  1. Lol Ok that's easy then. I'll probably try it then!! Thanks.
  2. @Dand Good question. For the sake of the example, let´s say the person it´s in a stage in his life where they were "done". They were fine living life but they are not so attached to the material world, so if something radical happens they will seriously reconsider if keep struggling would be worth it. They sadghuru sit for 15 days near a tree, right? First surrender and then we´ll see if it turns out life continue. Maybe a sandwich falls off from the sky
  3. Thought about taking tomorrow + Saturday + Sunday a retreat at home. Doing meditation+yoga+ fasting with a microdose of acid each day so it can provide me with enough energy to do enough hours of the practices. Is not reckless to do LSD 3 days in a row, right? My intention is to up the dose a bit each day to still have the effects, without trying to get high or have any kind of visuals Would 10ug + 15ug + 20ug work?
  4. I´m surprised to heart that. Most people feel sorry for having been too much cautious and with fear. Not the opposite. You sure your problem has been fearlessness?
  5. @Username How did you do it? You just diluded a drop in vinegar or ...¿
  6. You'll need another acid trip to inquiry what happen in that one ?? I had one similar to yours, where I spent all the trip with fear in a kind of fetal position. My conscioussness was so low that I even didn't understand what happened or why the trip was that way. (Part of the problem sometimes is the dose, which sometimes is enough to fuck you up, but not enough to be conscious enough to know what or why that is happening). This gets solved with time, as you get more consciouss, trips that in the past you wouldn't understand or grasp what is happening, you will start to understand.
  7. Are you sure? Go to the mountains 21 days with no food just water. That would be a good start of surrender towards something real and not just mambo jambo.
  8. There´s no "I", you are totally right. There is just ONE. This One can be conscious what it is, or not. To the state of the ONE being conciouss, we call that being enlightened. Enlightement is a state of being
  9. @Someone here Careful, you are falling into a classic Neo- Advaita trap
  10. Do you want to wake up from this reality and remember who you are completely, and definetely, more than anything else?
  11. Logic only happens in humans. Logic is not an inherent part of reality. Notice that if suddenly all humans dissapeared logic wouldn´t exist anymore and reality would just do fine without it.
  12. Hahahahaha infinity is logic he says....
  13. Not me. I seriously would create everything equal. In fact reality wouldn´t exist because I would just be ME. I guess that´s why all of this exists. Because I made an error and I decided to "play". I should have stayed all by myself in the void.
  14. Good advices thanks. My intention is not going vegan 100% but basically just listening to my body. And honestly lately my body is like rejecting everything animal. Today I was Ok with a couple of eggs so I ate them. But in general I will be eating less animal product. I bought Hemp protein powder and pumpkin protein powder but to be honest bro how do you chug this stuff down? It tastes pretty bad (and I´m used to chug powder down since I am a kratom fan, but not so many Grams). @Red-White-Light Can I put 50g in a smoothie?
  15. I know right? Legumes for me never feel quite right in the stomach. Almonds and hemp seeds, sure they are great but again the same problem, I have to eat like 50gr a day of one of those which seems to heavy for my stomach.
  16. What does it mean ? We shall talk soon then !
  17. I would I like fish but I'm kind of scared of the contamination of the sea
  18. ? If God would hear you...now it's going to give you more pain ?
  19. Kundalini Yoga is great to get to those pain /emotional blockages so relieve/healing can happen, shamanic breathing, and of course psychedelics.
  20. That can be easily known. Just inquiry what is the relationship between real and existence. (Hint, they are the same) To say that something is real is to say that something exists. Existence is that which exists. To say that something exists is to say that something is the case. Therefore real = that which is the case. Is the tree the case when you are not "there" to see it? If not it can't be real . Remember reality = that which is the case. @Nahm Am I missing something? I am probably missing the factor about "non-existence", Leo said non-existence is impossible but I feel I haven't grasped that yet .
  21. @inFlow Of course, but for example (Ime) sometimes are certain roadblocks to enlightment. Depending on which are they depending the person, one practice or other might be actually more or less effective! For example I have done hundreds of hours meditation, and it wasn't until I did for 1 month 3 hours of Kundalini Yoga a day that I healed / trascended traumas/beliefs of childhood which were a TREMENDOUS ROADBLOCK. Once that was healed, 90% of the identity I've been carrying for all my life went away in just 1 month. The 10% is still huge lol, but I could never (in my case) done such progress meditating . I'm sure meditation can be as intense, more, or less, depending on the stage you are or the personality you have but for example is definitely not as effective as breathing exercises to heal blocks of energy (I don't know how to call them lol I hope you understand what I mean) which Kundalini Yoga includes A LOT of them.
  22. @Michael569 Somedays I would eat 4 of them lol. But they say cholesterol and saturated fats are not bad, that is just a urban myth. I am mostly sedentary, I am assuming that I don´t enough, yes. But in a nutshell here´s more or less what I eat in a day: - 1 Avocado - 200gr Whole Pasta or Whole Rice or Oatmeal - 2 o 3 large slice of whole bread - Couple of small spoons of chia seeds or linseed - Big large spoon of Tahini with honey - 1 Broccoli - Shit ton of fruit - Season nearly everything I can with olive oil I hope I get to 2000cal with that. With those foods there´s no way I´m getting to 70gr of protein a day, right? I do feel tired yes, but it might be because I am still kind of withdrawing from coffe (19 days no coffee so far)
  23. No, there are definitely differences between practices. For example, there is a lot of difference between Kundalini Yoga kriyas, and do-nothing meditation. They are so far apart from each other it seems they would open two different dimensions.
