  1. Maybe there is for you , I personally had to erase it from my memory because I knew that I will not be able to live normal life with this knowledge for whatever reason it was, or whatever choices I had.
  2. You will have to give up your whole existence for it, any ideas, beliefs of it , everything that you are holding to, that means detaching from mind. "Theory of everything" will be of no use to you anyway. It is like Truth for Truth sake, but there is nothing more you can do with it.
  3. There is unlimited potential if you want to explore, do not let anyone tell you otherwise, maybe Nirvana will be your end goal, if it is even a thing, but there is no one way to go about life then go about it, there are truths that you can find here, but I think to many people make mistake of interpreting truth in their own way , when it is just how things work, be careful of information with unnecessary meanings, or label of only way, ultimate goal ,etc.
  4. You will have to work this out yourself, I can only give you pointers. First you will you need to end your current negative cycle by letting go , some good video that will show how silly your negativity was , or how you are worrying about silly things will help, because I can bet you have gone trough worse and it turned out just alright, or maybe it is nothing even serious you just go with wrong intent and it escalates in mind, creating emotional tension that does not go away that easy if you do not stop it early. I do not have any video right now as I posting, but I might look some up a bit later, or maybe someone else will post it. By letting go I mean not getting cycled in mind attention to make judgments , or any ill intent, thought whatsoever, even against yourself, you see there is huge difference from doing something, thinking something while having negative intent, or doing something that might be considered by someone negative. Here comes the tricky part and it will take some time to figure out, you can actually experiment with it and see for yourself how it works and it really applies to any mind story, or intent you create , it can be hate , it can be love of someone, as soon as you will start to create this intent, you will actually start to experience it and your whole experience will be dragged in it. Hope it helps.
  5. Non-dual state is just small milestone, besides there are many non-dual states.
  6. What you mean by harmony?
  7. I think his point was that his technique does not dabble in mind side, but body side, where you will still have to struggle to integrate mind to accept different states and have problems accepting changes, which leads to losing thous states, his way is body practice generated so stays and goes when he wants. But I can see flaws in it too , because there are many states and there are many techniques to master different things.
  8. It is misunderstanding, but it is not what is preached, you either understand it , or you don't.
  9. Seems very tricky thing to do, its hard enough not to fall in mind games with regular practices and you are telling me that you can do it with religion , reading lines, getting mind fantasies out of their meanings seems like only thing you can get. Not my kind of cup, it all depends by what you mean by working I guess.
  10. Even if there are some useful information , most of its texts are riddles, there are way better sources of information.
  11. Maybe it is for you, waking up phase has some interesting insights if you are able to be aware of the moment it happens, if no you will just forget.
  12. Good video, I am sure allot of people will find it useful.
  13. There is clearly huge difference in emotional states of someone who is in mind and creates intention and someone who is not creating intention. It is difficult to live while trying to control your actions, ofc there are some middle grounds you can try to manage to not have to huge burden, where you can still have intentions, but do not overthink outcome of your intentions and get into inner battle.
  14. Have no clue, but I did get some interesting experiences from trying it that I can't really explain, will try it sometime soon again. Only problem I see is how to know if you shut all your senses off.
  15. I have never used breathing techniques, but I guess I can free some space as I am planning to revisit all areas again and that includes ones I have not explored.
  16. I think it is better to say to stop intention to do something, when intention stops , it will not matter anyway, that is if your purpose is to go to that side.
  17. Sadhguru himself said that devotion is good starting point if you want, but it can't get you to the end. Personally think that people who chose devotion have very huge problems to get out of it afterwards.
  18. Yes I being open minded, probably to much open mindedness for some, and I do not have enough time to explain what I am getting at, but I will say that open mindedness means that you understand that just because you like it, or think that you have figured it out, does not make it Truth!
  19. Nothing to do with depression, or having no desire to do something, I think you completely missed the point, I have explored allot of this, merging with existence and went to areas where your construct of existence collapses to level that you will find no information about it on this forum. If you can't take critique, or alternative idea that you are just clinging to experience, then maybe you are one who is not ready yet. That aside, my point was not to bash someone for wanting to live with certain perception, or to explore as many as they want.
  20. Is it ? What now? I am still thinking if there is even something ultimate to wake up to, because every state of mind, even if you do not call it state of mind, lets call it perception is ultimately just that, different way to experience and if there is anything to wake up to it is probably Nothing, but who would want to wake up to something like that.
  21. I know your experience is misleading, but did you struggle at that point which way to go?
  22. Awareness practices can cure it, your problem is not that much of fact that you like to go from topic to topic, but you lose awareness and go from topic to topic and only then notice that you did it. I had this problem too, it will be difficult at beginning, it will frustrate you, but if you spend enough time and don't give up you will see huge results, if you do not believe me it is fine, but if you have no other options then I would suggest to try this for few months, best thing you do not have to mediate to do it, you can do it any time of the day and that is what you should do for best results.
  23. You can look at awareness like present moment, when ever you go blank state you are not aware in my book, so if you have heard teachings about being aware of each of your body movements from some of a gurus it should be about being aware of present moment , not be half asleep, there are lots of good things you can gain from this practice , but it can seem draining at beginning and takes lots of time to master especially when you are tired, but you can actually do it even when you are tired which subsides this feeling, your body will still experience exhaustion though. To make it clear, you are aware less or more all the time, but your awareness is fragmented, your goal is to decrease fragmentation as much as possible,
  24. What happened was probably you were taking spirituality to serious and got spiritual ego, also doing advanced mediation practices can make huge shifts in perception, which leads to confusion , not knowing what to do, "how to act". In general it was not mediation fault itself, but taking break clearly helped you, don't be afraid to mediate more often, learn from this.
