  1. You have to work out of mediation too, sitting mediation alone is useless in my opinion. It relatively easy to get clam mind by sitting mediation, now try to meditate every day every moment in your life, it is different kind of meditation. Also it is normal to have your bad periods.
  2. Are you sure it was panic attack?Or maybe that was extreme joyfulness that was trying to emerge, but you suppressed it.

I will put this simple, you have experience where you understand that life has no meaning, you do not exist, all is illusion etc, now you have this realization , but your state of consciousness will not help you against ego fears, it is not even that state of consciousness will not help you ,you can not keep one state of consciousness at all times probably until very advanced levels, which makes it decrease and increase based on your determination so to say.
  4. I think it is irrelevant what you will do, some might decide to bring some awareness to world, some might just do nothing, as it is irrelevant in my opinion, that is why so many of them do nothing .
  5. Questions is , do you love who you are? If answer is yes, then you should be grateful for all what happened, because if even 1 thing went differently , you would be completely different person. If answer is no, then only thing there is to say that past is past , you can live only in this moment and make sure that you move in your life where you want it to be, it is completely pointless to feed negativity in you for things you can't change, only purpose of past is to learn.
  6. I do not really care about her scandals, what I am interested is what information she gives, if you do not find any of her information legit and very informative it is up to you , I personally think she is very wise person.

So I tested a bit what happens if you increase your consciousness state, so far positive, your eyesight improves, your energy levels increase, you feel lighter, your strength increases , or everything just seam lighter, your thought process changes, instead of thinking, you get answers, information right away, sometimes seems that you get even things that you should not see, but it might be because of changes of how it gets processed and it just gets logically figured out and some other side effect that I ma not sure if are positive or not, but your perception about things around you change.
  8. Very rarely I give money , I do not trust most charity spending habits, there are just tremendous amounts of money put into charity, with very little outcome, especially when you understand how much that money is worth in thous countries compared to ones who give it.
  9. It is actually funny when you think about it, it is like interacting with people in comments, if you start argument and insult , fight back , you are stuck, if you let it go you are free! .

Her approach is different , she is like medium, she is very good on switching perceptions, fell other people emotions, experience them and not get attached to them in long run, I think she is well aware of her fears, other people fears and how to deal with them, one thing is to experience them , another is to get attached to them , they are just emotions, feelings.

  12. Or it can just be feeding of ego to feel superior, better. Then again you can not like this because you think you are given way to much credit and looked up to and you just think that they think that you are way better then you actually feel you are.

Fixing happens by overwriting subconscious mind , first you have to find reason , mostly reasons are stupid, but they can be also reasonable because of trauma from past, your job is to tell your subconscious mind every time it happens that he is stupid , so he understands it , For example you become judgemental about someones mistake , you have to self reflect and tell your mind that everyone makes mistakes and you are no more special in this field, which again can work wonders if you make mistake yourself and reflect it at ego.
  14. K, so you are not sure what to observe , or how observing happens. Try this approach to be able to identify difference from ego nonsense and observers viewpoint. Make a list with things that you know you should not do, but you do often and they need to change, would be nice if you really want to change them , not just add them to list because they sound right . Now try to have relaxed mind trough out of day , with as little thoughts as possible and as soon as your ego will throw its tantrums about any thing in your list, try to self reflect why it happened, just do not get angry about fact that you can not change it straight away, it takes time, your job is to self reflect, find reason ,fix reason , not get angry at your subconscious mind.

There can be many reasons for your problem , you have to have good rest, do you feel refreshed after sleep, or you drain your energy even when you sleep, do you have food allergy that might cause you feel tired. And then again your work is not to just observe 24/7 , it is normal to have some relaxation, your work is to observe and find error, fix error within you, observing only will be pointless if you do nothing about reasons why your ego acts like it.

  17. Waking up and feeling like "shit" has to do with dreams, dreams have just as real emotions to them as you can get in life, actually dreams tend to be way more horrible then daily emotions you face, if you do not remember dream does not mean that emotions are not still there.
  18. It is normal to have no feeling toward though you do not associate with and have no attached opinion upon it. Then again I have no clue what thoughts you are talking about.
  19. I think we went offtopic here, what has any of what you just said have to do with what I wrote in first place, I did not ask for explanation of what is Enlightenment.
  20. So you are saying I will not disappear if I do this, because it will be on your consciousness if I do, there are other paths I want to explore too, can't take unneeded risks!

  23. Only no you state is when you are observer and actions happen on by them self, which would mean that this person is only shadow of previous you , or ego on itself,anyone who says he is Enlightened is not Enlightened, as he is still there and operates trough ego.

Just ignore me if you want, but here is what I will tell you , Simple as things you have to realize, *Nothing is real , everything is illusion *None you know is real, they are all illusion *Your ego is illusion, consciousness believe that it is ego *Idea, awareness is way how you communicate with consciousness, or rather tell consciousness that it is bounded by illusion because it is consciousness who believes in ego and perceives it as it. Now it is simple as that, no point for searching around.
