Careful, feeling of existence is Still ego. Enlightment is going beyond existence, dissolving oneself, breaking the chains, one of those chains includes feeling you are inside an existence or an experience (this is ego) This does not mean your body or Mind will evaporate, but they will become tools as like a joystick to play a character in a videogame, but one is conscious is beyond and outside the videogame.

Perfectly put. Thoughts means nothing so we might as well have thoughts that vibrate high. At the end of the day the mind seems like like a tool that can direct your life in one direction or another. If a thought makes you feel like a depressed confused schizophrenic is a good indicator to discard it instantly. For example, in the case of the question of the topic @TruthFreedom , a thought that vibrates well with me is "Maybe I could never know it with my mind". That thought already feels like a possibility. If with the mind I could never arrive with a definitive answer, it opens up other ways, other ways that might not be as limited as a mind.

why do you care? Does those thoughts contract your 'right here right now' or it expands it? Thats the only question you need to do in order to know if you should keep entertaining this thoughts/doubts or not.

Nothing like that has ever happened to me. When Girls have been really into me is clear and noticiable. Everything is offensively "easy". codeacademy is too easy won´t make you learn frontend. Is just something to start and learn the basics. There is no such a thing as learning javascript, frontend, or any programming language. What you are after is becoming a developer/programmer. That comes from doing what I´ve told you. You can learn a language in a week, but that doesn´t make you qualified to be a developer. You have to build the skill of problem solving. Codeacademy is just a resource like anything else.

If you do pranayama alone secluded from everyone you will experience high level of prana, while you can be in society living in downtown of the city and feel like a shitty loser where life sucks. The thing is the levels of perception or awareness I´ve reached with pranayama, nothing else hasn´t come close to it. I learned javascript, front end framework React (this is what they teach you in freecodecamp). In the backend i also used javascript (Node.js). I built 3 projects, one a todo list in Vue.js (another js framework) Another one real-time collaborative todo list in React And another one a site to upload photos and create galleries of pictures that you can share with other people, using React in the front end and AWS Cloud services as the backend. Maybe you can build a very simple one the first time to gain confidence, then keep incrementing difficulty until the third one which should be the most difficult one. Also very important do not be discouraged the first times you will encounter 1000 errors and you will get stucked. Keep going and have patience because is the resilience and patience you can have when you encounter this errors that will make you a developer.

I get that man and female have had different roles in society therefore certain conceptual structures about what are men and female have built up. According to this, certain ways of relating are there between men and female. But i mean actually, if we remove the concepts, I can´t help but to directly perceive that the only difference between men and women are different physical and hormonal configuration (designed for the reproduction of the species) and that´s it. That won´t happen I know things as cancer, car accident, etc... will not happen to me. My perspective is completely the opposite, only because you are in a human form, you have possibilities you would not have in other forms. Once you come in this existence as a human, freedom is the question. For animals there is only 1 straight line where life happens; birth and death. In that line everything happens easy: eat, reproduce and shit. Is all very clear. But for humans the possibility is literally endless. There is no "Top line" for a human. So you guys talking about humans as limitations is missing the point. Is actually the contrary.

I have started a Youtube Channel and personal brand I usually post/create videos when I finish my Yoguic sadhana, since at that moments I´m at the clearest more energized times so the best creative profound content will happen. You could also use just sport, after taking a shower, while fasting, etc... Any time where your mind/body is at its maximum potential. Even if you are not going to record at that time, just put out a piece of paper and see if some good ideas can come up.

I don´t mean in the way like you were bad and then the next life you are tortured. More than if you are in that city is because thats what your karma is. The same way if I go live to mumbai city centre for 20 years I might get pulmonary damage because of contamination. Is not because I did anything wrong, is because I was there. Take into account Reality tends to function aligned where were you are in life. People that land in jail is either because they did something wrong or they were in the wrong place at the wrong time. (but this is another type of karma, so is not luck) Is difficult that you will end in jail if you are vibrating in high states of consciousness, naturally all reality will function towards your own alignment.

The body exists, I didn´t said it doesn't. But if the body is gone tomorrow will you stop being you? More than you are the body I'd say you are attached to the body, just like if you go to the sea to do surf sport and you put a rope to a surfing table to not fall to the sea, if after sometime you start thinking you are the surfing table then is a problem. How I see it is the 'structure' is the cement that sticks you to the body. In my opinion the idea is to dissolve the cement and just leave a thin rope so one doesn´t fall to the sea before one is not ready, but one can enjoy the surf. Because if you use cement to stick yourself to a surfing table you will not go where you want to go, you'll have no voluntary movement, you will go where the sea wants to take you. That´s why we use ropes to attach ourselves to the table and not cement ourselves with it when we go surfing 👍

@Ajay0 How to maintain high level of prana outside of pranayama/kriyas? Is there any tricks like holding mudras or something like that? I used to practice it last year but my focus got derailed and I stop doing it
