Yup, for the mind Mind game, again Your mind right now constructs reality using language (code + meaning). Notice it. Life seems complex- deconstruct every word here. What is life? what is seems? what is complex? Now...look around yourself, right at this moment...do you see any life here, do you see any complex here? What you will notice is your five senses, some space you are in and your thoughts. This is all there is. My main point is that reality is utterly simple and meaningless. Thanks for stopping by .

yep, I had this insight this year and wrote this on our forum: All there is just a Raw Reality, which is predicated upon Awareness and is manifested in the form of perception, a.k.a. the five senses. These five senses travel through your perception, call it a “stencil”. When these perceptions are collected and converged onto the focal point, we have an emergence, call it a human being. The mind interprets raw experience and creates identity. How? By the means of language. What is language? It is a sound. We assign meaning to any shape/or abstract notion by the means of the sound. When we give any linguistic load to the object, we mean the perceptive experience, but not the object. It is just a label, right? Because objects do not exist separately from the perception, which includes the five senses. So, we decode the material reality by the means of the five senses and convert them into plausible reality. Again, you are not a human being! Here is how you emerge: 1. Awareness 2. Perception decoded into the five senses: 3. Vibration creates sound (which is hearing), sound is encoded into language. 4. Then by grouping the various noises, you create words. 5. Language is a tool by which you assign the meaning to the objects=semantic load. Remove language and you will not be able to describe reality. Duality will collapse. All you’d have would be the raw reality which is Oneness: awareness and five senses allow this raw reality to be.

There is nothing to return to, that is the point. Nothing renders this phenomenal field of perceptions. Good analogy is your dream at night, it does not have any substance, same happens with the so-called "physical" reality. It is a very scary realization I am contemplating right now as well.

Study sleep yoga, and raising the basic level of awareness in a daily life is increasing a chance of a lucid dreaming. Speaking out of my own experience.

Other is your perfect mirror. When you do not trust yourself, others will reflect this back at you. OTHERS ARE YOU. Any relationship you have with the other is a relationship you are having with yourself. Here is the greatest example ever: When you want to prove your point to the other, convincing them that they are wrong. When you “scream” with all your power, trying to change others, trying to teach them, going beyond and above to explain yourself to them. Then ask yourself, why are you in relationship that do not serve you? And why don’t you trust your best judgement and intuition to leave this relationship. Why are you clinging to something that is not working? This is my biggest mistake in life, instead of leaving people, I try so hard to be heard and understood. I give people chances over and over and because I do not want to let go (out of fear). Today I’ve seen my self-doubt for real, and I truly looked at it, probably for the first time after all these years. I do not trust myself enough to just walk away from people. I spent years, my personal lifetime on something that I believed could work. My spiritual ego really thinks that by leading others with Love and Light I can awaken their ego and "show them the way". This part of me is so confident and delusional. Reality will test you till you learn. It is like check and balances, you might think that you got something, you have learned something deeply. But if your emotional state says otherwise, you have not learned anything. If the other can still trigger you, you are lying to yourself through your teeth. Other people are your mind conversing with Itself through imaginary experience of the Self. You are creating others right at this second. I came to the realization how this mirror thing works. Thanks to all my forum friends, who helped me with this. I have only one question in mind, should I lead others by my own example, or should I let them stay asleep? Should I stay awake all the time or play this game that there are others, and I can teach them something, so funny...

I know. I did the same thing. So so so many times, and guess what? I will do it again. There is no one here to defend. You do not exist. I am not scared to be hurt. Because you cannot hurt me, I am the only one who hurts myself. Because there is no me. There is just this present moment, and it unfolds naturally. I don’t hold on to the past memories. Live spontaneously, "be guided by spontaneity, not intention, intention carries pragmatism". That's the beauty. You are being born every single second. Past has gone, those who hurt you deeply was there to open you up through pain and suffering. Actually, they loved you too. Leave them in the past. They are not in your reality. Look at your woman now. She is present with you and that is all that matters. You are scared because you want to control, and you don’t trust that these circumstances are the best for your growth now. The secret to bypass pain and suffering is to be fully present, responsive to what is. I was so scared of the pain, but then I just realized that suffering is an illusion. What is wrong with this present moment? Think about it, whatever happens, you will deal with it from your best judgment. Let go and allow yourself to be loved and to love. Pain is just an emotion that comes and goes. Be vessel and allow this emotion to pass.

