It's obvious that you can't get a DMT trip by breathing. I don't know if it releases DMT or not but the question is how much. Unless you are breathing for several days non-stop Lol

@JessiChell Yes. Ime, It's because you are not being authentic in the interactions. Have you observed that when you were with your partner you were more authentic? If you are not opening up in the socialization as you would with other people (for example partner or family) then, of course you will feel lonely afterwards. Because you haven't connected truly.

There are a lot of complex things going on in reality I guess, but you don't have to understand all of them to be, at least not yet. It's quite simple, really, you haven't erased the "I". Suicide is not an option, not just morally or whatever because I'm nobody to juzge anybody if if wants to end his life, but rather that it's not an option because your survival conditioning won't allow it. That's what one of the turning points for me. My ego would complain about how life or this or that is an illusion, nonsense or whatever. But then I realized that this ego actually the problem. Also that this ego prefers to stay the same before actually changing and finding peace. Basically I saw clearly that the only problem in reality was my "I". From that moment it was crystal clear what I needed to do. I guess until you see this you won't have this realization. It doesn't take only suffering but also wisdow/observation. Really observing if the problem is reality or is your "I"

It´s frightening, yet profoundly liberating at the same time. I guess that´s why they call it "liberation".

If reality is imagination, does reality change when you are conscious that you are God? For example let's say you are talking over the phone with someone, if you are conscious in that moment you are God, then it wouldn't make any sense that you talk with anybody over the phone, because the "other one" would be you. However there are supposed to be enlightened beings but they seem to live a very normal life. See being enlightened doesn't mean that in that moment you are conscious that you are God, right? Only that sometime you did. So my question is, if you are conscious that you are God, imagination will change, right? For example on the example of the phone the other person should suddenly dissapear or etc... because there wouldn't be any point since you are fully consciouss there's nobody at the end of the line.

I see. So God needs to imagine that there's something outside itself so it can communicate/express itself. I think I got it. Projection is necessary since One can't communicate with itself, there must be at least TWO to communication to happen. That's why I project sentient beings and objects as God Until not long ago I had the same version yeah but, (and I don't mean to since I don't consider myself Enlightened or awakened at all) but I think there aren't any others . Is just me projecting stuff all around so a communication can take place. But lets say that they are not unconscious or consciouss, there aren't sentient beings. I am imagining them as God, just as I am imagining the wall or my body . But honestly after reading Leo's and others replies here i think it does make sense. I need to project stuff in order to create anything at all. God can't talk to itself because you need TWO to have a communication! Of course!

For me that doesn't make any sense. See, I see it like this. Imagine I am in my room and I suddenly start acting like my water bottle is actually a sentient being. And I start having a communication with the water bottle. Why do that? Why do the whole illusion and not just talk to myself directly?

See that's what I don't get. Why in that moment you are asking "How are you" to yourself since in that moment you know you are One?

I have tapped recently into some lucid dream and I would say that when I am consciouss it's a dream, the dream is more or less the same, nothing changes much. Only the confusion of control is removed from the character.

Yes. But that is a very important implication. I do make the difference between imagination and existence because notice that for example when people think "Out there is New York 3000km from here, because I visited in the past and I verified it exists" the thought exists, but the trick is that the mind actually thinks that the thought is pointing towards something real. There´s nothing outside existence, and existence can only be what it exists. New York doesn´t exist, unless it truly exists. New york can happen inside imagination, but imagination is tricky. Imagination can´t point towards existence because imagination is part of existence. Is kind of a hand trying to grab itself.

Very good Although I would warn you that you are still confusing imagination with existence. The fact that you have seen yellow doesn´t mean that yellow exists. Because existence is actual. Anything else other than actual-right now is imagination. Existence must EXIST RIGHT NOW. If not is not existence! Is imagination again! If yellow is not existing (in your current experience) then yellow doesn´t exist. Imagining the colour yellow is not the same as actually yellow existing.

Maybe take a low dose and see how you respond to it.
