Javfly33 replied to Ibn Sina's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Ime Until you have a glimpse that you might be "the unconditional" , is comprensible to go ahead into meditation for the ego/mind beneficial purposes, and i think that´s totally allright. Most people start from a place of egoism , not of truth seeking. When glimpses of truth start to appear, then the drive/motivation to do meditation can start going from somewhere else, but I think its totally common and normal to not approach meditation in a truth-seeking mode, basically because people already assume that they know 100% what reality is and who they are. -

What is the meaning of "consciously creating"? Please define it. Does that imply a "why"? Like, are you saying you can become consciouss of the why of the creation? From mount everest to the ant on my front yard? For example, why consciousness has created an apparent 3D reality for humans and not a 6D reality. -

It's great, but for me only words if it comes naturally. Like, I'm having a realization or a very conscious day and I just sit down because I want to inspect the silence, the expansion is too much to be concerned with stimuli. If I do it like an habit, it easily turns into "just sitting here waiting for something to happen". -

I agree with most Osho teaching's, including this one's. Ime understanding enlightenment as a moral endeavor is making it a dogma or religion, you definitely don't need to comply with culture moral rules to go for enlightenment, although since the path includes seeing your selfishness as what it really is (an attitude motivated by a deception), it's true that in the process you tend to align with values less selfish and more "including" and universal. Thus probably making your actions towards people or views towards the world more loving and less hateful -
I want to hear some opinions on this matter. Over the last 2 years Overall my view on feminism has changed from being quite opposed to the movement to overall support it. However I still find myself some times feeling "injustice" or "threatened" to certain stuff. I want to know if this could still be part of my bias but I sometimes I just think some things are really not fair. I´ll give an example. I just saw an ad asking me to firm a digital petition to the government of my country. (similar to Change.org). There were a lot of "bullet-points" about feminism that the ad was advertising to firm and let know to the government. But there was one that got my interest. That one was simply "end the violence towards women" Why as a man I should feel fair that i am regularly asked to sign petitions like "end the violence towards women" which in other words is just "put effort and resources/money to investigate why and how women are more victims in x situations and how we can remedy that" (which of course i dont think its a bad thing!) but i never get asked to sign "end the violence towards men". I really don´t get it how that is fair. For example as a man I have more probabililty of being murdered or receive any kind of violence (except rape), surely a lot of money and investigation could look into why this happens and how reduce this statistics too. There´s also other scenarios where man are specially the victims apart from the usual violence : homelessness, jails, Labor Risks, Suicide. Why is fair there is almost no money and interest research in how to reduce this statistics and what man can be getting unfair to end in jails or get suicided more than women? From mainstream media In this case is indeed fair to attribute it to genetics and biology. To women problem is always because society. Of course with that dialectis is rational to try to fix everything unfair about women position in society, and ridiculous to fix it with men. And please don´t reply the Leo stuff "you are the one who is biased because blabla your survival because it turns out your a male". Yes but the same goes for women they also looking for their survival. Everybody is looking for their comfortabilty and survival. From that perspective women are also wrong for trying to fight for better salaries or positions because they are just looking "for their survival". That argument in this case i can´t see how it would make sense.

@LfcCharlie4 Thanks man, you seem you have pretty solid understanding. Yes I´m in 99% intellectually a 1% direct awareness @Meta-Man Thanks that is useful to know. I think I am in 3 after having some glimpses. I probably need a lot more to embrace and surrender to the Truth -

How much time does it take from the realization, to the dropping of the resistance? Or it is just a matter of awakening fully? And "you are done"? That´s why I think I still have to seek, that´s why I know i havent´awoken really. Sure, I´ve realized there´s no me. I am a thought. In fact "my mind" is also a thought lol, my mind is an appearence within "THIS". So basically the chair in front of me is as much as my mind as the brain I think it´s mine. However intellectually this might seem cool the mind keeps still pretty much the same habits (although a lot of things are changing too), and it´s clear to me that certain thoughts re-appear daily to maintain an identity which I consider myself @Javfly33 Although I know @Javfly33 is empty, there is still an identity. Part of that identity is resisting THIS of course. I can´t believe you guys are saying you are in a non-resistance mode 24/7. -

Thanks!! That's very good motivation! (A good motivation... to me to keep seeking even more intensely...) Lol -

When the One realizes it has always been One. Then understanding is not need it. It´s a realization. Realization is direct. Because "IT realizes ITself". There´s no "intermediary" such a mind interpreting things! -

