in my last 5-meo-dmt trip I had horrible fear of death because I lost sense of time or better said time almost frozen for 20-30 seconds during the come up and couldn´t even remember how to breath or something like that, more scary moment of psychedelics of my life. it was a crazy high dose though, I could have easily been very close to overdose.

Lol. We will end up doing speedballs for the 'meditation benefits' I tried coca leaves and is cool for some time but yeah it doesn´t provide any great insight or increased awareness. It gives you crazy intense concentration though, but spiritual process needs another kind of subtle concentration. Also is incredibly short-lived, you would have to be constantly chewing leaves while you meditate.

swallowing 4 or 5 small balls of curcumin and neem on an empty stomach with just a bit of water seemed to do wonders for my throat when smoking a lot, the lungs stuff probably abstaining or reducing your use will be the faster way to recover, probably along with staying in nature of places with high quality oxygen

There is no duality between spiritual work and material work, yoga and meditation improves your mental health so you should be able to rip material benefits off it. But that doesn't include my point because I was doing sadhana for trascendence of everything, but because I have verified I am not ready for it I have come back to focus into 'material' aspects of life. @Leo Gura Right, makes sense. And honestly it explains why with the same girl I can have amazing flow-moments when it feels she is getting attracted and the next week I became like a needy fuck and suddenly she is so rude and distant.
