about the issue and probably you are still in stage Orange (Spiral Dynamics).
  22. @Buba Well it was shocking, but I realized that once I drop all my mental construction of who I am and what I like you find out some freaky stuff. Yeah, I always were into girls. I ate a banana one day and I actually stopped for a moment while it was in my mouth, and I was hit with this amazing pleasure from my throat, then I started to suck on it like a cock and I fucking loved that feeling. This means throats give out a good sensation when you do stuff with it, totally normal, that's why some girls love to suck cock. Also after that banana thing I had an A-HA! moment. I understood why there are gay people. Not matter if you are straight or gay you can enjoy sucking on something cause of the throat being like a some sort of G spot. It's only gay if you think so. Also I struggled a bit with accepting it. 50% of me was like okay I like, 50% of other me (the ego) was like WTF is this. And the more I accepted it the better I felt about myself, yes it's shocking at first, but later you just feel such a powerful freedom that it just ups your quality of life. LOVE YOURSELF FULLY! Not matter who you are and what you like!
  23. @Buba I went this exact same process as you are going through. I love cock, and I would like to suck some. I can only recommend to accept these feelings, if you repress it you will waste energy inside your own system by not accepting the Truth about your self and mentally creating something else which you are originally not. In my case I awoke to this Truth about myself also in a little shocking manor, but I was smart about it and I had to accept myself for who I'am. And it just makes your life so much more easy! You no longer judge others, you understand why they are the way they are, this lets you save energy internally. My wife even had to accept this stuff, but the best part about it that you can choose what you wanna be. I'm bi-sexual, but I'm like 70% into woman and 30% into men. Also buy a dildo and try to suck it, see that you can love it and let yourself accept that it actually feels good to suck on some cock. But your mind will still reject this cause you have listened to years and years about funny jokes about gay people, that being gay is Gay. Haha! Since I accepted this I actually live such a free life. Also only YOU know what you are, but the hardest thing will be to fully accept it. But believe me the freedom that it gives is just ridiculous not to accept it. You will be way more happy. And good luck, take time with it, gradually work your way up, not in one sitting, think about what this realization ACTUALLY means in reality.
  24. @Antonios "12 zodiac signs" x "12 Chinese calendar years" = 144 "types of poeple in the world".
  25. @Marinus Best of luck for you my brother. Remember that a yellow individual becomes self aware, meaning that yellow knows that it's yellow.
