  1. @Recursoinominado insights occur spontaneously and effortlessly when you are in line with Teotl. Also see how your life purpose of "inspiring millions" is directly tied to your ego and people-pleasing insecurities. Hitler inspired millions. Perhaps you should rethink your life purpose to get in line with what you want to humbly contribute. You want IMPACT, but you have not found your purpose.
  2. @theking00 what is self deception? Everything you THINK you know about reality. Think of self deception as a dirty and highly-controlled lens with which you view the world. It is an overlay that distorts everything you experience, and you have no idea yet to what extent it does this.
  3. @NorthRise that IS incredible, thanks for sharing. What's interesting is that human faces are much clearer than other objects.
  4. This is where language breaks down, because consciousness actually cannot be referred to as a thing in subject/object duality. Consciousness is not a "thing" and consciousness does not happen "to a thing." This is just the limits of our language in dealing with metaphysical matters. Consciousness "is", and it is from this "is-ness" that duality and relatively quantifiable "things" pop up. You're asking if the source of quantifiability is itself quantifiable, to which the obvious question would arise: to whom it is quantifiable? There is no bigger container within which consciousness arises (consciousness is all there is), so no, consciousness is not quantifiable. Does this make sense?
  5. @saffron Trust me, you still don't get it. Your first "aha!" moments always just scratch the surface and lead to more mind tricks. Stay humble and observant... Because this goes wayyy deeper. You're not even close to being conscious of all your devilry yet.
  6. @Sharp writing out this post was also a huge distraction, but that didn't stop you The devil worked through you to write this post.
  7. @Dodo this is because you don't understand how LOA works. It's not a traditional prayer. You have to act like it has already happened. You have to believe you already have what you want, it's just a matter of time and applied effort for it to materialize. "But I have to see it before I believe it..." No, that's backwards. Believe it, then you'll see it. That is a big paradigm shift
  8. @ahmet sukru smart, that's a perfect beginning dose. Everyone is a little different, just based on bodyweight, natural tolerance, etc. Just because of my experience with acid, 125ug doesn't feel like much anymore. Just curious, how were your visuals at that dose?
  9. Times and places are different now, and besides, Hitler wasn't Hitler because he had the biggest ego. There was a lot more going on. Andrew Yang is very humble in all his talks. For instance, when he proposed that the president should make 4 million dollars a year in exchange for denying special interest money after Office, he stated that it could take effect after his term. "I simply don't care about the money." All his policies are for the people. Of course we should tread lightly and do our research, but from everything I've seen from him so far (which is everything available on YT and his site), he seems like a great candidate. Smarter does not always equal ego... Yang has expanded his identity (compassion) for all people, and his policies come from a stage Yellow viewpoint. That is what counts.
  10. @ahmet sukru LSD "can" lead to awakening experiences, but the way it achieves that is through forceful and horrific tearing apart of your ego. Speaking from personal experience, you can die at 500+ ug but it ain't pretty, and the confusion surrounding the experience makes it hard to bring back anything meaningful. Not recommended. However, LSD is a fantastic tool for exploring your consciousness. It enables you to see things in a new light, perhaps more holistically. My best experiences were outdoors in beautiful scenic areas, and with music playlists strategically thought out beforehand. There's something about tripping outside that can't be beat, and music can be the ethereal soundtrack to that journey (don't do more than 250ug if outside, and make sure to have a trip sitter). Music is not the point of focus, it's the launching point that augments the experience OUT THERE. Safe travels!
  11. Yeah I really like Yang. I donated to his campaign a while back to support him getting to the debates, and just a couple days ago he made the necessary 65,000 individual donations! Regardless of how far he makes it, I think his ideas will be heard and considered across the nation. I have watched all his interviews, he seems like a great guy that can gracefully deal with heat thrown his way. I'm for Yang all the way, but if it comes to Bernie, that would be great too. There's at least 2 candidates I can fully support this year.
  12. @Shakazulu what's a day??
  13. @Sharp What if I told you that's not possible, because there is no one here to control. You don't exist! You don't even have control over yourself
  14. @Beeman it's in the name. Self-actualization. Self. Developing independence and responsibility over your own schedule. You already know the techniques, so see what works best for you. Self-actualization is a process of creativity and self-experimentation.
