  1. @Jack River indeed <3 thank you @PsiloPutty that is thoughtrific!
  2. is that the place of peacefull infinte bliss and love? is that where you rest now and speak out of directly?
  3. @Jack River i dont know if you have read this before @Nahm posted it in an other thread i found it to be beautiful It’s the World Cup Final, and a man makes his way to his seat right next to the pitch. He sits down, noticing that the seat next to him is empty. He leans over and asks his neighbour if someone will be sitting there. ‘No,’ says the neighbour. ‘The seat is empty.’ ‘This is incredible,’ said the man. ‘Who in their right mind would have a seat like this for the Final and not use it?’ The neighbour says, ‘Well actually the seat belongs to me. I was supposed to come with my wife, but she passed away. This is the first World Cup Final we haven’t been to together since we got married.’ ‘Oh, I’m so sorry to hear that. That’s terrible….But couldn’t you find someone else, a friend, relative or even a neighbour to take her seat?’ The man shakes his head. ‘No,’ he says. ‘They’re all at the funeral’. Laughter! (That empty, thoughtless space, between the joke, and the laughter, is where the understanding occurred.) i guess to see this movement of the fear/thought and to UNDERSTAND it... that understanding also has to occur in that empty, thoughtless space - between the question (thought) and the realization of seeing thru the illusion holistically as you say.
  4. @Jack River how long were you on the path before this understanding came about? did you try some other practices like meditation or any psychedelics etc before you paid attention to this little facet here and cracked open the universe? and is this how it is for you most of the days?
  5. @Jack River hmmmm this here: All of this is the self thinking it is actual outside of thought and that self will apply thought to become better or whole. i get this... i know saying it this way is likely riddled with contradiction and auto-negation as yet again i clearly must be using psychological time to talk about this... and the self you are talking about here is the ego i presume? the ego/self is itself a thought and i have read previous convos between you and faceless about thought trying to end thought by using more thought my question again comes... how do i grasp this understanding if not by thought? how will it be understood or rationalized for me... it just will be? when i have this hollictic understanding and seeing thru of the illusion... will there not be the next thought which might be "aahaa!" NOW I Truly get it and see thru it? or it just ends? and then thoughts are thunk by choosing whenever needed only?
  6. Dunno much about it But I can say this There isn't a set range for it The range maybe 1 day. To 50 years or even more or less. It varies for everyone Everyone is different Everyone has various build ups of enegies
  7. Had this insight during one of my sits about the powerful saying by nisargadatta maharaj I AM THAT IT cannot be pin-pointed . IT can be recognized / sensed / felt briefly but can never be "seen" or captured in the NOW I kinda had a little back n forth with IT Knowing that I am IT and am the one who is aware of the thoughts - It felt appropriate to say that from a place of knowing and "speaking as the ego" about the self: there I was - referring to the knowing or awareness about a thought/feeling or sensation and seeing briefly mySELF Knowing or being aware of a phenomena is just simply THAT ... the knowing of it. Ergo, it cannot be pointed to... It will always pervade all experience by the knowing of it And I felt I understood exactly what Maharaj says in his knowing and communicating via his body I AM THAT
  8. @Jack River wow thank you! Is this another way enlightenment occurs? Or this isn't the death of the "I" but a deeper insight on the path? Also he stresses that the seeing of this movement actually will be like an undeniable fact I guess the example I use is seeing that the snake was a wooden stick... You cannot continue to be afraid of what you know to be a wooden stick and what you thought was a snake. It would be knowingly deluding itself I like how u say that also... That the seeing is so complete. It is instantaneous and then it ends. And then there is no unseeing this and turning back If only this intelligence kicks in for me... Please guide me I want to see that the snake is a wooden stick !!!
  9. @Jack River just wanna understand what you mean by psychological Time? Like there is a time that measures the cycle of day / night When u say psychological time stops. I presume it doesn't effect the time of change of the day/night cycle.. So what exactly is phsyxological time? Going from one thought to the other? Creating links between thought - cause/effect?
  10. One of the biggest obstacle to getting closer and closer to the understanding of the nature of our reality is the materialist paradigm. Once one sees that reality isn't a physical / solid construct made out of tiny particles /atoms then the possibilitt which remains may seem very improbable and extremely radical but it cannot be denied. I also like this idea and it showcases the incomprehensible infinite magnitude of reality: there are an infinite number of iterations / modulation of consciousness and it is so totally absolute and complete that it gives the illusion of apparent free will to thought+action. It is a set of absolute random and meaningless phenomena but as it is so complete, the next moment of existence which follows seems to be caused + connected with the previous moment and so on. It's all an autonomous eternal happening. Freedom is getting and staying in the experiential realization that "we" have no freedom/control.
