  1. Many times, Indeed you are correct. Those who are more in touch with their spirit naturally vibrate higher, and thus are more receptive to higher energies/entities.
  2. Depressed = deep rest Be fully with where you are at and what you need to experience, nurture yourself. Once you had your deep rest with Self, you will naturally rise.
  3. Not with that mindset you definitely won't. Your not allowing the space to change.
  4. Yes many times, maybe 30 - 40 times in my earlier years. MDMA is more of a "cheap bliss" that the undisciplined mind tends can get psychologically attached too because It has yet to experience anything greater. I abused MDMA later a lot because I aimed to replicate what I had experienced through deep inquiry and meditation after a destructive recycling process, yet it never provided me the same purity and everlasting wholesomeness. It always was a smokey version of the true heart of joy and purity of being. MDMA is can be more "intense" yes, but its an un-natural feeling, its a drug, a "copy" of the real thing, which is pure, peace, bliss, cool, calm, content. You can still induce similar intensity naturally with meditation and breathing, but its not ideal to be in such intense states all the time or you will struggle to ground and relate to the physical reality in any way, you will be too "out there" for any growth and structure in life or relation to it. If you want a substitute, mushrooms are much better and will not mess you up and cause more trauma down the line. Synthetic substances have no fail-safes, no guidance systems, so you need to be disciplined and Self-realized to utilize without risks, and even then, you will naturally gravitate to what is more natural. We must choose Truth over "feeling good" and we will always feel good. You are always in control.
  5. And what do you see? that no matter how many times you die, you still continue living When you die in a dream you wake up somewhere else. A cell dies, another one forms, consciousness is still experiencing itself like it never left. The Self is always eternally going on.
  6. You don't go into meditation, you become "meditative" by surrendering to the greater truth that is. Your desire for Truth must be stronger than all other desires. Truth must always come first, before meditation, before spirituality, before psychedelics.
  7. Not sure, probably if you take the whole bottle, most I done was 15 drops and I noticed Iboga-like effects of needing to block everyone/everything out and just reflect inwards, but I rather source (root-powder) and take a larger dose for that. I go into trance for 6 - 10 hours on Iboga. I find with this medicine it works best in the (background), like little microscopic african shamans chipping away your old-programs that no longer serve you. I felt this when I was meditating on 3 - 5 drops a day. I also enjoy the bwiti music with headphones which amplifies that experience. Its more subtle than micro-dosing other psychedelics but feels more clear, natural and less 'mind stimuli' but rather more internal awareness.
  8. Yes but you will need the powdered form, i feel, unless you drink the whole bottle, not too sure. I am seeking the powder myself. Julian Palmer is the only person I know who can source Iboga in my country at around $12 a gram, he may be able to get Mannii too. He is the guy who created Changa. I met him in person, cool guy, although he is a bit of a braniac. Thinks way too much into things. He is a bit of an extremist psychonaut so you probably don't need the dose he recommends like 15g - 30+ or (flood-doses). I think he over-done his nervous system so he needs more, like that guy taking 40 grams mushrooms. I personally feel more an alchemist than shaman so I find if you can make yourself more "efficient" and "receptive" that's gold, so less becomes more. I find with Iboga 5 - 8g was the sweet spot for me. I could definitely enjoy 10-12 at most. A ceremonialist I met found an effective way to take Iboga is 3g intervals, every few hours, so you "feel" into how much you need and gradually find your "sweet spot".
  9. Well said. She is a great lover of mine. Respect her, she will respect you
  10. I think you are onto a healthy start. You will find your body will be even healthier when you start mono-eating or having a maximum of 3 ingredients per meal, your body will thank you, your mind will be at ease, life will flow well. I disagree with the part of starving to death on just fruit and salad, I have lived on mostly fruits, salads and raw food for years and never supplement B12 or animal-based omegas. You don't need them. You can get everything and more from plants. As your body becomes more "efficient" you will find you will need less and less and the simplicity is where its at.
