What's holding you back is your state of consciousness.
If you don't change your state you will never realize you are the coffee table.

You can certainly flip a girl around if she is cold on approach.
But it's not going to be something you do consistently.
Just focus on improving your game rather than aiming for some magical 100% consistency.
Even the best guys in the world get blown out all the time.
I know many guys who are very good. And they have bad nights frequently. It's a very chaotic process.

Your "high quality" girl still wants fun, emotions, value, and leadership. A high quality girl has options. She won't be attracted to some needy inexperienced ass.
For a guy to get a good relationship requires hundreds of approaches.
You are assuming attraction. But that cannot be assumed.
A guy needs a lot of "customers" to get the experience necessary to be the kind of strong man & leader a high quality girl expects him to be.
Every girl wants the sausage but doesn't want to know how it's made. As it turns out, being a man tends to be a dirty business.

Even those girls are still going to get attracted at an emotional not a logical level.
And obviously we are generalizing. Not even all girls like dick. The exceptions demonstrate the rule.
Even the emotional guys are still logical relative to girls. Consider that gender is more fundamental than personality type. Female cats still go into heat and want to be fucked. This dynamic is way more primal than personality type or even humanness.

It exists in this dream of yours as a concept.
A fundamental part of how your Mind constructs "material reality" is by creating a distinction between actual vs conceptual things.
But of course you could stop dreaming that distinction, which could allow a Flying Spaghetti Monster to materialize. But the ego has no control over this. Therefore you don't take the possibility seriously and dismiss it as "fantasy" or wishful thinking.
But if you took enough Salvia or LSD, you could see a real material Flying Spaghetti Monster. Of course afterwards you would probably rationalize it away as "unreal". But you're doing that in order to maintain your construction of a "material reality". If you didn't actively do this, material reality would start to dematerialize, which you would perceive as going insane.
Understand this: if you allowed yourself to see a physical Flying Spaghetti Monster you would think you lost your mind and start taking anti-psychotic medication just to curb the fear of losing your mind.
People don't realize how much their "reality" and "sanity" are connected.
The highest spiritual insights and experiences would be considered insane by most people. This must be the case in order to maintain the illusion of "material reality."
If someone like Jordan Peterson took enough psychedelics or meditated long enough, he would start to go insane and freak the fuck out as his whole sense of reality collapsed around him. It would be quite dangerous.

Where does the present exist? Where does anything exist?
Where did whereness come from?
That could be your koan

That's a very difficult issue. In practice to get good at game you have to not settle down for a while. But girls will not like it. So there is an ethical trade off there. If you are pulling from clubs it's gonna be easier not to settle down vs doing dating. Dating sets up an expectation that you want her as your GF. She will tend to expect that. So one way to go is to wear your player frame very upfront, so she's not confusing you for BF material.
But even so, most girls will want to make you exclusive if you sleep with them more than once.
There is a good reason why most guys are not great at game: you basically have to have very little empathy for the girls to pull it off. The more selfish you are, the more girls you will get. There's no way around that. Girls love to sleep with detached sociopathic players.
I am not telling what to do, I am telling you the realities of attraction.

A) Pay cover.
B) Bribe the bouncer.
C) Grab girls off the street and drag them into the club with you.
D) Find & befriend promoters who can put you on VIP guest list if you bring girls.
E) Make a deep social circle of girls who club regularly and invite them out the club with you.
Option C & D is best.
Some nights in Vegas I might pay $150 cover just to get into the club. Usually I can get in free using a combination of the other options above. And I can often even skip the line.
You can also game outside of clubs around closing time. This is the poor man's option.

I've never seen a problem getting into a club solo. You just pay cover.
Not sure how clubs are in your area. All the clubs I've been to charge guys cover and they don't care about group size.
I would try to frame it as them joining you. If you get on the guest list using a promoter you can say, "Hey, ladies. I'm on the VIP guest list. Would you like to join me?"
Or just chat them up real good so they like your company. Then say, "Hey, let's walk in together as we're chatting." Try to approach girls not in line but further away. You can even find girls who were not planning to go to the club and invite them to join you. This is ideal.
I've done this frequently in Vegas.