  11. @B_Naz hey. Brother. What you need to realize that there isn't one religion which is "true" All essentially point to / talk about the same thing. Anyhow. I'll let you come to the realization with due time
  12. INDEEED x 1000000000000000000000000 it's an art!
  13. from wikipedia During the fifth installment of his stream, a burglar broke into his house. He kicked down the door into Bennett's house. The thief entered the room he was streaming in and said "Hello?", and quickly left. The incident generated attention online and the video currently has over 3 million views.[4][5] In a separate incident in his 52nd livestream, Benjamin clearly urinates himself, with a wet puddle seeping out from under him and gradually evaporating over the remainder of the footage. He never acknowledges this or breaks his composure and continues to sit and smile to the camera. talk about being in the present moment and being just a water to the max
  14. To make it short and simple What you're saying here... If you did that in your dream? Would that still be considered a solid object? Within the world of the dream? Yet when wake up in bed you will say, oh it was in my head/just a dream. That's all.
  15. indeed. being in that direct state just last night showed me the beauty of it i did not get any horrors... maybe because i have made myself comfortable with the idea of no-self i am still very much near my ego in my day to day... but i find it easy to transition to the oneness state when it happens. though it's very brief.
  16. @non_nothing or it takes nothing if he's self realized and just yoloing about it. it's probably 4 hours of continuous bliss and and being in that oneness state - and just recording it vs normally most of us would just sit but yeah, i do still agree. takes balls! love the comments under the video though there are some who question that to be meditation that he is doing. but most think he's lost it - i can see why they may think so kudos to this guy though
  17. @Arthur that's just a thought or a projection that you're having about what that state maybe like as described by others the best way i can say is that it simply means being the entire experience - like peering thru a VR headset and seeing all of what is inside. which includes the 1st per point of view looking out. but all of that would = ONE experience that's simply what being ONE with everything or being the entire universe means the mind thinks it would be something cool/outta this world but it's simply just that ONE experience
  18. yesterday after having a mini joint of w33d, i went into this brief state in which none of the visual/overall experience changed... but it all changed... the best way i can now put it to myself is like all of a sudden being inside of a VR video - except much more deeply (with all 5 senses involved) it was from a place of watching at first... "I" did not notice it... it was rather when "I" noticed that I am in that state... the "am in the state" became "was in that state" I now get why it is said any movement/thought takes you out of it my mind wanted to say/shout/exclaim WOW! and investigate that state and how I got there but any "doing" of that sort took me out of it yet while i was in that state, i sort of understood/noticed/realized that i am in it - without having the need to think about it it was amazing! i'm sure any of you who has had a non-dual experience would know what I am talking about i also have some questions the state did not feel like what I would call "infinte bliss" or "infinte love" i still had a sense of a body in that - i did not disassociate with my body in that moment. i did realize though that I am all of the expereince - with a focal point of view stemming from the body i did not have an experience of death to reach this state i kinda melted into that state i am not asking for or wishing that i go thru the ego death process or torture before arriving in that state again - i am just rather questioning that it was effortless for me... i guess having read up on so many things kinda places different checkpoints in your mind you feel like you will have to go thru to get to that state and that is why there is beauty in "ignorance is bliss" however, i feel that the subtleness of that state for the ones who arent aware of it. will miss it. they will be in that state as much as you might be. but since that concept is so impossible for them, they will miss it.. they DO miss it. anytime someone is watching a movie or an intense sport. you're fully into that experieince. that's no different than a non-dual state it really is so simple now. i am wanting to get back to that state but i know I cannot get there i can desire to get there but i cannot try to get there trying to get there = not getting there action = blocking the entrance MELT INTO IT SLEEP INTO IT DO WHAT YOU NORMALLY DO TO FALL ASLEEP - NOTHING! You let go and go into that state though again, note that i was under the influence of the ganja which may have helped but i think repeatedly going back in that state will help me build that state up. as mooji says: marinate in that oneness <3 and i can also see how letting go of my ego attachments will make me closer and closer to that state all about surrderinding and not minding what happens and accepting all that is <3 <3 <3 love you all I LOVE ME there is no I, so LOVE ME but there is also no me... so just LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE <3
  19. another thing which resonates deeply and also leaves me in awe is this Osho says in some of his videos that his "meditation is not disturbed" by "his" actions, talking, doing that's what it means to abide in that state, to remain in that deep meditative state. for me.. just the thought or the quick "aaha" about being in that state or recognizing it made me lose it... i see now the work that needs to be done so that state can be attained and retained longer and then eventually kinda laying back so that life just happens on its own how amazing would that be indeed! and i think it's actually this : before enlightenment chop wood carry water - after enlightenment being aware that wood is being chopped and being aware that water is being carried i havent been a very strong and a practicing mediator but i am sure many who try to meditate and have done so longer than i have MUST have missed this simple state which is the ultimate goal of meditation. it would seem so many mediators are searching for IT yet it's way to subtle to be found that way...
  20. Hope Leo attends and gives a lecture with QnA format
  21. "how do i get rid of the belief that something's wrong with me?" stop giving weight to this belief. forcing it out of you. faking this belief that all's well until it gets / starts to feel better.