  15. @howdoistopobsessing OK then... Hate to echo your parents here, but get a job or at least volunteer. Part time. It'll do you a lot of good. And in your spare time (which will be a lot) take Leo's life purpose course.
  16. @howdoistopobsessing are you in a situation where you can "lay low" for a year or two? Perhaps get a part time job and just figure out your interests and life purpose? There is absolutely nothing wrong with "doing nothing" for a year or two, it's actually really helpful and recommended, especially when it seems like you don't want to get caught up in the wage slavery trap anyway.
  17. @Sharp this is good work detective Sharp, looks like you're questioning everything. Keep it up (but lose the attitude, OK? You're just here to observe).
  18. What he means is visualization and conscious practice. Both for best results.
  19. @Breathe it's a very advanced and multi-faceted concept, but if it could be summed up into one phrase, it would be "know thyself."
  20. @Outer it's not actually what you call them. Stage Blue or Orange by itself is not insulting in any way. They only take offense when you try to educate them on the whole spiral/integral line of development. Because lower stages still operate on a dualistic paradigm, they immediately think that higher = better, and if you don't take great care in explaining that each stage is important and not "better" than another, then they'll get defensive. So the knowledge they're at a lower stage is the tricky part to handle, not what you call the stage. I personally like using colors because it's very intuitive once you see how it coincides with a rainbow. Also strips the "values" off of the stages, and because of that I'd argue it might be slightly better received.
  21. @PretentiousHuman I believe the Wim Hof method (the full one where he teaches people how to control their immune system) and healthy eating are the keys. You're on the right path.
  22. @Dodo thanks for sharing! I love Rupert Spira. There were some key differences between what he said and what you said, and he didn't bother putting it in an equation for the reasons I said above. First of all, he provided the nondual context in his words, and he recognizes that what you are IS awareness. The idea of there being an x or "nothing" relating to mathematical zero is already out of the question. Second, and this is what I liked, he went further to say that awareness/consciousness is neither limited nor unlimited, because the act of looking itself creates more! Ta-da! Strange loop. He also conceded that this is something way outside the bounds of concept, logic, or science to grasp.
  23. Equations are concepts that are inherent to science and logic. So you need to play by the same rules, play the game so to speak if you want to use equations to mean anything. If you want to keep things ultra simplistic, that's fine, but don't try to use an equation to prove a point because it's complete nonsense. You're trying to use a ruler to measure consciousness, it just doesn't compute. It may seem like it conveniently fits on the surface, but what are you really saying here? I'd actually like you to question what you're saying here because it deserves way more thought and attention.
  24. @Dodo yes that was your core assumption, let me prove it to you. Let me rewrite the equation based off your own words. X-awareness = no existence X =no existence + awareness So whatever you are, X, the only thing that defines your existence is awareness. I was pointing to the fact that awareness is not a thing. You can't point to it. So according to your equation, the only thing that defines your existence is something that doesn't exist! Mindfuck! Another thing to consider is that if the word you're using isn't pointing to a concrete, numerical thing or set of things, then equations mean nothing. Equations are only useful in the realm of math and science. Also, the variables you used are all qualitatively different. Awareness is a qualitatively different concept than nothing or nonexistence, so how can you expect to get a meaningful result for X? For instance, imagine if physicists just wrote GRAVITY in their equations. Do you think they'd get anything meaningful from them? Probably not, instead they use the relative gravitational constant "g" that equals 9.8m/s^2. Of course if they go to the moon, the astronauts have to use a much lower g=1.62m/s^2. Scientists still don't know what GRAVITY is, but they can calculate g with relative accuracy and get meaningful results. G is not equal to GRAVITY, I guess you could say it's the quantifiable physical manifestation of the effect we know as gravity. So let me ask you something. We have this thing called AWARENESS and NOTHING (NONEXISTENCE), so is there a way to quantify these aspects in a way that could fit in an equation? What could be the "a" constant that represents awareness? Is this even possible (honestly I don't know)? I really like your ideas, I think this deserves more thought and attention.
