Who is aware? Ask that for many hours and pay close attention -
B12 is the result of becterial activity in the soil and given how we grow and clean our food you might want to take a supplement

@pluto not really I kinda did that instinctively. It was a bit of an epiphany for me. But it sure is interesting

You can delay your first meal to noon time if it is the prep time that is bothering you. Way better to spend the morning on an empty stomach and eat a nice healthy meal for lunch then stuffing yourself with garbage as soon as you wake up. Your first meal is really important but the moment you eat it doesn't matter as much in my experience.

I don't know about your situation but for me they seemed to be growing at a wrong angle and I thought that they might have to remove it. I didn't do it and in a couple months they were as straight as all the others. Check with yourself but it's not because your dentist says that you need to have them removed that it is the case.

Eat what your body was meant to eat and you won't ever have even to think about weight. Your body was designed to be lean. The tricky thing is that nobody thought you what you were meant to be eating. Buy some books about nutrition to guide your first steps and then lean on your awareness to fine tune your fuel intake. Personally, I eat a whole food/plant based diet(Nuts, seeds, beans, veggies, rice, oat, etc.), herbal infusion/tea with intermittent fasting(12hrs every day)

You have to craft your own. My method might not work for you. Awareness. You can do nothing, you can ask questions, you can do yoga, you can sing. The buffet is huge but don't get lost here. The goal is to feed yourself. -

Life is simple if you let it be that way. You have many fantasies of how and what life should or shouldn't look like. You are projecting that onto your reality. That's the whole process of it being created. You can choose how you create it but your orientation is twisted as if you were walking backward. You can't see what's coming and as soon as there's an obstacle you fall on your back and it hurts. You could choose to turn around and see more clearly what is going on if you wanted to(NOT wanting to end suffering. Wanting to see clearly.) That way obstacles are still there but you are in a position were you can see them. If you're up for it I suggest you spend a lot of time doing nothing/meditating. You will suffer a lot don't get me wrong. This is precisely what is going to grow you Still I wish you the best (it's twisted I know)

There's no need to fake a personality just let go and your divinity will shine through every moment of life. -
I have trouble with my high achiever mindset. I feel like no matter what I do it's never enough. I'm practicing music for 4 to 8 hours every day. I enjoy it a lot but I always feel like I could do so much better. I have trouble being content with my current skills. Put simply I feel like I suck sometimes...

Be yourself.

You could do both. If you think you can handle it of course. -

Talking from experience: go cold turkey. There's no point in trying to negotiate with Mary Jane from where you're at. After couple months you may look back and be grateful/have a lot more respect for her. -

How convenient? -
Just be honest and true to yourself

All your problems stem from misunderstandings of some sort. Sit down alone in an empty room and question your fears until you hit rock bottom. Meditation is sooooooo powerful. Awareness is key. Don't judge yourself for having those problems. Have the genuine intent to understand why you feel and behave the way that you do.

Try putting on a drone. The fifth, the octave and the unison work wonderfully Maybe try singing to it also. Last time I did that I had a huge purging of repressed energy. Still integrating that one -

Yes weed can be addictive. Been there done that. -
What do you want out of life? Is this behaviour conducive to it? If not then why do you do it? What are you running away from? A little hint: inquire into what is most threatening to you. Fear is not your enemy it is your guide.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Maybe you need to reconnect to nature. Try going for a long walk alone in nature and let all your thoughts roam freely . They are allowed to be there but you don't need to believe them! Good luck with your journey!

@Jordan94 Plan an experiment on yourself. Set like 2 or 3 months periods where you try one approche then switch and see what works best for you. Of course it means you got to stick to one particular diet for a long time.(Or not if that diet really doesn't work for you) Direct experience is cumulative. The more you try stuff out and stay mindful the more you will gravitate towards what suites you. In my experience it is not that important. I used to follow the typical approach to working out: Protein shake, meat, eggs, etc. And you know it kinda worked. I put on a lot of muscle in that period. It's been about a year since I last hit the gym. Now I eat mostly Plant Based/Raw and organic and all exercise I do is walking and bodyweight(push-up, etc.) I am a lot leaner and my muscles kept up. Your body/mind is a highly dynamic and fluid system. There's no need to count macros and stuff. It's great to get you started but once you get to know your body you will notice that, intuitively, it knows what to eat. You might even be surprised as to how much you need to eat. Based on the "western calorie counting approach" I should be melting by now because I eat so little. Yet I have a lot of energy, bright skin and a decent shape without even hitting the gym. The trick is to be mindful all day, every day!

Time for a long healthy walk in nature! What do you think? ?