The secret to club game is: live in a city with good clubs. If the clubs in your town suck then it won't work so well.
Also, you gotta get really good at pulling. Pulling is a whole skillset onto itself. It is not at all like doing dates. You have to get really experienced at leading and handling logistics bullshit.
But once you learn that, it's actually easier and faster to pull than to date.
But hey, nothing wrong with dating if that's what your city allows.

Yes, girls fly in here just to fuck sometimes.
It is easier to pull, but still challenging as a newbie/intermediate because you gotta be real good at handling logistics and the girl's friends will often not let her go with you even if she really wants to. So many pulls are lost thanks to friends cockblocking. At least half your pulls will be lost due to friends alone.
Lots of tables also makes it harder to pull than most other cities. The hottest girls are at tables you cannot access. So Vegas does have unique challenges. You need skill to pull here. And phone numbers and dates are basically impossible here. You either close same-night or you never see her again. No second chances here so you gotta be ruthless with pulling. Normal cities are easier for newbies because you can get lots of phone numbers and dates.
Vegas is as hardcore as game gets. It's like trench warfare, face in the mud. It's pretty competitive here too. Lots of guys got serious game here.

Reality is ONE. All the orders are illusory.
You are seeing reality as it absolutely is at all times.
It's everything you see, exactly as it appears, with nothing behind it.
Stop trying to ground reality in anything else. Everything is itself. A=A

If you just want to socialize, day game is a poor choice because volume of people is low and they are all busy doing stuff so they will not stand around just chatting with you. Day game is good for direct approaches and getting phone numbers.
If you want serious socialization practice then bars would be ideal.
If you approach a girl during the day, you need to be hitting on her directly. You're not there to chit-chat.
If you want the easiest way to practice socializing, go to a mall and socialize with all the clerks. Don't hit on them, just try to see how long you can keep a friendly conversation going. Go during the slow part of the day where they have nothing to do but talk to you.

Dude, then your problem isn't lack of humor. You don't need to run a comedy routine for a girl for 4 hours to get her to sleep with you.
Humor is mostly necessary only in the beginning. Once she is attracted, you then need to shift in to building deep intimacy, connection, and comfort. This is what the majority of your date should be about. You do this not through humor but by sharing stories from your life, your values, your dreams, your passions, and asking about hers. Little humor is necessary here. And then while you're doing that you must also ramp up the physical escalation. Once you're 2hrs+ into a date most of the work should be done via just silence and physical escalation. Your hands should be all over her body by that point, you should be leading her around, kissing her, making out, heavy sexual eye contact, and getting her horny.
You don't need to be a dancing monkey. And you don't need a bunch of vapid small talk. Get to the business of turning her body on. You're here to fuck her, not to play talk show host.
You need to learn the power of silence and simply eye contact. Talk way slower.
It's not gonna be boring if your properly physically escalate and are making her horny.

Learning game solo as a newbie is nearly impossible, so make sure you make use of wings. Just be careful when selecting your wingman that you don't use him as a crutch to avoid approaching girls. Bad wings can be distractions more than help. Your wingman must be committed to going out consistently and approaching, not just standing around talking shit.
And once you get comfortable with wingmen, start going out solo a bit too, until eventually you can solo any venue.
This resource is to be used responsibly to help you learn game. Do not abuse your new-gained powers for unethical or devilish dating activity. Reduce harm and manipulation as much as possible. Be ware that most of your wings will be deeply stuck in stage Orange and that mindset will rub off on you. This isn't exactly high-consciousness stuff, but it's better than being an Incel.
If you are starved for sex and feeling depressed and lonely about it, start learning game and going out consistently. Do not be inactive as the problem will not magically solve itself.