There is no one to take responsibility. don’t be too hard on your self ? Just look inward. You need to come to a realization how mind construct ego. When you have a slight clue, I promise things will get better.

Feels like I wrote this for myself to remind myself to not fall asleep. Yes, beautifully said. Vulnerability requires not only courage but a clear mind, like a hawk who watches the pray. Resistance to let go and cast the layers of ego. It is so hard. Ego wants to preserve itself and have compromise at the same time. But compromise is impossible. You either die or stay alive, there is no middle.

Think about it, if others do not exist, it is NOT them who pretends. You are the only one who is pretending. Go inwards.

@Leo Gura @ivankiss Yes, I agree with Leo, it is a good advice. When I read "Dear Lover: A Woman's Guide to Men, Sex, and Love's Deepest Bliss" I was crying so much over that book. His books touched my heart so deeply, I had goose bumps on my skin when reading him. He describes this divine intimacy between men and women. I absolutely love David's philosophy about love, sex and relationship. You can find him on a YT as well. Now, @ivankiss, no matter what you do, it is impossible to completely shield yourself from Love when it comes from your heart. Being vulnerable requires courage, but it makes you invincible. If you guys love each other, go for it, do not be scared. You will grow so much stronger. So what if you are hurt at the end? If your heart stays open you will eventually attract a long-term partner who is on the same wavelength with you, through trial and error, a lover who will make you happy. But to truly understand and form your inner feminine, you need to have experience and date other people. Every person leads you to your ultimate lover who will lead you to God.

Thoughts, feelings and sensations don’t belong to anybody. There is no agent behind who can claim this phenomenon. However your mind(a mind is a bundle: information plus memory) binds them together ( internal and external information) and creates the illusion of so called separated entity. However everything that you are perceiving, swims on it’s own in the ocean of encoded information. As soon as this information is captured and converged onto body, it is recognized and being claimed. That is how your ego is being born every single second. Everything that is claimed as “yours” belongs to your ego mind mechanism. In fact everything is ego, bc there is no objective reality. Now ego is necessary because if the information is unclaimed, it can not be KNOWN! You need a projector and the screen. So yeah, raw sensory data can be claimed as ego, without ego they wouldn’t be recognized and claimed and perceived. Someone has to perceive to make them “alive”. Ego is information that is captured by the mind, converted and claimed as yours. There is no such thing as external and internal world. Notice it. Illusion of the ego is a must, otherwise the world, as you know it, wouldn’t be possible! it is a big discovery I have recently made. I want to create a thread about it. So…why do you buy into idea that there is an objective and subjective world? Notice, there is only information and this information is the Mind! However, the way this information is represented is the most crucial. Because this representation creates the boundary and illusion of the internal and external reality.

I thought this myself in the past. Remember universe will match your thoughts back at you. Get rid of this false statement. You can find a spiritual partner. Just lay this intention and do the work. But remember!!!! if you want to meet a high quality person, you need to become this person yourself. This is fear a based response… If you see the Other as a threat, what is the point to even take a psychedelic and dive deeper? Leo, I think you will advance so much if you are in a deep intimate relationship. To me, as I see your comments on this forum about sex, woman and relationships, some statements don’t make sense and are not aligned with your conscious work. Some of your comments come from traumatic childhood experiences and unhealed wounds. I just have this feeling, not being judgmental here. I also feel like a girl hurt you in the past. You have attachment issue. I completely disagree with you on this. I mean if the other person has power over your autonomy, how can we even talk about enlightenment here? It doesn’t make sense to me. Who are you defending here if there is no self? Everything unfolds naturally, right? Relationships are a good scale for our growth. You need to be triggered to see all you hidden crap. Otherwise, no ascension is possible.
