  1. I remember Leo saying that everything or at least the universe is a giant mind. Is this meant literally? It seems like all of reality would be explained if it's all one infinite conscious mind basically making up all of reality in whatever way it wants. Which brings me to consciousness, is that occurring inside a mind or is consciousness this God-Mind, or the substance of this God-Mind? Assuming that reality is a giant mind which i'm probably not even close to correctly understand or imagine.
  2. @Leo Gura Thank you for your answer and thanks to everyone else. Reality is truly amazing. Leo, I don't believe the mind is happening inside a brain, the brain is definitely happening inside mind/consciousness. But of course I want to verify this and realize consciousness/God with the help of psychedelics. It's just so difficult to get it here but I know I can get it if I really try.
  3. That's a very intriguing idea for me too.
  4. @ground Maybe, maybe not. It's an intriguing idea at least Leo, care to clarify what you meant by this?
  5. I'm really bad at finding psychedelics where i'm living and my friend who is a previous psychedelic user refuses to get me some lol. But I'm planning to travel to amsterdam soon and eat 10g magic truffles and do that every 4 month for the rest of my life, the goal is to eventually eat 30-40g and get a breaktrough and ego-death experience. I'm really doing it for the sake of Truth and God or pure consciousness, which I'm burning to know, see, realize, become, whatever it is and however it happens.
  6. Could you explain as simple as you can what God and the ego is? And how is the realization of the Self, like how does it look like? Or is it something within, realized within? Thanks.
  7. It seems like it depends on how you define the ego. If the ego is the identification with the body and brain as you said Nahm then the ego seem to be real. We could also say that there is just identification with the body. In the end it's just the infinite doing it's thing and we have no control over it because we are it and it choose to exist in human form/body. We just can't remember it which is the whole point. Btw, is the ego some entity of it's own or something like that? I think about it like that sometimes but I really have no idea
  8. If God is everything doesn't that make the ego God too? Why is it then bad and most be killed etc? I agree seeking_brilliance, it doesn't seem the ego can be found, maybe it's just thought/thoughts.
  9. My mind makes a big assumption that everyone should see what another sees if it is real and appears to be there. One reason I came up with as to why Leo could see this and not you, is that he has transcended ordinary experience of reality and therefore only he can see or experience it. It’s not meant for others to see because that would contradict their ordinary experience, which must first be somehow trancended in order to see or experience something beyond it. So reality must trancend itself in order to experience different aspects of itself.
  10. Imagine if you were sitting with Leo while he is tripping on something. Leo began seeing things which we don’t normally see. The fact that Leo could see this and not you, does this mean that it is made up, a deception? Because if it was real, why can’t you see it too, like both of you can see an apple or a tree for example which makes it objective or something. How do we solve this problem, assuming that it is a problem?
  11. I think matter is a concept in the mind. Materialism doesn't explain what a thing-in-itself is, it merely gives it a name. Eddington, a great scientist, said: ''We used to think that matter is a thing; now it is no longer so. Matter is more like a tought than like a thing.''
  12. Actually the whole notion of me is tought in which there is no me creating them in the first place or any other tought for that matter. At the bottom and end of it, I have to conclude somehow that this IT is by definition God, the origin and creator of all toughts and the mind itself.
  13. I intuitively kinda became aware that there is no "me" and that I do not exist. "Me" is a concept, thoughts. I realized that there is no me who produce these toughts themselves, no me who moves this body, hears, reads, eats, sees, etc. I can't do this but still "i" do it flawlessly because the body is made to do it flawlessly, but "i" didn't and couldn't make the body either. It' all IT. IT is actually Me and Me is IT, ultimately it is only IT.
  14. IT is creating the illusion of an "i" looking for "it" when actually there is only IT looking, whatever it is looking for.
  15. Does that mean that God is also what we call material objects, like a rock? When people say that God is everything, is that meant literally? Like everything we see and perceive is God, or a form of God. So we would be a limited kind of God, then you have an apsolute form of God like apsolute infinity? Please help, tnx
  16. I somehow became intuitively aware that some power and intelligence is behind everything. Just by looking at myself and introspecting, by looking at creation, how beings are made in the womp, by looking at DNA and the cell etc, I just get this intuitive feeling that there is something behind it, call it whatever. There is intelligence involved in all of this. You don't need 5meo dmt to realize that there is something behind this and which indeed is all of this as well (consciousness and that it's aspect is infinite intelligence, omnipotence etc). To me it's enough to just be aware that there is something, and that everywhere there is intelligence which forms everything, with structure and clear planning (a flower for example or a beautiful butterfly). I think this is the primary reason for the religious creation of God. I admit that I do not know what God or consciousness ultimately is, but I trust that something somehow is behind all of this, whatever this something is. This something may as well have manifested itself into everything, forming itself into everything, evolving itself from one being into another one, designing itself from a single cell to a fully grown being, literally into everything we see around us. In any case, some force, some intelligence is involved, and it's still active making humans and animals every single day, active within us as us all the time, etc.
  17. @Serotoninluv That's a bold decision, I wish you the best of luck
  18. @Leo Gura Haha alright, I think I have to experience this for myself to fully grasp it. But I believe you somehow
  19. @Leo Gura Yea I don't know what God or consciousness really is, if I had some contacts who had 5-meo I would probably have gone for it. You understand reality better than me as you have experienced some more profound stuff. All I'm saying is that I became intuitively aware that there is some power and intelligence behind this, and there is something "behind" this physical reality. You would probably call it consciousness? Or what is your view?
  20. Nice. That's what I feelt deep down, that there is some source, just something "behind" this if that is the right word.
  21. Haha yea, very true It seems that we can't see these forces, the force which forms and constructs the flower into that exact kind of flower it's supposed to look like every single time, or gravity. But I believe that a human can somehow intuitively see that a force is acting upon it, it's not just common sense alone. Like Mooji once said, it's all one power.
  22. There is only that which you experience and are aware of, and how you interpret that using your mind and intelligence.
  23. Can you see the watcher, seer or observer? Can the seer or observer be located? The answer to both those questions seems to be no to me. But maybe after decades of meditation or snorting 5-meo can make you somehow see or become aware of the observer. If God is everything or apsolute infinity, an idea I like and which is probably true, then God is the ultimate observer or seer as well. In the Vedas and Uphanisads the seer or witness is the Self or Soul, but the Self is also identical and One with Brahman (God, the ultimate source, the apsolute reality).
