@LfcCharlie4 right! It's like a big release moment. The idea that thoughts are bad... But what is an idea but another thought let the thoughts pass like clouds. In one end, out the other ? I guess it's understood in stages... Spiral like it seems, but once it sticks, it only deepens. It's beautiful ♥️?? -

enlightenment is the MERGER of the person (trying to become enlightened) with LIFE so when it is merged. there is ONLY LIFE. ONE movement flowing. in that one movement, there's not a chooser, choosing thoughts. there's simply thoughts which arise, are chosen and then acted upon. and because they are in unity with the whole, it is intuition. the doing becomes the thinking the video+audio makes the film the film simply plays think of it this way. there is a movie playing. the person is the "audio" of the film which thinks it is separate from the "video" which is playing. when the separation between the audio and the video of the movie collapses, it is seen it was always ONE MOVIE playing the Video+Audio together. #not-two. -
@BETGR164128 just reading the start of the thread. unsure what your views about this are on the later pages of this thread. but i want to tell you. there's a difference between manifesting it vs there being a fire right in your house. this is like a forecast. sure, nothing is certain. even weather forecasts. but they are quite accurate. this is like you're on the titanic and it is confirmed that it WILL SINK. yet you are saying it will not for you. you're in this whether you like it or not... unless you're at the level of god consciousness and think your way out of this reality instantly (like in a lucid dream) which i doubt your level is at so yes. don't be in fear, or panic because ultimately WHO KNOWS what will happen but DO take all pre-cautions as necessary... a life jacket, if you will

@Corpus oh yes. we are free to choose the labels/subtitles (perspective) of our experience. and yet, what most of us do not know, until we do, is that the labels/subtitles that we choose, define how things appear to us and thus change into or transform into the next moment based on that definition. if you believe the world to be solid/materialistic, your experience will match that belief and you cannot mold things by your mind. but if you believe it to be consciousness/holographic, you can work wonders. it's a climb. -

WHEN SUBJECT looks—subject sees object. When subject is seen looking at object Subject becomes object, and is no longer subject. When subject looks at itself, it no longer sees any thing, for there cannot be anything to see, since subject, not being an object as subject, cannot be seen. That is the 'mirror-void'—the absence of anything seen, of anything seeable, which subject is. But it is neither 'mirror' nor 'void' nor any thing at all. It is not even 'it'. That is the transcendence of subject and object— which is pure is-ness. That is what is—the total absence which is the presence of all that seems to be. Perhaps it could be said better, but there can be little more to be said. -

just like the matrix. is that a spiritual reference or just a cool idea of living in a world run by machine, one you could wake up out of all spiritual themes are implied. the author of The ALCHEMIST has said that there have been so many different writings / interpretations about his book that often he doesn't have the idea from which view he wrote it either way. yes. when YOU can find that theme in there, it will be true for you and this is a powerful one @Bill W about having forgotten about your true nature, the fall and the rise there's also another story about a lion whose parents are killed when he's a young cub and he goes off to live with the sheep. then when he's fully grown, he's spotted one day by another lion who is shocked to see him eating grass n whatnot with the sheep. he charges at him and the sheep-lion also runs away BAAAing like a sheep. the new lion takes a hold of him and shows him his face in the lake. and when it clicks, the sheep-lion INSTANTLY is back to being what he always was, a lion and ROARS - reborn. @Nahm gotta love the petaa pan <3 <3 classic and wow. don't recall those. epic -

The Seeker: Does it make me a better person if I quit non veg and become a vegetarian? The Master: If that was the case then all vegetarians would be saints and all non vegetarians would be sinners. In fact what comes out of the mouth is more important than what goes in. @Nahm -

When one resists and denies the unique aliveness—the never-to-be-repeated suchness—of each moment, that is when one searches. Something, one feels, is missing. Something is incomplete, something requires improvement, something is not as it should be—so one searches for something else. But there is no something else. This is it. Because simply living out the completely natural, biological unfolding of this aliveness—birth, being, dying, death—feels frightening or somehow unsatisfactory, a search arises for that legendary “something else.”… The end of searching for satisfaction is not achieved by trying to call off the search, nor is the end of searching a once and forever “end.” The feeling of not needing to search—of having no questions the answers to which require searching—is a state of mind that can never be produced willfully but, rather, is one that arises naturally in any moment met openly and naively… In simplest terms, “awake” is when you don’t take this aliveness for granted. Imagining a better tomorrow comes to a halt. The anodyne promises of “spirituality” do not obtain. We have this moment and all it entails. You may like what you see, feel, and think, or detest it. You may fear what is in front of you, or desire it—maybe even a little of both. Likes and dislikes are not ours to choose. What is, is, including fear and desire. This, as they say, is it. Awakeness is not “spirituality,” in which one aims at an imagined “perfect” state that some saint or holy man attained, and to which that “great one” has marked the path. I have no need for such pie in the sky. The awakeness I know means being with whatever is right now, without explanations, justifications, or fantasizing about something better or “more evolved.” -- Robert Saltzman, from Depending on No-Thing -

@VeganAwake LOL is that from the show: Whose Line Is It Anyway? and you know what... having no purpose/meaning is great! because it's all for fun kids play with toys, their imagination people play the piano, instruments people dance what is the meaning or value of any of that? there's no goal there. the activity is the goal. and when's that's the case. it is only for fun, enjoyment.