You are treated like you don't exist because you haven't developed game. You are being too meek and so the environment overpowers you. The solution is to develop a more powerful approach.
It is not too loud. I've been in some loud ass clubs. The solition there is to use lots of physical openers, physical game, very direct verbals, learn to project your voice more, and very powerful sexual eye contact. The louder it is the more you can caveman it. Literally grab girls by the arm and pull then into you. Some will bust but some will hook hard.
Your height is not the problem. You just lack the strong game necessary for loud clubs.
I def struggled with loud ass clubs.
The way I dealt with it is by forcing myself to approach girls and by making myself just comfortable and relaxed in the club. The club has a way of overpowering you. You have to train yourself to ignore all the noise and distractions. You have to put yourself into a relaxed meditative state and then do lots of direct physical openers.
A good way to start is by tapping her on the shoulder, smile, and if she gives you positive eye contact, grab her, pull her into you, and say something direct like, "I love you". Then eye-fuck her. Then plow with some verbals and lots of physical escalation. Then lead her to a quieter area to talk or lead her to dance on the dance floor. Or both.
I know plenty of short guys who do great at the loudest clubs, better than me. It's not the height, it's your lack of game. Most of my wings were shorter guys who killed at the clubs. But they had very good game.
It helps a lot to get some experienced wings and just watch them approach in such loud clubs. This will prove to you that it can be done.

Today was the 3rd psychedelic trip ever in my life.
What you will now read is called a "trip-report." It is some words that try to point to a reality, that cannot be pointed to. Nothing that is real can be described or pointed to, it can only be experienced. However, pointing or trying to point doesn't contradict reality and might help you to experience these things for yourself, which you absolutely can. 
Todays trip was special in that it gave me access to absolute knowledge. I became aware of an absolute, unshakeble, unspeakable truth which is the cause of, and explains everything in this universe, beyond the shaddow of a doubt.
Absolute truth is unspeakable, but speaking about it might inspire people to seek it. This is the reason why I will try to do the impossible here and speak about it. The only reason. Just to inspire you to go out there and seek absolute truth. Because it is absolutely worth it, I promise.

What I realized beyond the shaddow of a doubt
There is no self. "you" don't exist. There is no "you" inside your body (or inside of mine) Everything is one. The whole universe and everything that exists, existed, will ever exist or could ever exist is physically one thing. God exists beyond the shaddow of a doubt. God = The Cause of everything that exists = The here and now = Conciousness = Infinite love = Everything that exists = You. There exists only one thing in the universe. This thing is You. You with a capital "Y". That "YOU" is identical to God. It is the cause of everything. It created everything in this universe. It created everything you see right now through your eyes out of pure selflessness and out of pure love. It created the most beautiful things you could ever imagine and the most hellish things you could ever imagine. It did so because it is selfless. Because it is infinitely loving. Infinite love does not discriminate. It only encompasses and allows for anything that comes into existence to come into existence.  Infinite love is all there is. Imagine you got the most beautiful gift you could ever imagine. Imagine you get the most beautiful man, the most beautiful woman you could ever imagine. Imagine him or her unconditionally loving you for your whole life. Imagine you get all the money in the world. Imagine every single petty little wish of yours would be fulfilled. Imagine how much better you would feel after all these whishes coming true. Now imagine that feeling you would get out of all your whishes getting fulfilled and multiply it by infinity. What you now have is Infinite Love, Absolute Truth, God, Your own Identity. It is so beautiful, perfect, rich, loving, caring, complete that you would never believe me. And still it is Absolute, timeless Truth. forever and until the end of time. Death is impossible, you are immortal. (Obvious point).  All these things I just wrote are and forever will be: Absolute, unshakable truth 'til the end of time. This is not my belief, nor speculation. This is a fact. In fact, this is the only "true" fact that exists in this universe. You can become directly concious of these truths. Doing that will completely heal you and show you that all your petty human bullshit is completely okay the way it is and that you are infinitely loved no matter what you do.
I hope I will inspire some of you to go out there and seek finding that truth for yourself. What I would recommend for that is using psychedelics. I highly doubt that there is any other method presently known to humankind which makes it as easy and effortless to access these truths as psychedelics do.
Go for it, whoever you are - you can do it, whatever it is you want to do. You can find absolute truth and it will heal you completely and forever.

Thank you for teaching me about all these concepts from a young age and making it possible for me to finally at 21 realize what I have just realized. Leo, I will never in this lifetime be able to thank you enough for what you did for me. 

