I thought concentration was a type of meditation that is necessary to have in order to do insight meditation (mindfulness). I always thought that mantra and breath meditation was a sought of one pointed concentration type of meditation. Is there a fundamental difference? Or is meditation a decluttering of the mind and then concentration is specially just focusing on an object?

Why did Leo Mention Zen Monasteries and the marathon monks as stage blue? Aren't they stage turquoise because they are pursing the highest wisdom?

@Leo Gura I've seen solid progress in SDS combined with Do nothing and doing kriya yoga but still feel guilty for not doing self inquiry. I keep telling myself I need more concentration skills for self inquiry but maybe thats just a trick of the mind.

Should you stick with one spiritual practice to master it and become conscious of god? So you don't half-ass your effects and dable in many practices. "the man that chases two rabbits catches none" Or have many (kriya yoga, meditation, self inquiry etc)?

Can you really master kriya yoga with out a master telling you what your doing right or wrong?

The only thing I can really think of is the business takes all the needs of the customer into account. Or a business that has many different perspectives to its outlook and impact on society... Any input?....

I have been contemplating deeply into the nature of perception: What is it? Do other people see, hear, feel, taste the same that I do in my subjective experience? It seems like I'm the perceiver of perception that sees other people, things etc. When someone looks at me I assume they can see my body (this kind of outer shell) but they can never know How I perceive them from my experience. Leo said in What is Perception? video that you mom, brother, other people have their own unique perspective in Absolute infinity. So then I wonder do they experience the visual field like me? I guess you can only know that your own experience is real and not others. Is my awareness the only one and all the other people I see around me are just pawns moving about that seem to have conscious awareness like me. Am I alone in this "world" ? Not sure if that makes sense just something that been on my mind.

I have done some research and came to the conclusion that I'll do Psilocybe Cubensis for my first Psychedelic trip. I have been meditating for close to 2 years and studying personnel development for 3 years. I was thinking of doing a low dose of 1 gram just to be safe. Is that too low? I read that its best to take on an empty stomach to limit nausea and have a more intense trip. Is there anything else I should know about mushrooms? Can I just eat them? Thanks!

I'm getting half an oz (14g). I'm a little concerned with the nausea.