Why krishnamurti always seem like he was angry? Is like every time I watch him, is like I am being lectured and treated like i am stupid for asking him questions. -

Hahaha. To whom you refer to when you say "others are having a blissful party up there in the heavens"? -

@Leo Gura Recently I´ve wondered how the placebo effect relates with the fact of reality being imaginary. Like, everything can be a placebo, but only if reality imagines x object as such. For example, if I am correct as you have said, Chakras are imagined as a way to elevate an energy that induces an awakening. But instead of Chakras they could have been any other thing, really. So really is not the person´s belief that actually makes the placebo, but literally reality itself. Here´s what I am really curious about: (again, Let´s take the example of Chakras) If there´s nobody there to belief in the placebo, (let´s say that everybody that is doing yoga suddenly turns into an extreme rationalist skeptic) would the "placebo" still be real? Would reality still "imagine" the placebo and if the last openminded person comes and focus on Chakras, they would still be a way to elevate the energy and awaken? Because if that would work, then tomorrow I can start believing 100% that to awaken I must recite a weird mantra I invented for myself, and then i will awaken. But how then that is different from me imagining that i will have 1 million dollars in my front yard waiting for me tomorrow? (because we know this last thing wouldn´t work) -
OMG! You are the goat!! @Nahm Don´t know what I would do withouth ya!! ??????

Javfly33 replied to VeganAwake's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Reality was never real. That´s why "minds" can actually handle the mindfuck of what awakening is, isn´t it? -
Javfly33 replied to Peter124's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yeah, sure. But how can you explain that you are experiecing @LastThursday story of live and not mine? You could infere also that there is also YOU here (as consciousness) experiencing @Javfly33 story of live, but lets be honest, you actually do not know it. You have to take a bet. The same as I have to. Maybe you do not exist as a different POV. Maybe only the things that I see are the only thing that exist. -
Yes my cousin and her partner. Her partnet had muscle cramps for some days, my cousin not much.

Yeap but what about if they point a gun to your head trying to rob you or something. At that point, how sure you are that there is only THIS, totally unknowable...etc? You sure at that point the belief in a separate self and physical death won´t appear? If it does appear how come, since you are so sure its just THIS. If there is no self, sure you shouldn´t have fear of death. That´s what I call embodying an awakening. I dont care if someone does 100 trips of dmt, if then their ego still thinks its real and take its shit seriously. Not trying to discredit your awakening btw, I do agree with much of your posts, but self-deception (which I fall into) is what I am afraid of this path. Much people talking about awakening but then I see their egos taking themselves very seriously. Hmmm something doesn´t match up. (Not talking about you btw, I have 0 idea about how your ego is, just doing a generalization) -

I like to describe it as if you were inside a videogame for your whole life, withouth not having a clue what a videogame is. You just called everything you encountered yourself "a part of reality". You took the videogame totally for granted, and each "fact" that exists in the culture of the videogame, as something totally true. Then one time something happens and you realize you are in a videogame, the parts you call reality actually are all made of the same thing. (in the videogame, we could call it "bits"). And all relative knowledge inside this videogame can´t never "get" to the actual bits, because the knowdlege itself is made of bits! The biggest awakening is supposed to be realizing that you are the creator of the videogame, too. Haven´t verified this yet. -

Heheh...I remember the second time I listened to Leo´s video "What is Reality". Because by the first time I have watched, I´ve never lost a self yet, but this second time was different. I was just coming down of a radical re-contextualization of life, and I put the video to try to ground myself (my ego) in some "logic". I remember the exact time, it was at the beginning when he says "Well, the answer is extremely threatening to your life", it´s when I actually felt real fear inside me, because I knew it was true. It is for the better though, although at first for the ego of course Truth are really bad news. -
Javfly33 replied to Ya know's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Ya know Hahah... this post made me laugh hard. Basically is not that you are searching for god. Is more God is trying to not give so much attention to You. So You finally dissappear and accept that you are part of God. What you are missing out is that you don´t exist. Stop believing you exist and then only God will remain. -
Get in touch with the heart. Your "inner" self. As long as you are in the mind, there´s nothing worthwile to do there. Once you go to the heart, everything will be accepted. Even your mind.

I am very skeptick of them too. Even thought i do yoga lol -
I´m not sure I have understood your question. But if you are going for enlightment it should be your first priority. If you are doing 50 hours week or playing a lot of videogames or similar distractions, it just not going to happen. Gotta set your priorities straight. That doesn´t mean that you will abandon everything. More that you know what drives your heart and you follow along