Just the fact that you put her on such a pedestal already means you will never attract nor keep her.
And you are focused on the wrong thing. You putting all your attention into looks without any consideration who she is as a personality and what it would be like to relate with her. You imagine her personality will match her looks and you two will get along great, but that's not how it works in real life.
Chasing girls like that will certainly bring you much suffering, even if you get one.
Change your dream to a cute girl who's personality you jive with and fits your lifestyle, and who still has plenty of flaws that you will have to work your ass to deal with. These flaws will both be physical and psychological. Even this will be challenging to obtain, but worth it. And this should make you plenty satisfied to get.
RSD theory will get you laid, the skills you learn are important, but RSD is not a fundamentally healthy lifestyle to emulate. Those RSD instructors have deep trauma and they have been chasing girls for 20 years with not much satisfaction or intimacy. Most PUAs are psychologically damaged. Remember that. Healthy, conscious guys do not remain players for long. The healthiest guys in RSD left RSD. You grow out of it pretty quickly if you are doing serious personal development.
Learn the skill set of attracting women but don't try to emulate the player lifestyle and philosophy. That is, if you care about consciousness, truth, and love. If you want a stage Orange existence, okay, be a player to the hilt. See how happy that makes you.

@wildflower I have explained many times that the primary feature is that the consciousness knob gets cranked up, the visual field becomes more fluid. But it does not disappear and I don't enter into other kind of plane or dimension.
If I took a ridiculously high dose then the visual field would become so fluid that it might start to hallucinate new planes and dimensions. But this is of little interest to me. I only trip for insight and consciousness, not to see wacky new dreams. It doesn't really matter to me what new visuals are dreamt. It's cool but ultimately irrelevant to our work.
It is possible to take so much 5-MeO-DMT that the visual field sort of collapsed into an infinite singularity. It feels like being inside a black hole sorta.

My realizations are so cool as it is that there's nothing ordinary about them. They are amazing beyond any description.
The problem I have is that I'm so sensitive to psychedelics that I would need to take a very high dose leave my room behind, and that dose would put me into a suicidal dangerous high level of consciousness. So I cannot do such high doses where my whole visual field morphs into something else. Normies can do that because they aren't so sensitive nor conscious to begin with. So for me the visual aspects of psychedelics remain minimal whereas for normies it is higher.
There is a difference between pure consciousness/understanding vs wacky morphing visuals. If your understanding is low you can handle much higher wacky morphing visuals by taking a large dose. But for me every dose has crazy high headspace.

That's not about awakening at all. He's just showing you how to be vulnerable and more authentic in social situations.
You're not going to master social skills unless you hit the bars and clubs like a beast. 1000s of nights out talking to girls.
There is no book, video, seminar, or course that can give you such skills. Only by going out.

Depends on what you mean by "manifest". Ultimately as the ego dissolves God starts to work through your body and mind more. Life becomes more effortless. Life flows more. Things naturally manifest themselves from your thoughts and actions.
It has radically changed me. But at the same time I'm still me.
The more you change the more you stay the same.
Interesting. Personally I don't have much experience with that stuff and trauma, so I'm not the best to comment on that. I focus all my trips on metaphysics. I know a lot of people have deep trauma, so that's good to clean up.

Bootcamps are mostly for people who struggle just doing an approach at all. The bootcamp simply forces you to approach a lot. It doesn't offer much value beyond that.
There is no magic advice or lesson which you can be told which will make you good at approaching. The only way to get good is to do it a lot and fail a lot.

Psychedelics are really necessary here.
But shy of that, just look at your direct experience. What is "the brain" within your direct experience? Actually locate it. Observe "the brain". What you will notice is that "the brain" is a concept. And all concepts are 2nd order.
Your brain literally does not exist if you are not thinking about it. Thus you are prior to your brain. You can exist without a brain, but the brain cannot exist with you thinking about it.
Simply notice that brain is always located within Mind/Consciousness. Not the other way around. And furthermore, notice that any ideas you have that your mind is coming from your brain, notice that that's just more concepts.
"The brain" is a concept. "Brains create consciousness" is a concept. That's what these things literally are. The rest is stories you tell yourself.
