Life is long, you can try allot of things, do not think that there is better practices, but you should know that they all are about strengthening your awareness, combined with their own form of method that will help you connect to other states.

Not saying that Leo is wrong about possible causes, but guy on the top is right, it is about acceptance, if there is no acceptance,connection ,or there is no action in trying to have positive vibe you will have such state. Other option is putting your awareness on your sense of sight,smell, taste and so on, feel everything around you with your senses. That is just what will fix it, is it right for you , or no , is for you to decide.

I don't know answer, but ask yourself, if this would not be the case and you could change forms, would you actually be able to experience this, or rather , could you actually have this experience if you would not have your own identity,with its own memory. I understand what you mean, but such finger pointing is reason why you have conflicts, one side makes claims about how easy life is for another, or how one side is bad, making statements like that just leads to new forms of movements that want to be understood while bashing other side that wants to be understood. You do not fight problem by creating more hate and that is what you are doing by making such statements. If you think that someone who has had his own problems, his own experience will take liking to shaming on how he is privileged just because he is white and straight you are wrong, you will create deep hate for opposing side, as you will create deep hate against white , straight people from other side that will be made to generalize people like that. You can see it all over the internet, how people react to such statements, you will rarely find people in-between, it is just one side triggering other side.

I am not sure what white , or black has anything to do with transgender, with such mentality you could have just said that some people get born into more difficult situations and in general public are biased toward such people, which again has nothing to do with skin color, I think you lack understanding on how complex life can be, skin color does not save you from poverty, abuse, mental problem, psychological problems, and so on, you can have just as bad life with any skin color and any gender.

Maybe you need to discover some practices too, not point finger. I think you are not even aware how racist you yourself are. Yes I did, what exactly this video has to do with white people "subconscious privilege", I guess you see whatever you want, if you are racist , then you will see stuff like that. Video was about abusive and manipulative behaviours, not about your skin color. Then try to talk about subconscious biases with other races, tell me how it went, you are so far into this mentality that you are blame for all society problems that you should start to look at your own biases in this matter. I mean that mind is just one of many forms of experiences, it has its own qualities of how you can experience life. Your question is exactly one of many ways how mind experiences and it is up to mind to decide on how it will experience.

I will come of as arrogant, but I have explored fair share of states, so I think I have some understanding when I say , you will never know for sure. Non-dual states simply do not give you knowledge, it just makes separation, or merge, often not even communicable. Intellectual states that go outside of mind can not even be explained, so it for sure has nothing to do with your regular information of Oneness , or anything alike.

I understand, but there are people who commit crime by their choice and I am not to blame anyone, it is very complicated matter and most people put in certain situations, growing up in certain environment are capable of committing them, what is even more funny is that lot of people are committing crime and are just to blind to see that because their approach does not fall in standard definition of crime , so they take it as normal survival.

Form mind nothing can be for certain, you can accept something as truth, but in absolute sense saying that you know for a fact is just ignorance. You never can, you never will, what you can do is go out of mind, where such questions do not matter.

System is in place to put dangerous people in jail, does not really matter if they have free will or no, what is important is to keep such people away so they do not harm others. What could be questioned though is to put him in jail,or mental health institute.

Everyone is bigoted and everyone has their subconscious biases, rather sad to see so much blame put on white people as if others are above it, none is, if you want to talk about subconscious biases then at least make it fair and do not put all on white people as if everyone else are angels.
