  1. Bingo. Training will inform how much you want to eat in the end. You want muscle & bone density. That is not gonna happen without training. Moving yo body’s such a pillar. And then eat loads of foods.
  2. I got to magnet that to a fridge somewhere. ~ Virtual virtual pizza
  3. Bread & toppings free pizza
  4. Compassion for us broke rat people🐀
  5. Did you read is book on mastery? It's a step up from Zen Body-Being imo while dealing with very adjacent & overlapping subjects. i.e. Principle of effortless interaction yadi yadi yada.
  6. The version available to the public isn't using the great voice that they showcase here. I asked it why it won't express itself like in those videos & it told me that it was just for show & they keep it down to earth for folks like me. Which is such bullshit. They don't tell you that in those videos. Very dishonest presentation. I like the capabilities it has especially with the integration of DALL-E but common man, I also want my AI to sing. AHAHAH loads of hype & bullshit in this one. But it is promising! I could do without the blatant deception and lying on their part though. The tragedy is it's actually capable of those things right now but they won't allow it for the public. They also tell you it's available with the free plan which is a total lie. At least it was when it came out. I had to pay to test it & my subscription is still going so they may have actually made it free in the mean time and I ain't aware of it.
  7. I would finally have a soundproof place. I can't express how much energy I waste trying to be a good neighbor & not make too much noise. Also I wouldn't have to hear them. That's the dream.
  8. Does survival instinct necessitate an ego? They do have a strong survival instinct. Do dogs & insects have egos? Wtf is an ego?
  9. Am I correct in assuming that you are speaking from direct experience here? I know your gut health's been deteriorating for a while but you still seem like a sharp dude. Did you experience brain deterioration first hand? Or are you speaking of much more serious abuse to reach those danger thresholds?
  10. But I gotta wonder about the first people to ever talk about it or write that shit down for future generations. Surely some humans just got it independently from anyone at some point otherwise we wouldn't be talking about it.
  11. That's an interesting question. I remember being a kid in the bath tub asking myself why is there something rather than nothing & almost loosing my shit over it. There was an innate interest in the mystery & I remember it vividly. But the pull towards conformity got the better of me during school years. Hormonal teenagers are seriously dumb. I don't miss that. If it weren't for people like Leo beating it over my head with a word stick every week, I'd surely have forgotten that spark I had as a kid.
  12. Weed was always very comforting & "safe" feeling to me. Which is why I was so addicted to it. Never got me to face my inner shit. It was always a blanket. Which is the whole problem. Psychedelics aren't fun. Although they could be. They are whatever the fuck they are in the moment & sometimes that's terrifying, suffering, not-fun. Which is why they are so great! Weed never revealed anything hidden from me. Weed was always the one hiding the stuff.
  13. That book is a straight up banger also. I've been squeezing it for months & juice is still coming out of it.
  14. That little grin he gives when he says after enlightenment there's "Much more consciousness to be had"
  15. It's great. A bit shorter than mushrooms but similar in the effects. Not quite the same. Yes it can. I couldn't recommend anything other than start low & see. It's shockingly similar to mushrooms for me. Can probably do both.
  16. I have switched to a berkey filtration system & I love it. They seem to claim heavy metal removal although I haven't looked into 3rd party testing or anything. I can attest to chlorine removal from smell & taste comparison pretty easily. I don't know about the micro plastic. Probably removes some of it. I would hope. I assume reverse osmosis would be a good choice. Never had any water coming out of that.
  17. I always use my own filtered water in a stainless steel bottle but last week I forgot it at home & had to buy bottled water. Better than being dehydrated all day or drinking tap if you ask me. Once in a while at least.
  18. What a banger. Totally rocked my world 5-ish years ago.
  19. Choosing Health Meditation/Introspection Singing (In tune) Improvisation Reading/Learning
  20. Can't be laced if you make your own psychedelics. One of them is very easy & inexpensive to produce. Don't sell them obviously. You would already be breaking the law in a number of ways. Don't push your luck. Don't even speak of it.
  21. There is a degree of objectivity to it. A major 3rd is a major 3rd. Doesn't matter how you slice it. Doesn't matter the instrument. Doesn't matter the register. A third is a third. Period. A 16th note is a 16th note. By definition. Snap your fingers steadily & put 4 equally spaced notes inside of that pulse. Those are 16th notes. By definition. Now how you feel about all of that is entirely subjective. How you feel about classical music vs hip hop is subjective. There's objectivity in music but not in the way you make it out to be. So it's both.
  22. Music is literally baked into physics(google harmonic series). If you are sensitive enough, you can hear a major chord in its full glory inside every lone pitch that ever existed. That includes birds, dolphins, whales, the wind, a falling tree smacking another one as it tips over & a million other "very unnatural" things. Tune into your footsteps, the ringing of your AC & the rushing water of your shower. Rhythm, pitch & change in dynamics are everywhere, all the time. Music is what gravity sounds like. Are you gonna tell me that gravity isn't natural? To an open musician, every sound you've ever heard is music ahahah. Listen to the voice of your lover when she says "Je t'aime". If you can't hear it then I can't help you. ~~ I should mention that I am utterly biased here, but your definition of what music is needs expansion:)
  23. 😂 I’ve been skiing for 18years and never broke anything. Bunch of friends that been skiing for as long and didn’t break anything.
