  1. @Shaun it's kinda like your fantasy/dream. if you mash in your head/during a dream, aren't you mashin' yoself?
  2. how long before one should master stage 1 and then move onto stage 2? and what time periods, mantra for a duration or a certain count? @Eu Sint
  3. The missing piece, is what's looking.
  4. we live in a dream in this dream body and are being acted. we aren't the chooser of anything that happens. Awareness aware, and the further the self goes searching for answers, only deepens your feet in the imaginary mud, self is at the mercy of brains conditioned responses to its environment, the seeker is just a thought pattern trying to transcend the only place it exists. It's hell of game called enlightenment.
  5. a man goes to a doctor in his cidy he goes, ay doc, i've got a problem... something happened... i cannot move my right hand. i mean, i can take my left hand and move my right hand with it... but i cannot move my right hand. it's like, i don't know HOW to move it. can you please tell me the doc says, well, it's simple, just move it the man asks, yes, but HOW. how do it JUST MOVE IT? the doc thinks... and he has no answer. he realizes that he himself does not know HOW he moves his right hand or well, anything... it's almost as if, one need only think or be told and one does. if i tell you, raise your right hand. you simply raise your right hand. when you make any movements yourself, the thought about moving and the action is ONE MOVEMENT. simultaneously. in-fact, we can say that conditioned action is without thought. it is simply arising. this is none other than "BE! and it Is" . REALITY IS : BE, and it IS you don't know HOW you move or speak etc. you simply think it, and it is. just as you may have once wanted to learn to ride a bike and so did... same way, you can learn to get the handle on larger things which you need only THINK and they will be. ASK and RECEIVE WANT and HAVE THINK and MANIFEST until it is simply collapses into a single continuous conscious manifestation... or as stated above, conditioned action, without thought. only a doing-creating. beyond labels. only NOW. - BEING - going from B-E-I-N-G to BEING because you're never not BEING
  6. Another example, this is an older video. @Anna1 ♥️♥️? @Leo Gura yup. Indeed. True, total, unconditional. @enderx7 agreed
  7. @DrewNows lawl may very well have been the case o_0
  8. @Kushblow means absolutely nothing inherintly. It is absolutely meaningless. But that's great! It can mean whatsoever you want it to mean. You create your own meaning/Beliefs Hopefully not a recurring dream...
  9. @Kushblow indeed. it is difficult. change is very much resisted. nobody wants to change. once we settle, that seems good for us... but it won't last often unhealthy behaviors and habits can have grave consequences in the long run. like having found a comfortable seat on the train of life and then you see the bridge ahead is broken and the train is headed towards a fall down the pit... you gotta get up out of this comfy chair and move out and crawl or jump out of the train... but it is good. you know where you stand and you've got the desire for change. u gotta keep going at it. like trying to lose weight or heck, trying to hit the gym to gain weight/mass... or stopping yourself from eating junk food. it is difficult, but you become smart about it and push thru it. once you have shifted to the new plane, then that will be ur new normal.. that will be the new comfort zone.. keep in mind, never settle so keep on improving as you see fit and about sitting down. start small then work your way up. 5 minutes meditation then work up from there. 5 mins / day - without skipping. if that's too much. try 1 min... or 2 min.... if it is hard, that just means you're trying to lift more than you can curl. lower the weight/duration. and if you have seen all his videos, know that you're the watcher of the thoughts... dont take them personally, observe them, and allow it to pass (with practice of course - which you will build from that incremental duration meditation) gotta start somewhere, take that first step
  10. Magic Words: "When you Clear the mind." "You are Enlightenment itself." - Osho Rather than being a someone who is enlightened, just know yourself AS enlightenment, meaning don't search to add to the persona identity or thought identity. Enlightenment does not make you more, you actually see through the illusoriness of needing to be more. If you think that Enlightenment or perfection is somewhere other than right here, immediately then you will look the future, like a hamster on the wheel that will never stop. If you think that enlightenment is beyond JUST who you are or your true nature, then the searching will never end. If you take yourself to be the thoughts, that's why you WANT to be enlightened. That would be like the Sky which remains timelessly here to be the clouds that come and pass. The sky in this metaphor is enlightenment, which is timeless and observes the clouds, just as YOU are the observer of your thoughts. Enlightenment is not an idea, it's simply to see right now that which is true, REGARDLESS of your outlook, perspective, what time ERA it is or all subjectivity. Presence is as it is....forever.....& you ARE this presence.
  11. @pluto i wish you were still a planet! @Serotoninluv xoxo
  12. @Kushblow watch some of Leo's videos. guided meditations. they are great and will have all you need
  13. @Kushblow yes. certainly not easy. like forming a new habit... breaking the previous one. etc meditation is one way to keep off the thoughts. if you've got a hobby, something practical, or something you love doing... try to do more of that instead of thinking about all these concepts. the concepts are good to learn... but they must be dropped at one time... like if you want to be a chef, you can read and know many recipes, no end to it! but to actually become a master chef, you gotta start cooking! practical! so form one of these habits which break your current day to day routine, where your mind is still and you're totally involved with what you're doing... or simply, at rest you're trying to scale up a mountain, yes, it won't be easy, but at the end, the view is worth the climb
  14. @Kushblow yes. certainly, you can realize it... beyond concepts/ideas... but directly, yes. start a meditation practice!!! slow down your thinking mind, practice mindfulness - being in the moment, that is, not following your thought stories. but meditation is the key! isn't it? @zeroISinfinity
  15. the answer to that cannot be understood in words/concepts. why? because words/concepts are finite. the mechanism / process of God's creation is infinitely complex... far too great for our finite human mind to grasp. so, in other words, what you're asking for here, does not have an answer which can be contained with words. another way to get this is to consider what you're asking here is like if you were asking how an apple tastes... words cannot describe you the taste. the taste is tasted the fragrance is smelled the sound is heard tasted, smelled, heard - this is knowledge which is not contained in words. so it is kind of like that. if your HOW questions still continue after this, that is simply your curiosity of wanting to know... like a child-like innocence. but if you simply read what i have written above, you can see that what you're asking is truly not answerable in words/concepts.
