It slowly subside, you start to notice way less things as negative, also negativity becomes like smaller and shorter spark over time, I am not really at the point that you do not take anything as negative, but there are way less things that make me manifest negative emotions and they are short duration burst of these emotions, sometimes it is even funny, you know you are negative about something and this feeling is still there and you observe it making changes in your actions, but you find it funny. By smaller I mean , it comes in lower levels, it is not like you become super negative, negativity is there , but it is in small volumes.

I like to think for myself, all this nothing to realize and none to realize used phrases are nice and all , but there was clearly someone who realized this and someone who is telling others what to do , what not to do, I think you should look deeper into it, but then again by the looks you know it all , just as tons of people who stop practice after first glimpse and think they have it figured out, when there is supposedly none to figure out.

No they are not Enlightened, you become Enlightened after you realize it, until then it makes no sense to you.It is nice to talk like that after realization, but put yourself in shoes of people who have no reached it and think about it.

If I am it why i don't get it? If I don''t need any teachings , why everyone is not Enlightened, personally I understand why they say that you should not look for it , but it is not really true either, it is just implications of looking and making projections, ideas that get in a way, not that you can't look for it, or that there are no techniques, it is mind obsession, tricks that are not welcome.

It is very powerful and indeed can help you deal with your issues, but it is really nothing more then coping mechanic to rewire your personality, it has very little to do with further work you decide to do , or not decide to do , you just merge with reality and if living happy life is all you want , you can stop there, nothing wrong with it.

Can I ask you , did your mind made up this idea by watching video , or it was something you inquired from mediation?

You just have to stick with it and with time you will be able to deal with any ego backlashes, actually I would suggest for you to come up with some very good reasons of why this positive state of mind is the way you want to live, so you can remind it yourself after you get back into this negative state of mind, I know it is very tricky, because with change of theses states of mind(perspectives) your mind is completely rigged to believe that one side is right, and other is completely wrong, and it seems so true.Just don't give up , it will not become better from giving up, it will become only worse if you do nothing about it afterwards.

Well if we go by definition then Judging would be pointing out some traits that you think he has that are negative I guess. You can have opinion about person without having judgement about your projection about him. As well as you can have opinion about something he did without judging him, just having opinion about there being better way to handle things. It is projection in both ways anyway, you can interpret allot of things as judgement, or both sides could interpret nothing as judgement, I guess someone must manifest judgement, for it to be there.

Have had few of thous , but it is usually very short time and I have not really tried to improve or test how real it is , there are allot of strange things you can do , for example merge object in your sight, other strange visual phenomenon, at first I thought It is because both eyes are trying to combine what they see, but then I tried with just one eye and it still worked, also have had some strange vision one when I was trying new mediation, which was not like usual experiences at all , cant even explain really.

Do not get confused , he said essence of mediation is Awareness, it does not mean that there are is no need for other things, or that there are not many mediation forms, they all simply need Awareness.

Awareness increases your well being in daily life, it has allot of positive effects and it is not that draining at all, after while you fell more energized and clear minded then ever, it will improve your overall health, not joking.

Ohh yes, had this situation so many times where you stumble on things that makes you more depressed then relieved, good times! And I am sure I still have allot of lessons to learn in this area.

Give it some time, experiment, keep clam, clear mind to not get thrown out of it by emotions, thoughts, it is not really that hard, just takes little bit of time and patience.

Fastest way to have glimpse of no-self would be probably just to be to observe yourself, without thinking, or not thinking about thoughts that arise , just observe them, even your regular activities, first you will notice that you respond without you taking part in it, you do actions without taking part in it, but it can go much deeper to real non dual state, you can also try it meditating. But overall I think it is fastest way.

Nothing to be afraid of if you can keep clear mind and not be gullible fool, or over-passionate mad man. You do not have to do anything to attract something, you do it all the time without knowing.

Trying to talk about Nothingness is difficult , as soon as you try to describe it you already trigger someone, as it can't be really described!

As I understand it is pointless to use logic to understand existence, only trough not knowing and going in without any ideas you can grasp existence as everything comes from this Nothing, or how ever you want to name it and it creates all these concepts, stories, realities , they are all made up, they do not hold any truth,only for this experience, I am not sure if even that would be true statement. Maybe it is not even possible to go out of our frame of logic, Godzilla 3: Hoshi wo Kuu Mono had some interesting things that kinda went on line of out of ordinary logic, but can we really work with something that we do not have as humans.

Yes, you figured out what you can, cant do in 2 weeks, kudos to you. You do not have to search for anything, what is wrong with people like you , you can't control your own mind, but you jump straight into trying to understand existence, what did you expect , that looking for answers will somehow make you cure your inabilities, first learn basic things , not jump right into questioning things that will bring you down.

I pretty sure anyone can see it if they pay enough attention to their visual field, but you can as well ignore it and you will not see it.

There is just that what is, you could say that there is infinite knowledge, infinite concepts, intelligence is something human mind will call logical, but there is nothing really logical outside of our own experience, 2+2 could be =1 and could believe it is completely logical, imagine that you write fantasy story, world, everything in that world will be logical for them , but not for us, because you made the story, if that makes any sense to you.

I will no worries, I saw how it happens by becoming aware of how awareness makes up my reality. You are k with people making assumptions just from non dual experiences about this reality being a play?Without really having any valid reason to say that it is a play rather than fact that things happen by them self, well I give you one more reason , just with real reason behind it, but I do not say that it is play, I do not know it, I just know that it is as it is.

intelligence is just concept, it holds no value outside of our relative world, so to say intelligence is made up and does hold no truth.
