Ayla, I saw lucid dreams 6-8 times in my life, how often do you see them? Thank you . -

I do believe you a lot, when I was 22 one women predicted some pieces of my future that is happening right now. She told me all my health issues that I had at that time, some facts of my life, she has never seen me before though. It is so wonderful that world full of people like you. Really. And please never even spend time to convince other people in your extrasensory skills. Life is too short to spend time to prove things to other people. -

I am not an expert, it is just my personal vision. To be honest, it was a gradual process for me. I was thirsty for the knowledge since I was little, I loved to read about UFO and poltergeist. In 2009 I discovered Osho “Love Freedom Aloneness” and that book has changed me forever. I guess from that point I started to observe myself on a frequent basis. Again, the process was slow, but what helped me “not to forget” myself are my books that I used to read. I could read 3 books at time. But then it was a period when I was mentally exhausted, did not read anything at all. I practiced meditation very rarely though. Then again, something within me wanted to come from the prison and I stared my search again. I would say constant reading and of course practicing. Reading without a practice is nothing really, it is a hobby. Also I try to be very very very honest with myself. It is hard. -

Hello, Guys! Leo, thank you for launching such a great resource. I will try to be sweet and short. Death has become the central point of all my life and the biggest incentive to understand the basis of our Reality, it led me to advaita vedanta in 2009. So far I can not find any normal explanation of what really happens to Reality ("my" every day Reality") after the death of the body? What happens with the focal point that we used to call "I"? As of right now "I" am aware that "something" exists! I just wonder what would happen to "I" and something" after death. I understand they are in bundle. When you say, death is illusion, okay, but how does the transition happen from one state of consciousness to another? That is what bothers me all the time. One more thing to add: could we please avoid speculating about Ego, that is scared of dying. I am more asking about the "technical" part. I do realize that ego is scared and so on and so forth....I just want to know about body-reality correlation. Thank you so much. -

How can we prove that thoughts are left after death? It seems more like a story to me. -

Great answer, thank you! It is hard to articulate with the words here when talking about subjective reality. I am aware of my self, what I mean by this is that I notice my body in the 3D space, I notice when I think, when I look, move my eyes, my hands, I notice objects around me and my thoughts, I am attentive to people's words and what they says (not 100% of the time of course). I really love this state. I also notice how my thoughts make me emotional, causing fear/suffer/pleasure. I notice when I am critical to other people, when I am rude, angry, or happy and playful. But I am scared of meditation, that is why I think that only self-awareness will not make me Enlightened. Please share what it is for you to be self-aware. Does it mean to be fully attentive to the present moment, observing reality?- 44 replies

In my opinion self-awareness is not enough to become fully Enlightened. From what I've read it comes by luck, pure luck, and! practice of course.- 44 replies

You and Ego is the same. On the human level you can not exist without Ego. It is a basic mechanism for your survival. You are Ego! Unless you are Enlightened. -

Hello. Thank you so much for this topic, guys . I was about to ask the same question. Do not want to seem a smart butt, but at this point of my life, it is weird not to remember myself any more. I am self aware quite often, not sure in terms of percentage. However when I am under the effect of strong emotions, it is easy for me to "forget" myself. The more you practice it, the more you discover that this state of your mind comes and goes without your control. You can not actually force it. Yes, you can hold it on some level, but then you will "forget" yourself again, then will remember again. It comes and goes in spurts. Would be so nice, if Leo made a video about the methods that could trigger self-awareness. I guess a sticky notes could help, but what if you are not at home/work all the time, where would you put a sticky? Thank you. -
Hello Alex , Imho, you do not really need to pursue Psych degree to succeed in this field. Lots of famous Teachers in this field have never carried any Academic certificate. If you just want to intend courses, from my own experience it definitely helps, it helped my friends a lot with their relations and career. I would say to go for it!!!

What really flip my world upside down is the book by Stephen Wolinsky "You are not: Beyond the Three Veils of Consciousness"

I read it long time ago, I liked it, however it might look that he does not really drop into details that much about technical part. For sure good for the start....