  11. Cacao is a great alternative. it helped me transition. I consume coffee once in a while for pleasure and enjoyment but no longer need it. I eventually let go of the need for cacao too, as I incorporated more fresh fruit, but I still celebrate with it more often than coffee.
  12. I don't consume vegetables anymore besides the occasional potatoes, only green-sprouts sometimes and sea greens. I found I naturally gravitate toward the fruits and not the vegetables, I have become aware that we (Homo sapiens) are frugivores by design, not herbivores. Fruits are absorbed differently, think "cellular nourishment" it will cleanse and energize you like no other food source. They contain all the things we need. Ultimately, you must follow what feels best and true to you, it will unravel itself.
  13. If you can find a Durian fruit, you will end all other cravings for food. Some people cant get past the smell, I feel sorry for them. Think of eggy, fatty, banana vanilla custard
  14. I would think thick glassware, probably something fully ceramic or clay/stone, as close to nature as possible.
  15. You fasted because of what your mind has gathered and thought was best for you rather than whats in tune with what your soul actually needs in the moment. Healing is a gradual process. Took me many years to be fully raw, and even then I enjoy cooked food sometimes because I choose to be honest with what I need at any given moment and not live a (fixed-life). Be Flexible ~
  16. What we consume ends up consuming and controlling us. The meat and parasites that crave the meat have become an entity in you and you need to make peace with this entity/s in order to let it go. As ZenAlex said, it is a gradual process. I would also highly suggesting to practice fasting, start off with intermittent then go into 1 2 3 and longer days of water only and you can also incorporate a lot of fresh juices and fruits to help with the detoxification process. I have found its usually people who have not detoxified/deprogrammed their bodies and minds properly and lack experience with fasting, seem to struggle the most to make transitions because they still have an abundance and dominance of those denser foods energy within their consciousness. So yes it will take time in general and it is the gentler approach, love all parts of yourself, especially your darkness, and honour when they need something denser, and sometimes we find other denser options and not always food, often times its more an energetic thing that physical that is needed to be nourished,. but also know that one day you can wake up and end it all just like that, it takes the right kind of experience but definitely possible. I have not consumed flesh in over 10 years although during all these years a few times I dabbled with some dairy and eggs and it would usually nourish that part of me, like visiting an old friend, or mending an old would that I have ignored, then I would honour that, nourish myself for a day or two until the dance is over, and go back to where I feel best on mostly fruit and living/plant foods. May this serve you well
  17. Alcohol can be used medically/ceremonially but very minimal, think 1/4 of a shot glass amounts and as long as it is purified, high percentage 90+ It is used to make many of the best herbal tinctures out there. Drinking how people drink at your local pub or club turns this "medicine" into "poison", Especially all the chemical-concoctions out there these days, it is no better than smoking cigarettes full of harsh chemicals. I personally go by the the further away from nature something is, the bigger the trouble you are getting yourself into. As with most foods, substances, drugs and such things. When it comes to medicine, less is more.
  18. Think of life as a constant emission of ripples sent out into the universe. Everything you emit into the universe, ripples out unto the great big ocean of spirit, that is you, and where your focus is highest and strongest, that will be the dominant energy/reality you shall experience. In a nutshell
  19. I saw myself looking back at myself through what appeared to be an "other" and yet there was only Self.
  20. A truly good man is not aware of his goodness, And is therefore good. A foolish man tries to be good, And is therefore not good. A truly good man does nothing, Yet nothing is left undone. A foolish man is always doing, Yet much remains to be done When a truly kind man does something, he leaves nothing undone. When a just man does something, he leaves a great deal to be done. When a disciplinarian does something and no one responds, He rolls up his sleeves in an attempt to enforce order Therefore when Tao is lost, there is goodness. When goodness is lost, there is kindness. When kindness is lost, there is justice. When justice is lost, there is ritual. Now ritual is the husk of faith and loyalty, the beginning of confusion. Knowledge of the future is only a flowery trapping of the Tao. It is the beginning of folly. Therefore the truly great man dwells on what is real and not what is on the surface, On the fruit and not the flower, Therefore accept the one and reject the other.
