Yes it is. As tangible as the ego might have seemed it was a total mind construct. It felt so real but once you see that you no longer identify with the body it immediately breaks down, POOF just like that. Totally imaginary separate ego self. I even get shivers right now thinking what kind of other illusions my mind is in right now. And thank you for your words! ❤️

@Osaid thank you. @thisintegrated yeah that's what I thought. Reading about what is Enlightenment on google made me confused, there is no one description. And going to sleep thinking about what's next I realized that this state that I am in right now is not significant, there's way more and consciousness expanded, it's like a new level of depth opened up. I think I'm more of "Awake" than actually Enlightened.

Hes saying that the body stores memory when ever the body does something. For thousands of years your ancestors had sex one way and that way of having sex is stored in your body as this "memory" or as I would say it's in your genes. This means that you have a inner conflict in your own bodies "memory" that you have sex not the way your genes remember it so the SYSTEM GROWS CONFUSED. Todays notion of sex is just absolutely car crash. We have forgot what sex all about. Also accessibility to p0rn did not help us either. He is saying that the EGO wants sex. If you still WANT (want sex and choose to have sex is a different thing) sex for a pleasure you are still lost in EGO and cannot go deeper. It is a huge sign if you actually can be without sex, that sex doesn't control your body. It doesn't mean that you repress sex, it's just that you can choose to have sex, but you are not a slave to it. (I can speak from my direct experience that I was compulsive towards sex, and when I understood who I was actually, the EGO died and so did my need for compulsive sex.) Hope I helped a bit.

Couldn't agree more, the thing with Kriya is that you get these experiences SOBER! Which is way more scary to experience no self than on a psychedelic.

Yes, always. Sometimes it just comes up out of nowhere in the strangest of situations. Your chakras now are probably out of balance and you need to work on your whole system, then the sensation wont feel so strong. Also watch out at this time your consciousness will change, priorities will change, thoughts will change, so don't hurry anywhere and just observe the changes.

@Arje it probably will take some time for me to understand and implement this state of consciousness hope I wont ruin it or the ego wont back-lash. But today I noticed that I feel different. Going through the day I definitely notice that I no longer identified with the body.

By growing consciousness I started to notice the ego to the point where yesterday sitting in the "Kriya after poise" I did not identify Myself with the body. I looked at "my" hand and it was so clear that there was no way I was my hand and the ego sort of "died" but the point is nothing died, because there was no Ego to beggin with. The light of consciousness just showed itself that there was no "Me" to begin with. Truth and consciousness broke this illusion. And damn was it a hard Truth fot the mind. This was so freeing and scary at the same time, the mind was confused, and tried to grab itself somehow but I managed to talk with "myself" in this Loving conversation by saying "Calm down you are not gonna get hurt or anything, I Love you so much and you know that! Now calm down everything is in control. I'AM THE CAPTAIN NOW!" And all of the world froze. I was just sitting on my bed all in such a state of healing silence. Finally the mind STOPPED! And there was so much being happening. The plans and priorities of "my" life changed immediately. Now I'm just observing this new state of consciousness not dropping down to the ego state. It like a re-birth.

@DualityHurts There is definitely an energy, no doubt for me now. Good, now try to integrate this experience, that's your job now. Like truly try to understand why you cried and contemplate that.

@EmergentUniverse Find another dopamine source to counter your alcohol addiction. Cold showers works wonders. Also psychedelics would be great for you, because you would go upward in consciousness instead of going down with alcohol and seeing a obvious difference would make you stop using such a numbing/dulling intoxicant.

@Kuba Powiertowski for now I only do Nadi Shodhana+Sushumna Pranayama and concentration at the end. Daily in the morning and in the evening on empty stomach. I'm a beginner for as far as I know. Don't wanna over-do the techniques, because I had backlashes before.

@Holykael Yes it is. You are still on the bottom circle of understanding reality which is "absolute evil" you need to dig in deeper to go full circle. Good luck.

@Swarnim Look at the stars for some time and just observe yourself at your highest form. You will not be looking at the night "sky", but the entire cosmos, come to the realization that it's the infinite cosmos that you are looking at. With time you will probably "awaken" to the fact that you put yourself here on this earth just to understand/observe yourself better. Then you probably will understand that you created yourself. Hope this helps.

The energy is flowing so freely and it feels like my spine channel is also very huge! I noticed that my concentration is back, I can focus MILES better, also I feel increased awareness! Also it seems like this gave me tons of strength! I feel so much more energetic. Looking back now I've had chronic energy problems that I never even noticed, but now that my energy levels are at peak there is quite a difference! I did a lot of daily Kryia (2 times per day) also with physical Yoga and cardio. Taking cold showers probably fixed my thyroid, which I probably had a problem with (never did any tests to see if it was bad) but now when I take longer cold showers it gets to the point where I no longer feel the freezing water, it seems even WARM! I just wanted to share my experience because this is very significant for my life.

Ok embrace yourself with this question, I cannot set it up fluently cause Im not a native English speaker, hope you understand. So by "meditating" I began to witness a gap between the body+mind and Awareness, the ultimate I'am. Awareness observes everything that is happening, but one day I just got so confused with this one: By observing thoughts I witness the inner voice, the random chatter about anything. And then when I notice the voice I use another voice to talk about and get a grasp of what the 1st voice is, but I kinda have to create a 2nd inner voice. And the most confusing part was that there was no difference between the two voices. One was sort of passive, one was, as I understand, active/conscious. Shed some light on my confusion, am I even doing the thinking or just thinking happens on it's own?

@Leo Gura This post had me remember this one experience I had this summer. I have met with a girl that was super conscious/spiritual, and one day we met and I just observed her in everything that she did, and somehow I noticed that her inner "soul/being/awareness/consciousness" is very old. I don't know how to describe it, but I just intuitively picked up the feeling that the "soul", or what ever you wanna call it, that was inside of her body was very mature and old. You can just observe and sense one's inner "soul".
