  1. Oh I have no stats and I do my best to keep my conclusions flexible because nothing ever stays exactly the same forever, but when I turn on the news or get on the internet and see and hear about things like courthouses being set on fire, protests and riots continuing(the protests being more good overall, riots and looting not so much) and more and more police harming and killing people they are seemingly supposed to be serving and protecting, then I find it pretty safe to conclude that there's a LOOOOOOTTTTTT of violence and unrest in the world right now, particularly in metropolitan parts of America. I live in a relatively safe sub-urban area and there are still plenty of things going on like a mass shooting that happened at a distribution center down the road from where I live and potentially dangerous individuals from drug and gang infested areas within the larger area sometimes coming into the area closer to me. So please, open your eyes.
  2. Well said, sir.
  3. Correction: They did take into account the first half of 2019, up 'till June of that year. Still... "Figures used in this Report were submitted voluntarily by law enforcement agencies throughout the country. Individuals using these tabulations are cautioned against drawing conclusions by making direct comparisons between cities. Comparisons lead to simplistic and/or incomplete analyses that often create misleading perceptions adversely affecting communities and their residents. Valid assessments are possible only with careful study and analysis of the range of unique conditions affecting each local law enforcement jurisdiction. It is important to remember that crime is a social problem and, therefore, a concern of the entire community. In addition, the efforts of law enforcement are limited to factors within its control. The data user is, therefore, cautioned against comparing statistical data of individual agencies. Further information on this topic can be obtained in Uniform Crime Reporting Statistics: Their Proper Use." From the full report page
  4. This graph doesn't take into account the years 2019 and of course 2020. Graphs like this fail to account for a LOT of variables too, like total amount of crime reported to the stat collectors vs total amount of crime committed overall(many crimes aren't reported due to fear, shame and guilt.). There are lies, damned lies and statistics.
  5. Plenty of violence happens in western society on a daily basis....in fact it's peaking now more than it has in quite awhile.
  6. Yeeeaaahhhh, Elliot is NOT thinking about what he's doing in terms of Spiral Dynamics. Careful with that projection.
  7. The "peacefulness is meaningless" part isn't completely true. Ghandi couldn't fight and look at what he did. It is MOSTLY true though. You have to get to the point where you genuinely don't care whether or not you die and this is true whether you're Bruce Lee or Ghandi so to speak.
  8. Man, you wanna talk about burning karma?!?!?! HeheheheheheHEEEEEE!!!! Shot in 4K too! At least these Greek GODS are less likely to shoot up schools.
  9. It's easy to smell the shit of others. Not so easy to smell your own and if you do, you'll probably throw a blanket over it.
  10. If I for example say that a Spiral Dynamics Stage Purple shaman is equivalent to a stage Turquoise person like Sadhguru because I see that both of them meditate, do certain spiritual rituals, talk about spirit and other things of this nature, this is a Pre-Trans fallacy. Certain stages are similar to each other in certain ways, but this can lead people to neglect their deep differences and vice versa. Orange and Red, like yellow, can understand systems at a deep level and manipulate them very skillfully. But they are NOT the same. Yellow cares about systems for the beauty and wonder of complex systems and MAY change them if it deeply believes the change will benefit the entire system. Orange and Red cares about understanding systems and learning how to manipulate them primarily for their own advancement. Bannon is criticizing certain corrupt elements of current government and society from a LOWER position on the spiral(Red/Blue) than Bernie is(solid green). Bannon only really cares about these issues so that he can destabilize the status quo and seize power as smoothly as possible, so he calls attention to these various issues and creates an argument to justify what he needs to do to get that power that he craves at his deep core. Bernie is doing it so that he and the people that are also mobilized can create a healthier and smoother functioning society.
  11. You made it out and I'm happy for you! I was in a similar situation and I still struggle with deprogramming myself because I was exposed to so much truth at times in my affiliation with this particular group(doubt I would be into Leo/Actualized if I never hung out with these people) and yet it got so stale, corrupt and ideological to a dangerous degree. It can happen to anyone and it's happened to VERY smart people.
  12. Gurdjieff was actually more Christ-like than most so called saints.
  13. The parts in this video where Greene discusses relevant parts of the philosophy of Machiavelli are what's pertinent to this thread. Prime examples of how Machiavelli and many other Red leaders are not all bloodthirsty, tyranical and egotistical. Some of them have DEEP understandings of certain aspects of reality at a pretty big picture level. If you can tease out that stuff from the quote unquote negative side of Red.....man. There's a reason why Leo's read books on Hitler, stalin and Saddam.
  14. Careful with the Pre-Trans fallacies here, gang!
  15. Careful, you may be confusing stage red with mental illness, though Trump in particular may very well suffer from some form of it.
  16. Waitaminute, waitaminute.......L. Ron Hubbard?!?!?!?!?!
  17. @Leo Gura, how would you say you integrated and ultimately transcended Red? My guess would be through pick up but since pick up can be done at so many different stages of the spiral, it's an unsatisfactory answer for me. The only other way I would assume is through meditation, yoga and/or contemplation.
  18. Question this rigid duality you've constructed of people who have authority and people who don't. You have a certain spark of innate authority within you and you have a divine right to utilize it for healthy purposes first and foremost. Even when you make a mistake and wield it in an unhealthy way, if you learn from it at least eventually and let the mistake go, that's a win in my book.
  19. Say for example if one of these Red people that you say are in your life were to threaten you, attack you unprovoked, steal from you or threaten someone else you care about and you were the only one who could do something about it at the time. Would it still be bad or dysfunctional to hurt that person or persons then?
  20. That's more Orange tier strategic thinking than anything else. He took advantage of what he said initially and accused him of not standing by his word(implicity questioning his honor and the respect he has for himself and others). This is often a great strategy for dealing with Red or at least delaying it's plans while you manuever it into a more favorable position. Captain phillips also shows great ability to delay gratification here, a skill that reflects his at least largely healthy blue/orange.
  21. HEALTHY RED?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
  22. Now THAT'S relativity for you!
  23. Yes much of Red is at least mostly relegated and contained, but underestimate Red at your own risk. Donald Trump is the president of the united states.
  24. Dude.....he doesn't have time for people who aren't serious. Having Leo hold your hand every step of the way is not evolution.
